PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH TERHADAP MINAT MELANJUTKAN KEJENJANG SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS PADA SISWA KELAS IX SMP ISLAM DAAR-EL ARQAM TAHUN AJARAN 2018/2019 KUSWORO, KUSWORO

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat melanjutkan kejenjang sekolah menengah atas pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Sekolah mempengaruhi minat melanjutkan kejenjang SMA pada siswa kelas IX SMP Islam Daar El-Arqam tahun ajaran 2018/2019 dapat dilihat dari Uji t, dengan nilai t hitung yang diperoleh dari variabel bebas Lingkungan Sekolah yaitu sebesar 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari 0,05 dimana dengan pedoman hipotesis ialah jika profitabilitas/signifikan <0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan jika profitabilitas/ signifikan > 0,05 maka Ho diterima dan Ho ditolak. Jika dilihat dari hasil yang diperoleh, maka 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan variabel bebas yaitu Lingkungan Sekolah berpengaruh terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke SMA.Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Sekolah, Minat

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis gambaran umum tentang mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen dan mengalisis bagaimana paradigma mahasiswa terhadap kewirausahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Program studi Manajemen Universitas Pamulang. Penetapan informan sebagai sumber data yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui credibility, transferability, dependability, dan confirmatory. Analisis data kualitatif: reduksi data, paparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa program studi manajemen tahun ajaran 2017/2018 yang merupakan wirausahawan yaitu reguler A sejumlah 19 mahasiswa, reguler B sejumlah 34 mahasiswa, dan reguler C sejumlah 55 mahasiswa. Berbagai bidang usaha yang dijalankan mahasiswa antara lain dibidang jasa, perdagangan, dan kuliner. Usia usaha mahasiswa dimulai dari 0 hingga 5 tahun. Sumber modal usaha yang diperoleh mahasiswa berasal dari modal sendiri dan pinjaman. Paradigma mahasiswa tentang kewirausahaan difokuskan pada karakteristik, inovasi dalam wirausaha dan memiliki modal usaha. Paradigma mahasiswa mengenai karakteristik wirausaha seperti pantang menyerah jika terjadi kegagalan, kepemimpinan yang baik, berani mengambil resiko, bisa mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi dengan cepat atau responsif terhadap perubahan, berorientasi pada masa depan, jujur, tekun, dan disiplin. Paradigma mahasiswa tentang inovasi yaitu peningkatan layanan dan pembaharuan produk, antisipasi perubahan. Inovasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam sebuah usaha. Pembaharuan akan strategi, produk dan layanan akan membantu seorang wirausaha dalam mempertahankan usaha yang dijalankan. Paradigma mahasiswa terkait dengan modal yaitu berupa uang yang digunakan untuk menjalankan aktivitas usaha. Modal merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting untuk memulai sebuah usaha. Selain modal berupa uang, hal yang tidak kalah penting adalah modal berupa ide kreatif. .Kata Kunci : Paradigma, Kewirausahaan, Mahasiswa

This article aimed to determine and analyses the implementation of innovation forms as well as the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of innovation in local government level. The research was conducted in north Jakarta. The research conducted One-Stop Integrated Service Office. The results showed that the licensing office innovated to accelerate building permits, which was easy and inexpensive with describe establishing building procedures, then start a variety of innovations carried out by One-Stop Integrated Service Office one day, register IMB online, IMB 3.0, bleaching IMB. And this is an important requirement for the business world. In providing services to business operators, efforts are needed from the government to implement good services by applying transparent, participatory and accountable principles, so that the community as a group that is served will get good service. Supporting factors for service innovation in the three regions were regulation and commitment of the local governments while the inhibiting factors of innovation implementation were the limited fund and incompetent personnel in service duties.

This research was conducted to analyze marketing efficiency of fresh fruit bunches. This research was conducted in Bandar Tenggulang Village, Babt Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency from October to December 2020. The research method used was a survey. The sampling method used was Simple Random sampling and Snowball Sampling. Data collection methods used in this study were direct observation and interviews with respondents using a list of questions that had been prepared in advance. To answer the formulation the problem, namely calculating the margin and Farmer's Share obtained from the field, it is processed in tabulation and used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the marketing margin of the efficient marketing channel occurs in the fourth marketing channel with a price of Rp. 1830.00 / Kg. Judging from the farmer's share occurs in the fourth marketing channel, which is 98.36%. It shows that the marketing channel for fresh bunches (FFB) in Bandar Tenggulang Village, Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency is efficient.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu 1) guru mampu mengetahui profesionalisme guru sebagai salah satu kompetensi pendidik; 2) guru mampu meningkat pengembangan keprofesian berlanjutan salah satunya media pembelajaran inovatif. Teknik pengabdian yang dilaksanakan pengabdian yakni sosialisasi profesionalisme pendidik serta meberikan pendampingan secara langsung terkait dengan media pembelajaran dalam bentuk praktik baik peningkatan keprofesian berlanjutan. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di SMA Nurul Falah dapat diketahui hasil yang baik dan positif diterima oleh para guru di SMA Nurul Falah. Kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian diawali dengan paparan materi profesionalisme pendidik dimana para guru memahmi sekali pentingnya peningkatan profesionalisme seorang pendidik. Hasi pelaksanaan pengabdian menunjukkan guru-guru mampu mengetahui berbagai media pembelajaran inovatif yang dibutuhkan oleh peserta didik. Selain itu, para guru juga diberikan adanya berbagai bentuk karya ilmiah lainnya seperti artikel ilmiah dan opini sebagai bentuk peningkatan keprofesionalismenya dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Violence against children and women is a common phenomenon in the midst of people's lives. In the city of Depok in the period of 2018. From existing data, there are still 101 cases of child abuse and 78 cases of adult violence. The purpose of community devotion in RW 05 of the District of Sukmajaya Depok is to give understanding to the community about the causes of various problems related to Actions that contradict the laws that occur in the home, both concerning action on children and women and efforts that can be pursued as preventive measures to avoid them. The activities of devotion are conducted using the method of counseling. By looking at the phenomenon that occurs in the environment RW 05. From the analysis of the results that there are still several incidents that lead to indications of the absence of human treatment in both children and women in the neighborhood of RW 05, in addition to the lack of citizen understanding RW 05 on violence To children and women and their prevention efforts. Following this, for some time, there is a need for evaluation on the results of the extension that has been done whether to give significant results on behavioral change and understanding of citizens RW 05 related to the problem. From the evaluation results can be determined steps that can be taken next.

The Government's attention to development in rural areas has experienced quite significant developments, marked by allocations Village Fund budget which continues to increase and produce development facilities and infrastructure massively in villages. However, the implementation of village fund policies still does not provide an optimal contribution to handle the problem of poverty and improving village independence. The shift in development funding from the center to the regions encourages village officials to commit acts of corruption. This shows that accountability in village fund management and village resilience need to be improved. Although Tangerang Regency is very close to the national economic center, it still cannot create villages which are free from corruption and independent villages. This research aims to analyze policy implementation along with its obstacles in realizing accountability and resilience villages in Tangerang Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. Study This finds (1) implementation policy management of village funds in Tangerang Regency is still not optimal (2) main obstacles for realizing accountable and independent Village Fund management villages in Tangerang Regency are (a) weak system monitoring and distribution of information Village Fund management; (b) weak resource man Village Fund Manager; and (c) low Village Original Income (PADesa) to total village and shopping income.

Internal audits play an important role in monitoring the achievement of organizational objectives. However, research on the factors influencing the success of internal audits remains limited. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of BPK’s Itama (The Inspectorate General of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia) functions, hypothesized to be influenced by risk management policy implementation. This study employs quantitative methods; data were collected via surveys and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test theory-based hypotheses. Results reveal a significant positive correlation between risk management policy implementation and the effective functioning of Itama. Additionally, the study identifies key factors determining the success of risk management policy implementation: economic, social, and political conditions. Therefore, internal auditors of supreme audit institutions must consider these external factors when implementing risk management policies. This study contributes to understanding internal audit effectiveness by highlighting the impact of external economic, social, and political conditions.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru-guru di SMK L’Pina Jatinegara melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran modern. Dalam era digital yang berkembang pesat, penguasaan teknologi informasi menjadi kunci keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada Rabu, 18 Juni 2025, dengan melibatkan seluruh guru SMK L’Pina sebagai peserta. Materi pelatihan mencakup tiga aspek utama: (1) Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Forms, Slides, dan Meet) untuk kolaborasi dan manajemen pembelajaran; (2) media interaktif (Canva dan Powtoon) untuk mendesain materi ajar yang menarik; serta (3) aplikasi kuis interaktif (Quizizz dan Kahoot) untuk mengevaluasi siswa secara kreatif. Metode pelatihan menggabungkan ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung agar peserta dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu secara nyata. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan digital para guru. Sebelum pelatihan, sebagian besar guru masih terbatas dalam menggunakan teknologi, namun setelah pelatihan, mereka mampu mengoperasikan berbagai tools dengan lancar. Selain itu, antusiasme peserta terlihat dari partisipasi aktif selama sesi praktik. Diharapkan, peningkatan ini dapat mendorong inovasi pembelajaran di SMK L’Pina, sehingga siswa memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan efektif. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berbasis praktik merupakan solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi digital guru, sekaligus mendukung transformasi pendidikan di era digital. Ke depannya, diperlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan agar pemanfaatan teknologi dapat dioptimalkan.
