Abstract

Human resources that are kineja a person includes the mind and physical power that become animportant element in an organization. In other words, the success of an organization depends largelyon the performance of its employees, but in reality in schools employee performance is still relativelylow, this can be seen from the less effective working hours (not on time), and responsibility for tasksthat are still lacking. Therefore, the principal and researchers are trying to find out what most affectsthe motivation and discipline of employees, so that employee performance problems that often occurin the organization or institution in the school can be solved, if it can not be resolved at least thereis an improvement in performance. This study aims to find out the influence of improving humanresource performance through motivation and discipline in the work environment and to find outwhether there are inhibitory factors and support the improvement of human resource performancethrough motivation and discipline in the work environment. Respondents in this study were selectedusing the proposiv sample method by distributing questionnaires to as many as 53 employees. It canbe explained that the influence is caused by the work environment, discipline and work motivation.There is a significant positive influence of the work environment, discipline, and work motivationtogether on the performance of Human Resources.

Abstract

Manusia perlu membangun relasi dengan manusia lainnya karena pasti akan membutuhkan bantuan orang lain untuk mencukupi kebutuhannya. Interaksi yang terjadi antara dua individu atau lebih menghasilkan relasi. Salah satu relasi yang bisa dibentuk yakni berupa pertemanan. Hubungan pertemanan memiliki beberapa aspek yang mampu menjalin adanya interaksi antar individu salah satunya yakni adanya timbal balik. Hal ini sesuai dengan teori yang dicetuskan oleh George Caspar Homans yaitu teori pertukaran. Salah satu karakteristik teori pertukaran yang mencolok yakni cost and reward. Manusia Ketika melakukan interaksi selalu mempertimbangkan cost (biaya atau pengorbanan) dengan reward (hadiah atau manfaat) yang didapat dari interaksi. Pada hubungan pertemanan dapat bertahan. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa analisis pertemanan siswi kelas II Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dengan yang diungkapkan oleh Homans pada teori pertukaran. Hubungan pertemanan tersebut cenderung bertahan dengan sebuah interaksi karena kedua individu memperoleh keuntungan berupa hadiah.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang peneliti temukan dalam penelitian ini adalah masih banyak nya siswa yang berkata kasar atau kotor, marah ketika dinasehati guru, menindas teman yang dianggap lemah, bahkan membantah perintah guru. Hal ini terlihat dari kebiasaan siswa saat berada di lingkungan sekolah khususnya pada saat jam pelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui urgensi pendidikan karakter dalam mengatasi krisis moral di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar di MI Yasmida Parerejo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Karena dengan metode tersebut penelitian dapat digambarkan secara terperinci, mulai dari perilaku disekolah, kegiatan sampai dengan hasil belajar siswa. sampel penelitian ini adalah Wali kelas dan siswa kelas besar yaitu 4,5, dan 6 MI Yasmida Parerejo. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dapat teratasi atau terminimalisirnya krisis moral di MI Yasmida Parerejo dengan cara pendekatan guru terhadap murid, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan, Sosialisasi pihak sekolah dengan orang tua dan siswa, pengadaan atribut seperti bennner dan poster.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to improve the speaking skills of grade 3 students through the role playing method at SDN 1 Ambarawa. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) which uses a quantitative descriptive method using the Kemmis and Mc research model. Taggart, which consists of 2 cycles and each cycle has four stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. For data checking, obtained from the results of observations that have been made by researchers from each course of learning speaking skills and when using the role playing method. The subjects in this study were class III students at SDN 1 Ambarawa with a total of 25 students consisting of 10 male students and 15 female students. The percentage of classical achievement increased drastically from 28% in pre-cycle to 76% in cycle I, and then increased again to 92% in cycle II. There was an increase in the comparison of class average scores from each cycle. In the pre-cycle, the average student score was 63.36, while in the first cycle there was a significant increase in the class average score to 77.08. Furthermore, in cycle II, there was a greater increase in the class average score for speaking skills, reaching 83.24. These results prove that the role playing method is very effective in improving students' speaking skills. Keywords: Speaking Ability, Role Playing Method

Abstract

The research aims to describe and analyze the relationship between the Aqidah Akhlak Teacher's Personality and the Students' Learning Motivation at MTs Dempo Darul Muttaqien (DDM) Pagar Alam. The data collection technique that the author uses in this research is to use a direct questionnaire method, observation and documentation. The population that the writer takes is 38 students at MTs Dempo Darul Muttaqien (DDM) Pagar Alam, so this research is a sample study. Based on the test, the rcount is 0,213. Then the calculated rcount is compared with the rtable price of 0,361. It is obtained that the value of rcount is smaller than rtable. Thus the hypothesis (Ha) that the researcher can’t accept, which means that there is a relationship between the personality of the Aqidah Akhlak teacher and the student's motivation to learn at MTs Dempo Darul Muttaqien (DDM) Pagar Alam. Based on the above test, it can’t be said that there is a relationship between Aqidah Teachers and Students' Learning Motivation at MTs Dempo Darul Muttaqien (DDM) Pagar Alam.
