Abstract

PT Mitra Tirta Andalan is a trading company specializing in cast metal products using a Make-To-Order (MTO) approach. The company collaborates with several production partners to meet customer demands. However, it faces two key challenges: delays in production schedules from partners causing late deliveries, and machinery or facility breakdowns at partner companies. This study aims to develop a Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy to address these operational risks. One key solution is supplier diversification and a more structured supplier selection process. This approach helps the company reduce dependency on a single partner and enhances flexibility in dealing with production challenges. The findings reveal that supplier diversification improves operational continuity, maintains customer satisfaction, and strengthens the company’s position within the supply chain. Recommendations include adding new supplier partnerships, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and expanding product offerings to support future business growth.

Abstract

Penelitian magang ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kualitas pelayanan AK-1 yang terdapat pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Balikpapan selama COVID-19 terhadap perubahan sistem pendaftarannya berdasarkan indikator tangible (berwujud), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (ketanggapan), assurance (jaminan), dan emphaty (empati). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada masyarakat penerima layanan AK-1 oleh Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Balikpapan sebanyak 60 responden guna mengetahui kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang ada pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Balikpapan sudah memenuhi kriteria pelayanan baik berdasarkan lima indikator tersebut namun belum maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecepatan proses inovasi sebagai mediasi terhadap hubungan total quality management dan operational performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UKM Penatu (Laundry) di Yogyakarta dan sebanyak 114 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM yang diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS. Total quality management memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap operational performance, kemudian innovation speed memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap operational performance. Kemudian, innovation speed memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi hubungan antara total quality management terhadap operational performance.

Abstract

Amazing Indonesian Alabaster is an MSME company that managing marble raw materials into (home accessories). This internship was conducted using a quantitative approach. The work analysis unit analysis is on employees with permanent status and non-managerial at Amazing Indonesian Alabaster. Based on the analysis in the internship activities, it shows that: (1) Innovation capability has a positive effect on supply chain performance with a regression coefficient of 0,250; (2) based on arithmetic data the ability to innovate is referred to with an average of 3,52, meaning that the individual factors of employees factor is highly approved to be applied at Amazing Indonesian Alabaster because employees have a high ability to innovate characterized by the progress of innovation activities. Based on arithmetic data, supply chain performance performance is referred to as an average of 3,60, meaning that sales performance is in the category of high high level of sales in this company in the absence of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The rise of the coffee shop business there is fierce competition in this industry. To remain competitive and succeed in the market, specific strategies are essential for achieving a competitive advantage. One common approach businesses use is to secure lower prices for raw materials to boost profits. To implement this strategy, supply chain management is necessary to help companies organize resource utilization and ensure that production is conducted in an efficient and balanced manner. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of trust and commitment on supply chain performance through collaboration and integration in coffee shops in Sleman Regency. The respondents involved in this study were 125 and analyzed using the SmartPLS3 application with non-probability convenience sampling techniques. The results of the analysis that has been carried out show that trust has a positive effect on collaboration, integration, and supply chain performance. Commitment has a positive effect on collaboration, integration, and supply chain performance. Collaboration has a positive effect on supply chain performance. Integration has no positive influence on supply chain performance. The results of this study can be taken into consideration for coffee shop businesspeople to realize the importance of trust, commitment, collaboration, and integration in supply chain performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemanfaatan media digital dalam pemasaran produk batik oleh pelaku UMKM di Sentra Batik Ciwaringin, Kabupaten Cirebon. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kemampuan operasional pelaku usaha dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), pelatihan klasikal, dan pendampingan langsung maupun jarak jauh dalam pengelolaan akun media sosial, pembuatan katalog produk, serta desain kemasan dan logo. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam menggunakan platform digital untuk promosi, serta adanya kesadaran akan pentingnya visualisasi produk yang menarik. Kesimpulannya, pendampingan ini berhasil memperkuat kesiapan UMKM batik Ciwaringin dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital dan memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui strategi pemasaran berbasis media sosial.

Abstract

This research was carried in order to have a deeper comprehension of the role that learning organizations play in mediating the relationship that exists between Total Quality Management and operational performance. This research was carried out at leather SMEs in the Garut Regency. In this study, quantitative research methods are used, and a questionnaire is used to collect the data. The individuals responsible for Leather SMEs in Garut Regency make up the population that was used for this study, and there were a total of 106 responses. The data from this study are analyzed using descriptive analysis and SEM analysis. The analysis is done with the help of the SmartPLS program. The findings of this study show that Total Quality Management has a significant and positive effect on learning organizations. The learning organization then has a significant and positive impact on the operational performance of the business. And learning organization has a significant and positive influence on the mediation of the relationship between Total Quality Management and operational performance.

Abstract

Bank Bengkulu adalah bank pembangunan daerah yang berlokasi di Bengkulu, beroperasi di sektor keuangan dan jasa dengan tujuan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah melalui pengembangan usaha kecil dan menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah di bank Bengkulu, cabang panorama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada nasabah bank Bengkulu, wawancara dan observasi langsung. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Variabel yang dianalisis terdiri dari yang nyata, keandalan, jaminan, daya tanggap, dan empati. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel dengan dampak positif dan signifikan adalah nyata, jaminan, daya tanggap, empati, sedangkan variabel reliabilitas tidak signifikan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, perusahaan dapat memberikan pelatihan bagi karyawannya, terutama di bagian teller dan layanan pelanggan, serta menerapkan proses seleksi yang ketat untuk posisi tersebut. Kualitas layanan sangat penting bagi perusahaan di industri jasa, khususnya di bidang perbankan, karena dengan kualitas layanan yang baik, perusahaan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal, bersaing dengan bank lainnya, serta mengevaluasi serta meningkatkan pelayanan di cabang panorama bank Bengkulu.

Abstract

Access to clean water remains a challenge for residents of Karangluas Village, Kemiri District, Purworejo Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. Water from wells and communal storage tanks still contains suspended particles and fine sediments, making it appear turbid and less suitable for household use. This community service project aimed to apply a simple water filtration system using locally available materials through a combination of zeolite, coconut coir, and aquadine media. The program was conducted from August to September 2025 and involved 25 local participants in a training and hands-on workshop held at the Karangluas Village Hall. Laboratory analysis indicated that the filtration system reduced total dissolved solids (TDS) by 16.7%, iron (Fe) by more than 50%, and Escherichia coli bacteria by 35.3%. Although turbidity and manganese (Mn) levels were below the instrument’s quantification limit (<2.86 NTU), the filtered water met most parameters of the national clean water quality standards (Minister of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2023). Socially, the program increased public awareness of household water treatment and encouraged community members to replicate and maintain the filtration units independently. These results highlight the potential of locally based filtration technology to improve water quality, public health, and the sustainability of community-level water management.

Abstract

Grounded in the Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capabilities Theory, this study examines how internal and relational capabilities shape competitive advantage among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the service sector. The research investigates the influence of innovation capability and absorptive capacity on competitive advantage, with collaborative networks tested as a mediating variable. Previous studies have reported inconsistent results regarding these relationships, particularly within resource-constrained SME contexts. To address this gap, data were collected from 113 SME owners and managers in the laundry service industry using a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS to assess both the measurement and structural models. The findings reveal that innovation capability (β = 0.456, p < 0.001) and absorptive capacity (β = 0.439, p < 0.001) significantly enhance competitive advantage. Both variables also positively influence collaborative networks, which in turn have a significant effect on competitive advantage (β = 0.286, p = 0.001). Moreover, collaborative networks partially mediated the relationship between absorptive capacity and competitive advantage (β = 0.109, p = 0.048), but not between innovation capability and competitive advantage (β = 0.141, p = 0.062). These findings confirm that innovation and knowledge absorption are strategic resources that drive competitiveness, while collaboration provides conditional benefits depending on firm capabilities. Managers are encouraged to institutionalize regular customer feedback systems and strengthen partnerships with local suppliers to enhance innovation outcomes. The study clarifies inconsistencies in prior research and provides practical insights for improving SME competitiveness through balanced internal and external capability development.
