Abstract

Teacher performance is the main and very urgent factor that enables the realization of educational and learning goals in the school environment. The realization of teacher performance is due to many factors, including: work stress situations, work environment, workload and interpersonal communication. Therefore, many of these matters require special attention from all parties, so that teachers work in harmony with their work. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of work stress, work environment, workload and interpersonal communication on the performance of Islamic religious education teachers at high schools in Banten. In conducting research, researchers used an ex post facto type of quantitative approach. The research sample was 64 Islamic religious education teachers at private high schools in Pandeglang Banten, with a random sampling method. In obtaining research data, observation, questionnaires and documents were used. Data analysis was carried out in stages, including: data description, validation testing, reliability testing, analysis requirements testing, as well as simultaneous and partial analysis tests. The research results found: work stress on teacher performance has a positive and significant influence. The work environment on teacher performance has a positive and significant influence. Workload on teacher performance has a positive and significant influence. Interpersonal communication on teacher performance has a positive and significant influence. Likewise, work stress, work environment, workload and interpersonal communication have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. This means that the lower the work stress and workload, the higher the performance of the Islamic religious education teacher. At the same time, as the work environment and interpersonal communication improve, the performance of Islamic religious education teachers will also increase.

Abstract

Leadership is very important, and what is even more important is how we don't make mistakes in choosing leaders. Because mistakes in choosing a leader will lead to disaster in the management of a system, both an organization and a government institution. This research tries to examine the problems in determining leader criteria and principles for selecting leaders in the context of Islamic education. The method approach used in this research is a literature study where data processing tests the theoretical suitability of the principles of Islamic Education. The results of the literature study show that the principles of choosing leaders in Islam must of course be correlated with the principles of choosing leaders so that the same interests are found and there is trust between the leader and those being led.

Abstract

Politics and religion have a close relationship and are important subjects in social and political studies. This research presents an analysis of the dynamics of the relationship between religious education on campus and politics in the context of contemporary dynamics. This research focuses on the role of religion in the formation of public policy, political identity, and the dynamics of social conflict. This research study is a discourse or literature search, to find out the relationship between these two problems. This research pays attention to phenomena and changes in power dynamics, transformation of religious identity, and ideological conflicts involving religion as a central aspect. This article also considers the implications of the interaction between religion and politics for democracy. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The data sources used are a combination of educational and religious political perspectives. Literature is used to explain how religion is often a source of inspiration for political movements, both in practical contexts and as a basis for thought. The analysis of this research aims to encourage a broader and deeper dialogue about how society, especially educational institutions, can manage and understand the role of religion in a democratic and inclusive political space.

Abstract

People’s understansing of political dynamics is very diverse and not focused on one view. This relates to the different an each individual’s understanding of contestation and developing political issues. This study I’m to find the relevance between the Islamic organization Mathla’ul Anwar to the political education of the Pandeglang community. This research uses a field survey research method. The research population or sample was taken from several community groups using interview data collection techniques and instruments, and data analysis tools using data reduction and interpretation. The research results show that there is a lack of relevance of the political education provided by Mathla'ul Anwar to the community because it is not the focus of Mathla'ul Anwar. Mathla'ul Anwar provides political freedom and does not patronize any political power, Mathla'ul Anwar focuses on educational and religious issues, and political decisions are personal decisions.

Abstract

This article aims to review the obligatory will in relation to the distribution of inheritance/inheritance to heirs who are not legally entitled to a share of the inheritance due to different religions from the heir. Based on the facts in the community, or based on the possibility of legal phenomena that could occur in the community, giving inheritance to non-Muslims is sometimes unavoidable, especially if there are religious differences between family members. Not infrequently, because of the love of parents for their children or their families, parents as heirs still give shares to children or family members who have different beliefs, even though this is not justified in syara'. In Islamic law, there are known rules of changing laws that adapt to situations and conditions. These rules can be used to analyze various kinds of current conditions related to Islamic law, one of which is the matter of giving inheritance to non-Muslim children or family members. Using this rule perspective, giving a mandatory will to non-Muslims is possible as long as it contains benefits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih, sehingga semakin memudahkan penyampaian pesan dakwah melalui teknologi tersebut. Saat ini, dakwah tidak hanya dilakukan di atas mimbar tetepi sudah merambah ke sosial media dan perfilman. Hal inilah yang mendorong penulis untuk melalukan penelitian terhadap Film pendek Ruang Ibadah Ruang Kehidupan yang diproduksi oleh Sambung Sinema. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana makna denotasi, konotasi dan mitos yang terdapat di dalam film pendek Ruang Ibadah Ruang Kehidupan dan mengetahui apa saja pesan dakwah yang terkandung di dalam film pendek Ruang Ibadah Ruang Kehidupan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan dokumentasi, dengan menerapkan sebuah teknik alanisis data, yaitu analisis semiotika dengan menggunakan model Roland Barthes. Dengan menggunakan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes inilah penulis dapat mengetahui makna denotasi, konotasi dan mitos, serta pesan-pesan dakwah yang terkandung di dalam film pendek Ruang Ibadah Ruang Kehidupan. Hasilnya penulis menemukan bahwasannya objek penelitian analisis semiotika adalah gambar/visual, tipe pengambilan gambar/ jenis shot dan suara/audio. Penulis juga menemukan makna denotasi, konotasi dan mitos yang terdapat di film pendek tersebut, yakni menegur, berterima kasih, menyegerakan sesuatu yang baik, jangan membalas perbuatan jahat dengan perbuatan jahat pula, dan meminta maaf dan memafkan

Abstract

Allah has presented His verses through the diversity of His creation. He created the inanimate objects, living things such as plants, animals, angels and men. It is believed that the diversity of His creation as the basis of plurality or diversity policy. So, this is what the Qur’an describes as a plurality or diversity, and become a certainty as the laws of Allah or God divine law. Behind plurality guidance basically implied the importance of unity. Allah also has sent down one religion, namely monotheism/ Islam. The apostles (messenggers) who brought the teaching without difference, all of them lead a mission of monotheism. Even so, the shari’a has been taught in different way. Expression and interpretation is also varied.

Abstract

Pentingnya kebutuhan teknologi cetak pempek otomatis untuk masa depan dapat menjadi prospek yang menggiurkan, sehingga berdasarkan arahan penelitian sebelumnya, penulis akan membuat terobosan ke arah teknologi mesin cetak pempek otomatis berbasis IoT yang disesuaikan dengan perkembangan di era modern. Pengendalian yang dilakukan oleh tim peneliti nantinya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh dunia usaha, khususnya di bidang makanan kuliner, yaitu usaha pempek. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, diharapkan teknologi alat cetak pempek adaan otomatis berbasis IoT ini dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi, sekaligus memajukan wisata kuliner, khususnya di bidang pempek dan diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM. Lebih lanjut, bantuan teknologi yang disebut Internet of Things juga akan dibutuhkan. Internet of things merupakan suatu konsep atau program di mana suatu objek memiliki kemampuan untuk mentransmisikan atau mengirim data melalui jaringan tanpa menggunakan bantuan perangkat komputer dan manusia.
