Abstract

The study was based on the development of information and communication technology (ICT), which enters theworld of education. ICT developments are always dynamic, so teachers need to adapt every dynamicdevelopment of ICT. Master Islamic senior high schools in Garut regency reached 1281 people, so to see thelevel of knowledge and competence utilization of ICT-based learning media need proper research. The survey of1281 people taking population recorded as a teacher of Islamic senior high schools. The sample of this researchis 100 people. The level of competence of teachers in the use of media-based learning information andcommunication technologies have a considerable level. The relationship between the level of knowledge with thelevel of teacher competence Islamic senior high schools in Garut has a very strong correlation value. Based onthe results of the study, submitted suggestions that teachers Aliyah madrasas in Garut has a high potential in thedevelopment of teaching and learning. Thus, to obtain an increase in the need for knowledge of the authority ofthe government to hold trainings, workshops, etc., so that the quality of education will be more advanced.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus pandemic changes the pattern of several activities, one of which is learning from face-to-face (conventional) to online or online learning. Online learning is an alternative in overcoming this problem. The purpose of this service is to improve teacher competence in the use of online learning applications during the Covid-19 pandemic at the MGMP PPKn Garut Regency. The research subjects were PPKn teachers, especially those in Garut Regency and generally throughout Indonesia because the national workshop participants were open to the public. Virtual webinars and workshops with the zoom meeting application. The results obtained from these activities are: 1) Motivation of the teacher in online learning so that teaching and learning activities run optimally and can practice several applications that support online learning such as; Mentimeter application, google classroom, zoom meeting, google meet, schoology, modle, yutube, ig, whatapps group, and email; (2) Online learning has flexibility in its implementation and is able to encourage independent learning and motivation to be more active in learning; (3) online learning encourages the emergence of social distancing behavior and minimizes the emergence of a crowd of students so that it is considered to reduce the potential for the spread of Covid-19 in the school environment

Abstract

Penanaman pendidikan karakter dilakukan melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di sekolah khususnya sekolah dasar menggunakan kurikulum 2013. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Berdasarkan tempatnya dan objeknya, peneliti menggambil objek penelitian guru kelas III dan keseluruhan siswa kelas III. proses penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter diambil dari 18 indikator presentasi yang nantinya indikator dengan proses penanaman nilai karakter di terapkan pada siswa kelas III di SDN 3 Cinunuk. Faktor yang mempengaruhi terhadap penanaman nilai karakter siswa ialah faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Bentuk penanaman nilai-nilai karakter pada pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam pengintegrasian pada pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan terdapat 5 indikator utama yang diamalkan.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Nilai-nilai Pendidikan Karakter, Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK-Pendidikan merupakan proses mengubah  tingkah laku anak didik agar menjadi dewasa yang mampu hidup mandiri dan sebagai anggota masyarakat dalam lingkungan akan sekitar individu itu berada. Didalam pendidikan terdapat pola-pola yang dibentuk untuk menciptakan hubungan sosial yang berupa hubungan timbal balik antara peserta didik dan guru, yaitu proses diantara pendidik memberi informasi kepada peserta didik, dan sebaliknya seorang pendidik juga bisa memberikan informasi dari peserta didiknya yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran. Peranan guru menjadi sangat penting, khususnya guru PKn berperan sebagai pembimbing, pendidik, mengarahkan, serta membentuk moral, sikap dan perilaku peserta didik menjadi disiplin belajar. Dengan adanya pola pembimbingan guru yang baik dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan hal itu, penelitian ini akan menjawab “Bagaimana bentuk pola bimbingan guru dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik ?”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) ingin mengetahui pola bimbingan guru  terhadap kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Garut. (2) ingin mengetahui perubahan perilaku yang terjadi setelah memperoleh pola pembimbingan menyangkut kedisiplinan belajar pada peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Garut. (3) ingin mengetahui hambatan  apa yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan  belajar peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Garut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Garut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik-teknik pengumpulan data antara lain: observasi langsung, angket, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMP Negeri 3 Garut Kabupaten Garut sebanyak 350 orang dan dua orang guru PKn. Jumlah total sampel 72 orang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pola pembimbingan guru dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik di SMP Negeri 3 Garut  dikategorikan tinggi (87%). Pola pembimbingan guru PKn mempunyai peranan yang sangat besar terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik di SMP Negeri 3 Garut Kabupaten Garut.  Kata kunci: Pola Pembimbingan Guru PKn, Kedisiplinan Belajar

Abstract

Abstract Independent curriculum with diverse intracurricular learning where content will be optimized so that students have enough time to explore concepts and strengthen competencies. Teachers have the flexibility to choose various teaching tools so that learning can be adapted to the learning needs and interests of students. The dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile are (1) Faith, fear of God Almighty, and noble character, (2) Global diversity, (3) Working together, (4) Independent, (5) Critical reasoning, and (6 ) Creative. The purpose of this service is to improve teacher competence regarding the character of Pancasila students through an independent curriculum. The subjects of service are Civics Education teachers, especially those in Malangbong District, Garut Regency through webinars and workshops. The results obtained from these activities are that teachers are motivated in understanding and developing the character of Pancasila students through an independent curriculum, besides that teachers can develop an independent curriculum in their respective schools. Abstrak Kurikulum Merdeka dengan pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang beragam di mana konten akan lebih optimal agar peserta didik memiliki cukup waktu untuk mendalami konsep dan menguatkan kompetensi. Guru memiliki keleluasaan untuk memilih berbagai perangkat ajar sehingga pembelajaran dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan belajar dan minat peserta didik. Dimensi-dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila adalah (1) Beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia, (2) Berkebinekaan global, (3) Bergotong-royong, (4) Mandiri, (5) Bernalar kritis, dan (6) Kreatif. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru tentang karakter pelajar pancasila melalui kurikulum merdeka. Subjek pengabdian adalah guru-guru PKn khususnya yang berada di Kecamatan Malangbong Kabupaten Garut melalui kegiatan webinar dan workshop. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan tersebut yaitu termotivasi nya guru dalam memahami dan mengembangkan karakter pelajar pancasila melalui kurikulum merdeka, selain itu guru dapat mengembangkan kurikulum merdeka di sekolahnya masing-masing.

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the challenges for the world of education today is how to develop character education for students. Kemendikbudristek set 6 indicators from the Pancasila Student Profile. In order to facilitate the internalization of the Pancasila Student Profile in learning by both teachers and students, the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) was developed. Character education can be interpreted with value education, character education, moral education, character education. In other words, character education is an essential part of the educational process, interpreted as a system of inculcating character values ​​to school members which includes components of knowledge, awareness or willingness and action to implement these values, both towards God Almighty, oneself, and others. others, the environment, and nationality so that they become human beings. Likewise, an educator is said to have character if he has values ​​and beliefs that are based on the nature and purpose of education and is used as a moral strength in carrying out his duties as an educator. This service aims to improve the competence of Civics teachers in applying the profile of Pancasila students as an effort to realize the nation's character. The subjects of the service are Civics Education teachers, especially those in Malangbong District, Garut Regency through Webinar and Workshop activities. The results obtained from these activities are that teachers are motivated in understanding and developing the application of Pancasila student profiles as an effort to realize the nation's character in their respective schools. Salah satu tantangan bagi dunia pendidikan saat ini adalah bagaimana mengembangkan pendidikan karakter bagi siswa. Kemendikbudristek menetapkan 6 indikator dari Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Guna mempermudah internalisasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam pembelajaran baik oleh guru maupun siswa, dikembangkan Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM). Pendidikan karakter dapat dimaknai dengan pendidikan nilai, pendidikan budi pekerti, pendidikan moral, pendidikan watak. Dengan kata lain pendidikan karakter merupakan bagian esensial dalam proses pendidikan, dimaknai sebagai sistem penanaman nilai-nilai karakter kepada warga sekolah yang meliputi komponen pengetahuan, kesadaran atau kemauan dan tindakan untuk melaksanakan nilai-nilai tersebut, baik terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, diri sendiri, sesama, lingkungan, maupun kebangsaan sehingga menjadi insan kamil. Demikian juga, seorang pendidik dikatakan berkarakter jika ia memiliki nilai dan keyakinan yang dilandasi hakikat dan tujuan pendidikan serta digunakan sebagai kekuatan moral dalam menjalakan tugasnya sebagai pendidik. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru PKn dalam menerapkan profil pelajar pancasila sebagai upaya mewujudkan karakter bangsa. Subjek pengabdian adalah guru-guru PKn khususnya yang berada di Kecamatan Malangbong Kabupaten Garut melalui kegiatan Webinar dan Workshop. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan tersebut yaitu termotivasi nya guru dalam memahami dan mengembangkan menerapkan profil pelajar pancasila sebagai upaya mewujudkan karakter bangsa di sekolah masing-masing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' education level on student achievement in learning Indonesian. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design. The research subjects were grade VIII students of junior high school consisting of 40 students. Instruments as data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using simple and multiple regression tests. The results showed that between parents' educational level and students' Indonesian learning achievement there was a significant and positive influence with a large influence of 18.8%. As for the educational level of parents and learning motivation on students' Indonesian learning achievement, there is a significant and positive influence with a large influence of 30.1%. Based on the findings of this study, there is an influence of parents' educational level and learning motivation on learning achievement. Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the Think Talk Write (TTW) technique supported by word cards in enhancing sentence writing skills. The research method is quasi-experimental, utilizing a nonequivalent group's pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques encompassed sentence writing tests and angle distribution. The research sample comprised Class IX C as the experimental group and Class IX A as the control group. Data processing techniques included the Shapiro-Wilk test to assess data normality, paired sample T-tests, and the NGain-Score test. The paired sample T-tests for the experimental group yielded a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.00 < 0.005, indicating a significant distinction between the pretest and posttest scores. Similarly, the paired sample T-test outcomes for the control group demonstrated a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.00 < 0.005. Moreover, based on the NGain-Score calculation, the average gain score for the experimental group was 71.25. In contrast, for the control group, it stood at 50.28, implying that the Think Talk Write (TTW) model, supplemented by word cards, effectively improves sentence writing skills.
