Abstract

Percobaan dengan bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh interaksi pemberian dosis pupuk nitrogen dan pupuk kalium terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy.Percobaan dilaksanakan dari bulan Juli sampai bulan Agustus 2020 di Desa Cibeureum Wetan, Kecamatan Cimalaka, Kabupaten Sumedang, Provinsi Jawa Barat. dengan ketinggian tempat 585 meter diatas permukaan laut, dengan pH tanah 5,3.Rancangan yang digunakan dalam percobaan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor dan di ulang tiga kali. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk Nitrogen (n) yang terdiri dari tiga Taraf yaitu : n0= 0 kg ha−1, n1= 75 kg ha−1, dan, n2= 150 kg ha−1, sedangkan faktor kedua terdiri dari tiga taraf adalah dosis pupuk kalium (k) yang terdiri dari tiga Taraf, yaitu k0= 0 kg ha−1, k1= 50 kg ha−1, k2= 100 kg ha−1. Hasil Percobaan menunjukan bahwa dosis pupuk Nitrogen dan dosis pupuk Kalium menunjukan adanya interaksi pada jumlah daun per tanaman umur 10 HST.  Dari hasil percobaan dan analisis pemberian dosis N = 75 kg h−1 dan 150 kg h−1 menghasilkan produksi bobot segar terbaik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of colchicine on chromosome duplication and to determine the best colchicine concentration and incubation time for haploid eggplant chromosome duplication results from anther culture. Laboratory experiments have been carried out at PT. East West Seed Indonesia, Benteng Village, Campaka District, Purwakarta from March to June 2020. With an altitude of 69 m above sea level. The environmental design used in this study was a completely randomized design consisting of 7 treatments and repeated 4 times. Colchicine treatment design A = Control, B = colchicine 0.05% 24 hours incubation, C = colchicine 0.05% 48 hours incubation, D = colchicine 0.1% 24 hours incubation, E = colchicine 0.1% 48 hours incubation, F = kolkisisn 0.15% incubation 24 hours, G = colchicine 0.15% incubation 48 hours. The responses observed were contamination, callous plantlets, rooted plantlets, live plantlets, haploid plantlets, double haploid plantlets, triploid plantets and unreadable ploidy check results. The results showed that the colchysis concentration and incubation time had an effect on the duplication of haploid eggplant plantlet chromosomes resulting from anther culture. And giving colchicine at a concentration of 0.05% with an incubation time of 48 hours and a colchicine concentration of 0.1% with an incubation time of 48 hours had a significant effect on the double haploid plantet of 23.44%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberian berbagai jenis pakan ikan lele berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman kangkung dengan sistem akuaponik. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di lahan percobaan Desa Panyindangan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2020. Rancangan Lingkungan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok(RAK) terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 5 kali perlakuan percobaan yaitu : A (Tanpa Pakan),B (Pakan Pelet),C (Pakan Magot),D (Pakan Azola+Pelet),E (Pakan Magot+Pelet). Jenis pakan ikan berpengaruh terhadap pengamatan jumlah daun 14 HST dengan perlakuan E (pakan maggot+pelet) dan D (Pakan Azola+Pelet) pada umur 30 HST,volume akar dan  bobot basah tanaman. Jenis pakan yang paling baik yaitu perlakuan E (Pakan Magot+Pelet) pada pengamatan jumlah daun umur 30HST.

Abstract

Pemupukan anorganik dalam budidaya pertanian sangat intensif sehingga kesehatan tanah menurun. Penggunaan pupuk hayati menjadi salah satu usaha untuk memulihkan tanah kembali. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh beberapa dosis pupuk hayati terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman Cabai merah besar (Capsicum Annum L.) Varietas Ciko. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2023 sampai bulan September 2023 di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Winaya Mukti, Tanjung Sari, Sumedang. Dengan ketinggian tempat sekitar 850 meter di atas permukaan laut (mdpl).   Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola sederhana, kombinasi konsentrasi Pupuk Hayati, dengan 6 taraf percobaan (A = Konsentrasi 0 ml/liter air B = Konsentrasi 5 ml/ liter air, C = dosis 10 ml/liter air, D = dosis 15 ml/liter air, E = dosis 20 ml/liter air, F = dosis 25 ml/liter air) dan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dosis Pupuk Hayati berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman 2, 4, 6, MST;   jumlah daun 2, 4 , 6, 8 MST; dan bobot per buah pada  E dan F.  Hasil terbaik ditunjukan pada  dosis Pupuk Hayati 20 ml/liter air   terhadap  tinggi tanaman umur 2, 4, 6 MST, jumlah daun umur 2, 4 ,6 , 8 MST dan bobot per buah

Abstract

This research was conducted from May to September 2022 in the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Padjadjaran University, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency, at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. This study aims to study the interaction between the application of nutrient solution to the leaves and the type of fertilizer on the growth and yield of large red chili (Capsicum annum L.) Baja F1 variety. The Environmental Design used a Split plot design consisting of two treatments which were repeated 4 times. The main plot was application of nutrient solution to leaves (F) which consisted of two levels: f0 (without application) and f1 (application of nutrient solution to leaves every 10 days). Subplots were the fertilization technology (M) which consisted of four levels: m0 (nutrient solution), m1 (4 tons ha-1 cow compost), m2 (6 kg ha-1 bioamelioran) and m3 (4 tons ha-1 amelioran plus) ). The experimental results showed an interaction between the application of nutrient solution to leaves and the type of fertilizer on growth (plant height 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 WAP, number of leaves 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 WAP, stem diameter 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 WAP) and yield (number of fruits per plant and weight per fruit) of chili plants. Application of nutrient solution to leaves and bioamelioran showed the best results on growth (plant height at 2, 3, 4, and 5 WAP, number of leaves at 1, 2, 3 and 4 WAP, stem diameter 4 and 5 WAP) and yield of chili plants ( number of fruits per plant). The type of amelioran plus fertilizer without the application of nutrient solution to the leaves gave the best results on the growth of chili plants (plant height at 1 WAP, number of leaves at 5 WAP, and stem diameters of 1, 2, and 3 WAP). Types of bioamelioran fertilizers without the application of nutrient solution to the leaves give the best results on chili plant yield (weight per fruit). Abstract

This research focuses on the response of graft growth in various longan (Dimocarpus longan Lour.) varieties to cytokinin application. Longan is a high-value fruit commodity known for its sweet taste, easy peeling, and health benefits due to its rich content of vitamins and beneficial compounds such as flavonoids and amino acids. The study aims to examine the influence of cytokinin, a plant growth hormone, on the compatibility of grafting in longan plants and its potential to improve seedling quality. Specifically, the research evaluates four longan varieties: Diamond River, Kateki, Itoh, and Pingpong, to identify the most effective cytokinin concentration for optimal growth. The study was conducted using a randomized block design (RBD) factorial with two variables: cytokinin concentration and longan variety. Results showed no significant interaction between the concentration of cytokinin and the different longan varieties. The study concludes that cytokinin does not have a notable effect on graft growth across the tested longan varieties. Further research is recommended to evaluate other factors, such as extended observation periods and different growth regulators, to improve the efficiency of longan grafting techniques.
