Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis informasi tehknologi terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru man Toiltoli kabupateen Toiltoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian Ex-post facto. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner pada Tenaga Pendidik. Jumlah Penarikan Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 63 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Informasi Teknologi terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru man toiltoli kabupaten Toiltoli. Besaran pengaruh penggunaan metode berbasi Informasi Teknologi terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru sebesar 59.9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti.

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan simultan dan seberapa besar pengaruh modal, jumlah tangkapan dan harga ikan terhadap pendapatan nelayan di Kelurahan Tanjung Kramat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Tanjung Kramat Kecamatan Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo. Penelitianini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran (kuisioner) pada Kelurahan Tanjung Kramat. Jumlah penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 44 responden. Tehnik analisis data menggunkan regresi linier berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap variabel dependen, begitupun dengan secara parsial modal kerja, jumlah tangkapan, dan harga ikan berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap pendapatan nelayan di Kelurahan Tanjung Kramat Kecamatan Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo. Koefisien Determinasi (RSquare) sebesar 0,543 hal ini menunjukan bahwa besar presentase variasi pendapatan nelayan yang bisa dijelaskan oleh variasi dari variabel bebas yaitu modal kerja, jumlah tangkapan, dan harga ikan sebesar54,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar45,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Youtube Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI IPS Di SMA Negeri 1 Paguyaman Kabupaten Boalemo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Ex-Post Facto. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Paguyaman Kabupaten Boalemo. Jumlah penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 35 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaan berbasis youtube terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS pada mata pelajaan di SMA Negeri 1 Paguyaman. Besaran pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis youtube terhadap hasil belajar siswa 24% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 76% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Manajemen Pembiayaan Pendidikan Terhadap Ketersediaan Sarana dan Prasarana Sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo. Metode penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian ex- post facto. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner pada Tenaga Pendidik, Tenaga Kependidikan, dan Siswa Kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo. Jumlah penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 56 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Manajemen Pembiayaan Pendidikan Terhadap Ketersediaan Sarana dan Prasarana Sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo. Besaran pengaruh Manajemen Pembiayaan Pendidikan terhadap Ketersediaan Sarana dan Prasarana Sekolah 14,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 85,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti.

This research employs a quantitative approach. The data are primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to the educators and educational staff osf SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. The number of samples in this research is 58 respondents. The data are analyzed through Simple Linear Regression. The results indicate that there is an influence of school principal leadership on Teacher Performance at SMK 1 Suwawa, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. The magnitude of the influence of the school principal’s leadership on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province is 65,3%, while unexamined variables influence the remaining 34,7%.

The present research aimed to determine the effect of entrepreneurship learning on students’ entrepreneurial interest in the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Economics Education, Class of 2018. Moreover, this research employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Economics Education, Class of 2018, with a total sample of 41 respondents. In the meantime, the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. The research finding denoted that entrepreneurial learning affected students’ entrepreneurial interest in the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Economics Education, Class of 2018. The effect of entrepreneurial learning on students’ entrepreneurial interest was 50.1%, while the remaining 49.9% were affected by variables that were not examined in this research.

This present study to determine the effect of applying bussines ethics on employees’ at CV. Mufidah. Gorontalo City. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained by distributing questionaires to employees of CV. Mufidah, Gorontalo City in 2022. Additionally, the number of samples in this study was 30 respondents, while the data analysis tecnique was simple linear regression. The finding of the study revealed that applying business ethics affected employees’ performance at CV. Mufidah, Gorontalo City by 70,9%, while the remaining 29,1% were affected by other variebles were not examined in this study

The research aims to determine the influence of family income level on household poverty in Talumopatu Village,tapa Sub-district,Bone Bolango regency. This research uses aquantitative approach with the descriptive method. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the poor in Talumopatu Village, Tapa Sub-district, Bone Bolango Regency. The sampel includes 36 respondents.Data analysis uses simple linear regression. The results showed an influence of family income level on household poverty in Talumopatu Village, Tapa Sub-district, Bone Bolango Regency. The influence of family income level on household poverty was 23,5%, while the remaining 76,5% was explained by other variables not examined in this research

The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the professionalism of the administrative staff at SMPN 16 Gorontalo City is still relatively unprofessional. Factors that support the implementation of office administration at SMP Negeri 16 Kota Gorontalo are adequate facilities and infrastructure, competencies and abilities possessed by administrative staff who are quite helpful in carrying out administration, as well as the existence of coaching or training provided by the school. Meanwhile, the factors that hamper the implementation of office administration are the educational background of administrative staff which does not lead directly to their work, the lack of administrative staff at school, as well as facilities such as damaged computers and running out of stationery. So that administrative work has not been carried out properly.

In addition, this research used a quantitative approach and the data were collected using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Moreover, the population and the sample in this research were all 30 customers of BRI Bualemo Unit, The data were then analyzed through a simple linear regression analysis. The research results showed that giving Loans for People’s Business (KUR) positively affected Entrepreneurial Growth in Nipa Kalemoan Village, Bualemo Subdistrict, Banggai Regency. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it showed that the R square was 0.602, which meant that 60.2% of the variability of Entrepreneurial Growth (Y) in Nipa Kalemoan Village, Bualemo Subdistrict, Banggai Regency can be explained by the variable of giving Loans for People’s Business (KUR) (X), while other variables explained the remaining 39.8%.
