Abstract

Wabah Virus yang telah melanda Indonesia dari 2019 ini yakni Covid-19 memberikan dampak besar bagi seluruh sektor di Bali. Krisis ekonomi yang disebabkan oleh pandemi dari 2019 sampai dengan sekarang menyebabkan banyak masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaan. Adanya COVID-19 destinasi wisata di Bali menjadi sepi pengunjung dan tentunya akibat dari sepinya pengunjung di bali berdampak besar dengan perekonomian masyarakat di Bali. Selain itu sampah merupakan masalah yang tidak ada habis- habisnya, karena setiap harinya masyarakat menghasilkan sampah dari rutinitas yang dilakukan. Bank sampah yakni program yang dirancang oleh Desa Batuan merupakan solusi terbaik yang bisa memecahkan masalah. Terkait dengan Program pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan, yaitu membantu pembuatan video promosi desa wisata dan membantu pengelolaan Bank Sampah di Desa Batuan. Adapun tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, yaitu untuk memperkenalkan Desa Batuan yang kaya akan seni dan berbudaya menggunakan Bahasa Inggris sebagai salah satu desa wisata terakhir di Bali agar lebih dikenal di seluruh dunia. Juga membantu pengelolaan Bank Sampah di Desa Batuan guna meringankan beban masyarakat dalam dana untuk pembuangan sampah dan pentingnya pemahaman tentang Bank Sampah itu sendiri. Metode yang digunakan, yaitu metode tahapan program kerja, metode pendekatan dan partisipasi masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat menjadikan Desa Batuan sebagai Desa Wisata lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat luas baik nasional maupun mancanegara, serta semangatnya masyarakat untuk mengumpulkan sampah anorganik dan membawanya ke Bank sampah.

Abstract

Flood is a natural event that can have a negative impact, for example, causing health problems and the safety of living things. The drainage channel studied in this study is the Tukad Kelandis River which stretches from Jl. Katrangan to Jl. Nusa Indah which crosses the Denpasar City Art Center. In 2021 there was a flood at the Art Center, the impact was flooding under the Ksiranawa Building where the art exhibition was held. For this problem, it is necessary to conduct a study (research) on the profile of the flood front as a flood prevention measure. Before modeling the water level profile with HEC-RAS, when estimating the capacity of the drainage channel, a quantitative method must be calculated, namely by measuring the condition of the canal in the case study. From the results of flood simulations with return times of 2, 5, 10, 20 and 25 years. The results of the evaluation of the current channel discharge at all points of the channel experienced flooding with return periods of 2, 5, 10, 20 - 25 years because the results of the current channel discharge and water level exceeded. The profile is shown in the results at all channel points where the sum of the actual water level (E.G., level) and water level feet (W.S. level) is greater than the capacity of the water discharge in the channel. In addition, at the water level (Crit. W.S.) in the Sta. 2 is 5.05 m, which is less than (W.S. level) which is 6.69 m, so the flow is supercritical.

Abstract

cost and time planning and control are part of overall construction project management. The cost and time used in completing a job are continuously measured against the plan. Significant deviations in cost and time indicate poor project management. In the implementation of the construction project for the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Medicine at Udayana University, a delay of 34.15% in project realization progress was observed in the 13th week, while the planned progress was 38.14% in the 13th week. Earned Value Management (EVM) is a control method used to manage project costs and schedules in an integrated manner. This method provides information on project performance in terms of cost and time for a reporting period and provides projections of the costs and time required to complete the project. The results of the analysis show the values for Actual Cost Work Performed (ACWP) as Rp. 13,522,731,641, Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule (BCWS) as Rp. 9,224,298,540, and Budgeted Cost Work Performance (BCWP) as Rp. 8,260,099,464. The average CPI value of 1.30>1 indicates that the project performance is better than planned, while the average SPI value of 0.99<1 means that the project is running behind the scheduled plan. The analysis results for the project completion projections are as follows: Estimate Temporary Cost (ETC) is Rp. 12,223,343,210, Estimate All Cost (EAC) is Rp. 25,746,074,851, Estimate Temporary Schedule (ETS) is 48 days, and Estimate All Schedule (EAS) is 139 days.

Abstract

Kota Denpasar di Bali adalah sebuah kota pariwisata yang penting, dan pemerintah setempat sangat memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjungan wisata. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan adalah dengan menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan. Namun, perubahan tata guna lahan dapat memiliki dampak negatif, seperti berkurangnya daya resap tanah dan meningkatnya limpasan permukaan yang bisa menyebabkan banjir. Faktor penyebab banjir di Jalan Tukad Yeh Aya Renon Denpasar adalah keberadaan sampah yang menyumbat saluran drainase dan kapasitas saluran yang tidak mencukupi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kapasitas pada saluran drainase. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kuantitatif dengan pengukuran dan pemantauan kondisi drainase dan kondisi banjir pada lokasi penelitian. Hasil evaluasi perhitungan dan perbandingan, kapasitas pada saluran drainase di seluruh titik saluran tidak memenuhi dari hasil debit banjir rancangan. Pada analisis program HEC-RAS, debit air melebihi dari kapasitas pada saluran, sehingga akan mengakibatkan terjadinya banjir. Alternatif untuk mengatasi banjir adalah melakukan normalisasi saluran dengan pembersihan sedimentasi akibat sampah dan endapan serta pemeliharaan struktur bangunan saluran drainase.

Abstract

Kabupaten Manggarai Tengah memiliki luas wilayah 2.096,44 km² dan sebaran penduduk 152 jiwa/km². Masyarakat di Kabupaten Manggarai Tengah sebagian besar masih mengandalkan pertanian sebagai mata pencaharian utama, hasil pertanian antara lain padi, umbi-umbian, kopi, kopi, dan lain-lain. Daerah Irigasi Wae Locak terletak di Desa Wal, Kecamatan Langke Rembong, Manggarai Tengah, merupakan salah satu daerah irigasi yang merupakan bagian dari Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) dengan luas irigasi 50 hektar sejak tahun 1956. Pada tahun 2022, daerah tersebut operasinya akan menjadi 23 hektar. Analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis aliran andal dengan metode Weibull, analisis kebutuhan air irigasi dengan metode Penman yang dimodifikasi, analisis neraca air dengan metode Water Balance, analisis efisiensi jaringan irigasi dan analisis efisiensi jaringan irigasi menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Data yang diperlukan dalam analisis adalah data pelepasan bendungan 5 tahun terakhir, data tanaman pangan, data iklim, data kondisi jaringan irigasi eksisting, penampang saluran dan avulsi saluran irigasi. Hasil analisis efisiensi saluran primer menunjukkan persentase sebesar 99,083% yang berarti lebih tinggi 90% dari nilai baku mutu saluran primer yang menunjukkan tingginya efisiensi saluran pada daerah irigasi.

Abstract

Drainage is a system created to overcome the problem of excess water above ground and water below ground. The performance of the drainage system is determined by using good construction techniques, carrying out routine and periodic maintenance. Heavy rains not only cause surface water runoff but also urban surface water runoff which forms puddles of water due to the low carrying capacity of the drainage system. One of the areas that experienced flooding in the city of Denpasar was Jalan Antasura in the Peguyangan Kaja area, North Denpasar, which was caused by blockage of channels by sediment caused by rubbish. This research monitors and evaluates rainfall, flood discharge and water capacity in drainage channels. The results of the calculation evaluation and comparison with HEC-RAS modeling show that the water capacity in the drainage channel at the 0-800 m point does not meet the design flood discharge results for all return periods, so it is predicted that the drainage channel will cause flooding, while the water capacity in the drainage channel at the point 800-1000 m still meets the design flood discharge at the 2 year and 5 year return periods, but does not meet the 10 year return period, so it is predicted that the drainage channel will still meet capacity if channel normalization is carried out every year.

Abstract

Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, tim pengabdian masyarakat memilih Banjar Tunjuk Kaja yang dijadikan sasaran dilihat dari 7 banjar dinas yang ada di Desa Tunjuk, Kecamatan Tabanan. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan pendampingan pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi dan mulut diberikan kepada kelompok PKK Banjar Tunjuk Kaja dikarenakan kelompok PKK tersebut belum pernah mendapatkan sosialisasi dan pendampingan pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui 3 tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap penutup. Pendekatan pada kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pendekatan secara langsung yang di dukung dengan media poster dan demonstrasi. Selain itu dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan pre-test dan post-test yang akan diisi oleh peserta untuk mengetahui pengetahuan awal dan mengukur pemahaman partisipan setelah mendapatkan edukasi terkait. Hasil dari kuisioner yang di sebarkan kepada kelompok PKK mendapatkan hasil bahwa pengetahuan kelompok PKK meningkat ditandai dengan meningkatnya nilai pada post-test. Faktor pendukung pada proses pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi kelompok PKK mau mendengarkan dengan baik dan memiliki antusias yang tinggi untuk mengikuti sosialisasi dan pendampingan pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini disarankan untuk mendapatkan sosialisasi dan pendampingan pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi dan mulut secara rutin agar informasi dan pengetahuan yang di dapatkan selalu bertambah.

Abstract

The parking area available at Sanur Beach currently utilizes the road body, not the special parking lot that the beach has, thus creating a significant challenge for managers and visitors. Along with the increasing popularity of Sanur Beach as a tourist destination, the road to the beach has become congested due to the number of vehicles passing by, both motorcycles and cars. This causes visitors to often park their vehicles carelessly and irregularly, which has the potential to cause safety problems and inconvenience for other road users. Many visitors park outside the beach area, thus interfering with activities on the streets around the tourist attraction, which in turn can affect the image of Sanur Beach as a friendly and organized tourist destination. This research focuses on the need for parking spaces in Sanur Beach tourist attractions, with the hope of providing an effective solution to this problem. The data used in planning the needs of parking spaces is primary data, namely the results of surveys conducted on parking managers and vehicle traffic data. The survey results show that the parking area for motorcycles is most used on Sunday afternoon, reaching almost 228 plots, while for cars, the peak of use occurs on Sunday morning, reaching 34 plots. These findings show the importance of developing better and planned parking infrastructure at Sanur Beach, to improve the visitor experience and maintain a smooth flow of traffic. Thus, careful planning in the provision of parking spaces will be a crucial step to support the sustainability of tourism at Sanur Beach.

Abstract

The foundation has an important role to transfer the structural load above it to the lower soil layer. To prove the accuracy of the calculation of the design of the carrying capacity of foundation piles in the field, it is necessary to carry out a test. The Tsinghua Campus Project is a project located in the Serangan area using a bore pile foundation with a diameter of 80 cm where to determine the carrying capacity of the foundation pile used Static Loading Test (SLT) and Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA) test methods. The purpose of this study is to determine the choice from the results of the comparison of implementation methods with the time and cost required in the two test methods.  The method used in this study is through observation that visits directly to the field to look for aspects that need to be discussed to compare the two testing methods. The results of the Static Loding Test require a fee of Rp. 257,990,000.00 for testing 1 point of foundation piles and a test duration of 7 days for 1 test point, while the Pile Driving Analyzer requires more complex and more advanced reality models so that the results can be used in motion analysis. Then it is necessary to get a better way to separate the resistance of the shaft and the foot. However, please be aware that those using PDA results should understand that it is important to include information about subsoil and soil characteristics, groundwater and pore pressure, and other geotechnical matters and bring this information equivalent in quality to dynamic records. In addition to requiring a cost of Rp. 23,104,000.00 and the duration of the Pile Driving Analyzer test is for 2 days for 2 test points. The ultimate carrying capacity value of the Pile Driving Analyzer analyzer is known to be closest to the results of the Static Loding Test test interpreted by the Chin method
