Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kompetensi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik angket. Data dikumpulkan antara bulan Juni sampai September tahun 2019 dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 119 pegawai negeri sipil yang bekerja di Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Bima. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik regresi linear berganda. Selanjutnya data diolah menggunakan perangkat olah data SPSSver.22 for windows. Hasil analisis data kemudian diinterprestasikan dan  dinarasikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2), dan kompetensi (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) pada Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Bima, yaitu ditunjukan dengan nilai hasil uji t untuk masing-masing variable yaitu X1: 4,779 > t table 1,98; X2: 3,327 > t table 1,98; dan X3: 6,207 > t abel 1,98.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara khususnya kemampuan berbicara melaporkan dengan media pembelajaran film animasi pada kelas XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Bayan Kabupaten Lombok Utara pada semester Ganjil Tahun Pembelajaran 2017-2018 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 22 orang. Penelitian difokuskan pada peningkatan aspek-aspek berbicara baik faktor  kebahasaan maupun non kebahasaan dalam proses pembelajaran. Objek penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan berbicara melaporkan dalam interaksi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes berbicara. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes berbicara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang didukung oleh data kuantitatif. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui validitas hasil, dan validitas proses. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kemampuan siswa dalam hal berbicara melaporkan setelah dilakukan implementasi tindakan dengan media film animasi mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan tersebut dapat diketahui dari indikator keberhasilan proses dan indikator keberhasilan hasil. Keberhasilan pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari perubahan keadaan siswa yang pasif, lebih banyak diam, dan tidak terlalu memperhatikan pelajaran menjadi lebih aktif dan antusias selama mengikuti pembelajaran. Suasana pembelajaran pun menjadi lebih hidup dan menyenangkan setelah melihat film. Selain itu, ketika tes dilaksanakan, terlihat kemampuan berbicara dan kepercayaan diri siswa meningkat secara bertahap dari tiap siklus yang dilakukan. Hasil skor penilaian tersebut menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pada aspek-aspek kemampuan berbicara, yaitu pada pra siklus sebesar 41 meningkat menjadi 59 pada siklus I. Hasil penilaian siklus I menuju siklus II mengalami peningkatan dari 59 menjadi 72. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah dilakukan implementasi tindakan dengan media film animasi, kemampuan siswa dalam hal berbicara melaporkan mengalami peningkatan secara bertahap dari setiap siklus. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran ini dapat membantu siswa agar berani mengeluarkan pendapat dan ide/gagasan secara lebih lancar dan lebih runtut. Selanjutnya, siswa dapat meningkatkan sikap berpikir yang kritis, logis, sistematis, dan lebih mandiri

Abstract

This research is aimed to find out a partial and/or simultaneous influence of organizational culture, working environment, and competence of employees toward their working performance. The method used is a descriptive quantitative method using a questionnaire technique. Data were gained and collected since June to September 2019 by questionnaires distributed to 119 civil servants working in Agriculture and Plantation Services of Bima Regency. Furthermore, data were analyzed and processed using SPSSver.22 data processing tool for windows. Results of the analysis then interpreted and narrated descriptively. The results indicated that organizational culture (X1), working environment (X2), and competence (X3) as partially effect very much employees working performance (Y)  in Agriculture and Plantation Services of Bima Regency. It shows the value of the t-test results for each variable, namely X1: 4.779> t table 1.98; X2: 3,327> t table 1,98; and X3: 6,207> table 1.98.Keywords: organizational culture, working environment, competence, and performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of conducting this research was to examine the influence of learning motivation and interest of students and parents’ attention on learning outcomes during distance learning. This research used quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population was all students of the fourth, fifth, and sixth grades in SDN 117 Pekanbaru, while the sample was 128 students selected using probability sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire by giving a series of questions to students. The data were analyzed using statistical data analysis with multiple regression. The results indicated a clear partial or simultaneous relevance of learning motivation, parental attention, and interest in learning to student learning outcomes. Therefore, teachers need to increase students’ motivation and interest in learning at school and establish communication with parents to increase their attention to their children.

Abstract

Setiap guru PAUD harus memiliki kompetensi pedagogik, khususnya kompetensi dalam merancang bahan belajar dan menerapkan pembelajaran menggunakan bahan belajar yang sesuai dengan perkembangan anak didiknya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Dosen Pendidikan Guru PAUD Universitas Terbuka (PGPAUD UT) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik Guru PAUD melalui kegiatan pengembangan alat permainan komprehensif (APK). Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui kegiatan luring dan daring. Mitra adalah Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Pandeglang dengan peserta 20 guru PAUD/TK yang berasal dari 10 lembaga terpilih. Pengukuran pencapaian PkM dilihat dari produk APK dan Sertifikat HKI yang dihasilkan dan hasil asesmen yang dilakukan terhadap semua peserta. Hasil PkM adalah lima produk APK, lima sertifikat HKI dan peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik sebesar 37%. Rekomendasi yang dapat disampaikan adalah kegiatan Pengembangan APK dapat dilanjutkan dan disebarkan kepada guru-guru PAUD di berbagai wilayah lainnya dan Guru yang telah mengikuti kegiatan ini dapat menyebarkan ilmu dan pengalamannya kepada sejawatnya.   Every PAUD teacher must have pedagogical competence, especially competence in designing learning materials and implementing learning using learning materials that are appropriate to the development of their students. Community service activities (PkM) for PAUD Teacher Education Lecturers at the Open University (PGPAUD UT) aim to improve the pedagogical competence of PAUD Teachers through comprehensive game tool development activities (APK). The implementation method is carried out through offline and online activities. The partner is the Pandeglang Regency Education and Culture Office with 20 PAUD/TK teachers participating from 10 selected institutions. The measurement of PkM achievement can be seen from the APK products and IPR Certificates produced and the results of assessments carried out on all participants. The results of PkM are five APK products, five IPR certificates, and an increase in pedagogical competence of 37%. The recommendation that can be made is that APK development activities can be continued and distributed to PAUD teachers in various other regions and teachers who have participated in this activity can spread their knowledge and experience to their colleagues.

Abstract

Learning innovation is needed to overcome various challenges in the world of education, particularly in efforts to improve the quality of stimulation for early childhood development. This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of an educational game tool in the form of an educational table called “My Development Aspects” as a stimulation medium that supports six aspects of child development. This study is a research and development (R&D) study that adopts the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The limited trial subjects involved early childhood children and teachers as the primary users of the medium. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and expert validation questionnaires, using instruments that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of the study indicate that this educational table is designed with several activities on each side of the table, which is flexible for use indoors or outdoors, can be played individually or in groups, and allows for the replacement of materials according to the learning theme. This media is considered effective and efficient in supporting the stimulation of six aspects of child development, namely religious and moral values, physical motor skills, cognitive skills, language skills, social-emotional skills, and artistic skills. The conclusion of this study indicates that the “Aspek Perkembanganku” educational table has significant potential as an adaptive and applicable learning media innovation for early childhood educators.

Abstract

The high frequency of sexual assault charges against young children in the 5–6 year age group served as the impetus for this study. In order to address this issue, early childhood educators must employ engaging and innovative media to teach young children—those between the ages of five and six—about sexuality. Thus, preschool teachers in schools can benefit from the use of sex education puppet media while educating their kids about sex. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of using puppetry to introduce young children (ages 5–6) to early sex education. Children between the ages of five and six participated in the research at Kindergarten Amalia Jember. Research and Development (R&D) is the research methodology employed. Techniques for gathering data include observation and questionnaires. Data analysis with product creation and testing the viability of the product. Based on the material expert's evaluation of every facet, the feasibility test has a total score of 21.00, with an average score of 3.00 in the adequate category. The overall score for the aspects evaluated was 41.00, with an average of 2.70 in the sufficient category, depending on how well-suited media experts are. Based on the sample test results, this indicates that the Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.08 > 0.05, it is determined that the development of puppet media for sex education has been effectively established for kids between the ages of 5 and 6.
