Abstract

Abstrak Hal-hal yang harus dilakukan setiap profesional adalah, penyediaan informasi, penyediaan informasi khusus, bantuan dalam mencari dokumen, membantu dalam menggunakan katalog, dan buku referensi. Tanggung jawab pustakawan sangat dibutuhkan dalam memberikan pelayanan prima kepada para pengguna, karena kepuasan pengguna merupakan tujuan perpustakaan. Layanan unggulan dapat disediakan oleh pustakawan ketika pustakawan memiliki keterampilan dalam komunikasi interpersonal. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi interpersonal, kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

Currently, business in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with technological developments. lots of new businesses have sprung up, whether it's business in the culinary sector, business in the service sector, or business in the transportation sector. Business development in Indonesia is also influenced by the industrial revolution 4.0, technology is developing rapidly and automation in all areas of life. Abstract

The application of AI technology that is currently developing is very helpful in supporting the progress of MSMEs in various fields. By utilizing AI technology, it can help MSMEs who are having problems with product design and online marketing. This PkM aims to support the development of marine processed MSMEs in the Islands. The Pkm forum will provide knowledge and skills to MSMEs members for producing attractive and effective visual content and utilizing AI technology in marketing strategies. In this community service, the methods used are socialization by delivering equipment, practising using AI technology and discussions. In this way, it is hoped that MSMEs can increase its competitiveness and market share for processed seafood products, as well as support the Batam City government program in developing the MSMEs sector. Through this service, it is hoped that marine processed MSMEs in the Riau Islands can optimize their business potential by utilizing AI technology and visual communication in marketing. This activity will provide knowledge about the quality of promotional messages and attractive visual product presentations, so that MSMEs can produce marketing content that is effective in attracting attention and influencing the target audience. By increasing knowledge and skills in digital marketing, it is hoped that MSMEs can compete globally in developing the MSMEs sector and increasing exports of processed seafood products in the Riau Islands region, especially in Batam City.Keywords: AI; UMKM; Marketing Abstrak: Penerapan teknologi AI yang berkembang saat ini sangat membantu dalam mendukung kemajuan UMKM diberbagai bidang. Dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi AI dapat membantu UMKM yang terkendala dengan desain produk dan pemasaran secara online. PkM ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan. Dalam Pkm yang diselenggarakan akan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada anggota UMKM dalam menghasilkan konten visual yang menarik dan efektif serta memanfaatkan teknologi AI dalam strategi pemasaran. Dalam Pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dengan penyampaian materi, praktek menggunakan teknologi AI dan diskusi. Dengan demikian, diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan pangsa pasar produk olahan laut, serta mendukung program pemerintah Kota Batam dalam mengembangkan sektor UMKM. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan Riau dapat mengoptimalkan potensi bisnis mereka dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AI dan komunikasi visual dalam pemasaran. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan pembekalan pengetahuan tentang kualitas pesan promosi dan penyajian produk visual yang menarik, sehingga UMKM dapat menghasilkan konten pemasaran yang efektif dalam menarik perhatian dan mempengaruhi target audiens. Dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pemasaran digital, diharapkan UMKM dapat bersaing secara global dalam mengembangkan sektor UMKM serta meningkatkan ekspor produk olahan laut di wilayah Kepulauan Riau, khususnya di Kota Batam.Kata kunci: AI; UMKM; Pemasaran

Abstract

Education in higher education is a concern for many parties, especially related to the output of students from these universities. Various problems arise in the process of producing student outcomes that are by the demands of the times. The results in the form of student achievement and performance are very helpful for universities to reach their goals. Development, acceleration, and improvement of human resource output are the main concerns, especially in the Galileo College of Economics (STIE). This research focuses on student satisfaction, commitment, and performance. This research is a quantitative study involving 185 students as respondents. The purpose of this study is to see the comparison of satisfaction, commitment, and performance between male and female students. The research data was collected using a questionnaire, and processed with Amos SEM statistics. The results of the multi-group comparative analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between satisfaction, commitment, and performance of women and men. The findings in this study found that satisfaction with women's performance is the same and insignificant. For this reason, the campus needs to pay attention to student satisfaction, commitment, and performance. For future research, it is necessary to consider other variables not examined in this study, such as the environment, and comparisons between students in universities. In conclusion, achievement is the result of work that a person achieves both in terms of quality and quantity in doing work by the responsibilities given to him.

Abstract

Lagu sering menyampaikan berbagai pesan, termasuk tema perpisahan, yang bisa mencakup perpisahan cinta, persahabatan, atau peralihan fase hidup. Video musik memperkuat pesan ini melalui gabungan lirik yang emosional, elemen musik yang kuat, dan visual yang mendalam. Sayonara Crawl oleh JKT48, khususnya, merupakan lagu yang didedikasikan untuk perpisahan Shani Indira Natio sebagai kapten grup, dengan video musik yang menyampaikan nuansa perpisahan melalui elemen visual yang penuh makna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan semiotika untuk menggali makna dan pesan yang ingin disampaikan melalui video musik Sayonara Crawl, terutama bagi anggota grup, penggemar, dan penonton umum. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi aspek visual yang dihadirkan dan pesan perpisahan yang diungkapkan, dengan harapan dapat menjadi referensi bagi penelitian video musik bertema serupa di masa mendatang

Abstract

Pantai Bale Bale Nongsa, located in Batam, Indonesia, has abundant local potential but faces challenges in optimizing its resources for sustainable development. This study aimed to enhance entrepreneurship through financial literacy, local product development, and digital marketing strategies for the community. A participatory descriptive approach involving surveys, training, and mentoring was employed. Results demonstrated significant improvements in financial literacy, local product diversification, and online marketing capabilities, leading to increased daily incomes for some micro-entrepreneurs. This program highlights the importance of integrating financial literacy, product innovation, and digital marketing to empower coastal communities sustainably.

Abstract

Minimarket merupakan salah satu usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang berperan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Minimarket Bizmart Tiban, Batam, merupakan salah satu contoh usaha yang berupaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan layanan kepada pelanggan melalui penerapan ilmu manajemen keuangan dan ilmu komunikasi. Artikel ini mendokumentasikan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan konsep dasar manajemen keuangan dan komunikasi kepada para pengelola minimarket tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman manajemen dalam mengelola keuangan serta kemampuan komunikasi dengan pelanggan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan komunikasi yang lebih efektif, yang pada gilirannya berdampak positif pada kinerja minimarket

Abstract

Mascots in branding design and art exhibition events have a significant visual influence on the image of the event. In this research, the mascot that will be analyzed for its visual influence and identity is the mascot of the Olympus 2.0 art and design exhibition event of Batam Institute of Technology. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a semantic analysis approach that examines the visual aspects of the Olympus 2.0 mascot. The mascot becomes an iconic representation of the event, and this visual element plays a key role in attracting attention, building identity, and communicating the event's message to the audience. the use of mascots as a visual element in branding design and art exhibition events is a powerful strategy to create a strong image and connect audiences with the event. Olympus 2.0 mascot takes the representative of Tarsier animal named Pras by taking the tagline "invisible but impactful". this research aims to provide valuable insights into the important role played by the visual influence of mascots in the branding of art and design events, as well as its impact on the success and acceptance of such events.
