Abstract

The problem of this research is to increase cooperation attitude and student learning outcomes through the implementation model of Problem Based Learning on thematic learning themes subthemes 1 1 wonderful togetherness nation of cultural diversity in the class IV SDN Kencana Indah 2 Rancaekek District of Bandung regency. This study aims to determine the attitude of cooperation and improvement of student learning outcomes through the implementation model of Problem Based Learning in Scene 1 Indahnya Mutual Subtheme 1 Nation Cultural Diversity in Class IV. As the subjects in this study is the fourth grade students of SDN Kencana Indah 2 as a single class of 33 students. The research object of this class action is the improvement of the attitude of cooperation and student learning outcomes at 1 beauty togetherness theme of cultural diversity subtema one nation by using model Problem Based Learning. Implementation of a class action (PTK) was done 2 cycles and each cycle is done with 2 meetings and at the end of each cycle of observation to determine the result of increased cooperation attitude and student learning outcomes. The results of the research can be argued that the percentage of category cooperative attitude of students the observation of the first cycle of the first meeting included the category "Not Visible" reached 57.7%; category "Start Invisible" reached 72.7%; category "Start Developing" reached 39.4%; and the category "have been entrenched" reached 15.2%, while in the second cycle in the category "Not Visible" reached 15.2%; category "Start Invisible" reached 42.4%; category "Start Developing" reached 33.3%; and the category "have been entrenched" reached 93.9%. Besides the increase occurred in student learning outcomes of the first cycle that 45.5% to 84.8% in the second cycle. Thus it can be argued conclusion that the application of the model of Problem Based Learning can improve the attitude of cooperation and student learning outcomes in thematic learning themes subthemes 1 1 wonderful togetherness nation of cultural diversity in the class IV SDN Kencana Indah 2 Rancaekek District of Bandung regency.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is caused by abnormal insulin secretion, impairedinsulin action, or both. Approximately 12-25% of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients will develop diabetic foot ulcers (DFU). Vascular endothelialgrowth factor (VEGF) is a group of platelet-derived growth factors (PDGF)which have a potential role in angiogenesis. Low levels of VEGF-A can causeinsufficient angiogenesis leading to wound healing inhibition. The 2578*C/Apolymorphism of VEGF-A gene has been reported as a candidate markerfor the DFU development. However, the variant role in the development ofDFU in Javanese ethnic needs to be clarified. This study was conducted tocompare VEGF-A levels and the -2578*C/A polymorphism of the VEGF geneamong diabetic patients with and without DFU in Javanese ethnic. In thiscase-control study, the T2DM individuals with DFU as case group (n=19) andwithout DFU as control group (n=41) were recruited. The VEGF-A levelsweredetermined by ELISA. The ARMS-PCR technique was applied to investigate thepresence of -2578*C/A polymorphism of the VEGF gene. Data were analyzedwith independent t, Mann-Whitney, Chi-square, and Kruskal-Wallis tests withsignificance level of p<0.05. The median of plasma VEGF-A level was significantlydifferent between case and control groups (p=0.001). The genotype frequencyof -2578*C/A polymorphism of VEGF gene was no difference between case andcontrol groups. However, individuals with C allele have a higher risk factor todevelop DFU than A allele (CC+CA vs AA;p=0.042; OR=2.5). The plasma VEGF-Alevels were lower in T2DM subjects with DFU than those without DFU. Inconclusion,individuals with C allele of -2578*C/A polymorphism of VEGF geneare more susceptible to have DFU than individuals with A allele in Javaneseethnic with T2DM.

Abstract

Background: Karamunting (Rhodomyrtus tomentosa) is a potential herbal plant that can be found in Kalimantan, Indonesia. This plant is widely used because of its benefits for health. Several studies show its ability as anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-diabetic.Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the chemical content, antioxidant and anti-diabetic activity of the infusion of karamunting leaves.Methods: Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) was used for the phytochemical analysis of karamunting leaf infusion. Total phenolic content was calculated using Folin Ciocalteu's reagent. Antioxidant activity test using DPPH free radicals. An anti-diabetic activity test was performed using hyperglycemic-induced zebrafish.Results: There were 14 active compounds detected. There are three main fragments, namely Tectoridin, Engeletin, and Rhamnetin-3-O rhamnoside, in the infusion of karamunting leaves. The total phenolic content of the infusion of karamunting leaves was 288±5.94 g GAE/g. The antioxidant activity of karamunting leaf infusion was more potent than that of BHT (IC50 infusion 0.79±0.33 g/mL, BHT 13.5±2.5 g/mL). Karamunting leaf infusion has an ability that can be compared with metformin in lowering glucose levels in zebrafish blood.Conclusions: The main bioactive compounds in the infusion of karamunting leaves are Tectoridin, Engeletin, and Rhamnetin-3-O rhamnoside. The antioxidant activity of karamunting leaf infusion is powerful. Karamunting leaf infusion has the potential as an antihyperglycemic agent.

Abstract

Abstract. Citrus nobilis lour fruit. var. microcarpa (C. nobilis) or Pontianak Orange is a food source with good vitamins and antioxidants, while the peel was considered as waste. Along with technological development, people processed it by utilizing its essential oil. Research showed that the essential oil of Pontianak orange peel (C. nobilis) could inhibit the growth of some gram-positive and -negative bacteria. Still, the compounds' composition and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties have not been studied much. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the active compound composition, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory activity of C. nobilis essential oil. The essential oil from C. nobilis peel was extracted using the clavenger method. The GCMS methods was used for active compound profiling. The antioxidant activity of essential oils was examined using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical. The dominant active compound components in C. nobilis essential oil were limonene, β-myrcene, and linalool. The essential oil of C. nobilis had robust antioxidant activity (IC50 13.114 µg/mL) compared to BHT. The content of the dominant active compound in the essential oil supported this activity.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus (DM) merupakan suatu gangguan metabolik yang ditandai oleh hiperglikemia kronik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kelainan sekresi insulin, gangguan kerja insulin atau gangguan keduanya. Sebanyak 12-25% pasien DM memunyai risiko untuk mengalami ulkus diabetika. Ulkus diabetika merupakan komplikasi yang sering terjadi pada pasien DM tipe 1 dan 2.Diabetes melitus merupakan suatu model prototopikal pada kejadian gangguan penyembuhan luka. Individu dengan DM menunjukkan kemampuan angiogenesis abnormal pada beberapa organ. Gen Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor-A (VEGF), merupakan gen yang menyandi polipeptida VEGF. Studi fungsional yang telah dilakukan mengindikasikan bahwa polimorfisme pada gen ini memengaruhi ekspresi mRNA. Abstract

Increasingly advanced technology currently encourages people to make transactions using electronic money (e-money). Currently, more and more Indonesia people are using electronic money, this can be seen from the volume of electronic money transactions which is increasing from year to year. People prefer to make transactions using electronic money because it is easier to transact with traders. This research aims to analyse the variables of interest rates, inflation, money supply, e-money and electronic money transactions in Indonesia. The type of research is quantitative analysis using secondary data from 2011 to 2021 with quarterly annual data take from Bank Indonesia (BI), World Bank and BPS (Central Statistics Agency). The analysis method used is VAR (Vector Autoregressive) and refined with Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD) analysis. The results of the VAR analysis show that there is a contribution to the variable itself and other variable. From the estimation results, it turns out that there is a reciprocal relationship between one variable and another variable, or in other words, all variable, namely the variable Inflation, JUB, E-Money, Interest Rate and Elecronic Money Transaction contribute to each other. The results of the FEVD analysis show that not all variables contribute to the variable itself.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang legalitas badan usaha milik desa (bum desa) merupakan lembaga yang diatur dalam undang-undang nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang desa untuk meningkatkan perekonomian desa dan mesejahterakan masyarakat desa pembentukan BUM Desa mempunyai banyak manfaat bagi masyarakat desa salah satunya ialah meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dengan melalukan kegiatan usaha ekonomi melalui pengelolaan usaha, serta pengembangan investasi dan produktifitas perekonomian, dan potensi desa. melakukan kegiatan pelayanan umum melalui penyediaan barang atau jasa serta pemenuhan kebutuhan umum masyarakat desa dengan meningkatnya pendapatan asli desa maka akan membuat perekonomian desa dan masyarakat akan semakin luas dan akan berhubungan dengan pihak ketiga dalam menjalankan kegiatan ekonominya, akan tetapi, tidak dibisa dipungkiri bahwa masih terdapat kelemahan dan kekurangan dalam pendirian bum desa mengenai legalitasnya yang belum kuat dan tidak dibuat dihadapan notaris maka akan terhalang kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga. Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan potensi hasil suatu tanaman dipengaruhi oleh adanya interaksi genotipe dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi genotipe dan lingkungan serta genotipe yang mampu beradaptasi di dua lokasi pada 31 genotipe jagung hibrida, Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari–April 2020 di Desa Binangun, Kecamatan Binangun, Kabupaten Blitar dan di Desa Tanjungkamal, Kecamatan Mangaran, Kabupaten Situbondo Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Augmented Design terdiri dari 34 entri/perlakuan (18 genotipe yang diuji, 9 varietas pendamping) tanpa ulangan dan 4 varietas sebagai control (diagonal check) diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Varietas yang digunakan sebagai control ialah P13, P35, P,36, dan P37. Abstract

Dunia pendidikan tidak pernah lepas dari permasalahan-permasalah terkait pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas, termasuk salah satunya pada mata pelajaran sejarah. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait penyebab dan dampaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keterkaitan antara minat belajar dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran sejarah pada siswa kelas XI TKJ 4 di SMK Muhammadiyah. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan model penelitian yang bersifat korelasional. Informasi minat belajar dikumpulkan melalui angket, dan informasi hasil belajar diperoleh dari catatan ujian sejarah semester yang kemudian di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara minat belajar dan hasil belajar sejarah. Identifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap minat belajar mencakup metode mengajar yang efektif, penerapan materi dalam konteks nyata, dan lingkungan yang mendukung proses belajar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan minat belajar siswa dapat membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar sejarah.

Abstract

Peronema canescens, Jack commonly known as "sungkai," has been traditionally used as a herbal medicine for various health conditions. This study aimed to explore the bioactive compound of the P. canescens leaves hydroethanolic extract, along with assessing its antioxidant and antimutagenic properties. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) was utilized for phytochemical analysis of the hydroethanolic extracts, while antioxidant activity was evaluated through the DPPH radical scavenging method. Quantification of total phenolic and flavonoid content was achieved via colorimetric analysis. Furthermore, the DNA protection activity was assessed using plasmid pBR322 subjected to free radical treatment. The primary bioactive compounds identified in the P. canescens hydroethanolic extracts belonged to the alkaloid and flavonoid groups. The antioxidant activity of P.canescens leaves hydroethanolic extracts showed an IC50 value of 0.02±0.00 µg/mL. Additionally, the total flavonoid and phenolic content were measured at 33,769±3,626 µg QE/mL and 638,924±6,683 µg GAE/mL, respectively. Notably, P.canescens exhibited significant potential in mitigating DNA damage. In conclusion, the P. canescens leaves hydroethanolic extracts demonstrate promising attributes as a herbal medicine, highlighting notable antioxidant and antimutagenic effects.
