Abstract

Purpose: This study examines how Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM), ethical leadership, psychological welfare, social inclusion, and corporate governance influence the implementation of Sustainable Human Resources (SHR) in international organizations, responding to the call for integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into HR systems. Research Methodology: A cross-sectional, quantitative survey was conducted with 150 employees in international organizations involved in sustainability and ESG activities. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS to test five hypotheses related to the influence of Green HRM, leadership ethics, welfare, inclusion, and governance on SHR. Results: The findings reveal that all five determinants positively and significantly affect SHR implementation. Green HRM and ethical leadership show the strongest effects, while psychological welfare, social inclusion, and corporate governance provide complementary contributions. The model explains a significant proportion of SHR variance, emphasizing the importance of integrating ESG practices within HR systems. Conclusions: This study highlights the need for a multidimensional approach to SHR, demonstrating that it emerges from the combined influence of Green HRM, leadership ethics, and governance practices, rather than isolated green or ethical efforts. Limitations: The use of non-probability sampling and cross-sectional data limits generalizability and causal inferences. Future research could employ longitudinal or multi-source designs across various contexts. Contributions: This study advances SHR literature by integrating five key constructs into a single framework and testing it in the context of international organizations, offering practical insights for HR leaders to design integrated ESG-focused HR policies.

Abstract

Industrial development plays an important role in supporting Indonesia’s economic growth, particularly in the property sector, which attracts increasing investor interest. This study examines the effect of the price earnings ratio, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio on stock prices of property sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with return on assets as a moderating variable. The study uses panel data from 12 property companies over the 2018–2022 period. Panel data regression with moderation analysis is applied using EViews version 12. The results indicate that the price earnings ratio and return on assets have a significant effect on stock prices, while the current ratio and debt to equity ratio do not show a significant influence. The moderation analysis reveals that Return on Assets strengthens the relationship between the price earnings ratio and stock prices, but does not moderate the effects of liquidity and leverage ratios. The coefficient of determination shows that the independent and moderating variables explain 37.58 % of stock price variation, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings provide useful insights for investors and related institutions in evaluating stock price movements in the property sector.

Employing a case study methodology, the study explores a specific phenomenon in depth through systematic interviews, direct observations, and document analysis to capture the case's contextual and structural intricacies. The selection of informants was carried out purposefully to ensure relevance to the research objectives, as the credibility and validity of qualitative findings largely depend on the suitability of participants. The informants comprised individuals holding strategic roles and possessing substantial insights into the studied context, specifically one leader and one staff member representing each relevant division. The study population encompasses Islamic banking institutions operating in Indonesia. The findings reveal that the problem formulation and data analysis regarding Value Chain Analysis under Sharia principles highlight several key aspects. Abstract

Purpose: This study examines how investment analytics capability influences portfolio diversification effectiveness through financial technology integration and strategic risk perception in Indonesia’s emerging capital market.Research Methodology: A quantitative cross-sectional design was applied using purposive sampling of 150 investors, advisors, asset managers, and fund managers. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.Results: Investment analytics capability positively influences financial technology integration (? = 0.642, p < 0.001) and strategic risk perception (? = 0.591, p < 0.001). Financial technology integration improves diversification effectiveness (? = 0.483, p < 0.001), while strategic risk perception has a negative effect (? = ?0.324, p < 0.001).Conclusion: Investment analytics capability enhances diversification through technology adoption but may also increase risk awareness that limits portfolio expansion.Limitations: This study is limited by its cross-sectional design, sample size, and focus on Indonesian investors, which may affect broader applicability.Contributions: This study contributes an integrated model linking analytical capability, fintech adoption, and risk perception, while providing insights for investors and financial institutions to improve investment strategies.
