Abstract

Kelompok Usaha Bersama Srikandi (Srikandi Join Venture Group) at Cepiring District, in Kendal Regency has been formed more than 5 years ago, consist of several businessman who have different skills in makingand selling their products. Most of the (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) KUB Srikandi members in running their business, apply minimum knowledge in developing their business to meet the needs and condition nowadaysin which similar products that same with KUB Srikandi products are increasing. This study apply thequalitative analysis techniques and SWOT analysis. The research apply qualitative approach and SWOTanalysis trying to know what strategies are used in the business development of KUB Srikandi members. Basedon the IFAS EFAS diagram, it can be concluded that the business carried out by KUB Srikandi members is inthe first quadrant (I), which means that in this position, KUB Srikandi has strong position and has the goodopportunity to develop. The implementation of strategies that can be done is using the Strengths factor thatexist in the business of KUB Srikandi members Where in fact the business that runs by KUB Srikandi membersfacing a great market opportunities, to develop their business in dealing with it, KUB Srikandi members mustoptimize their productivities.

Abstract

The livelihoods of the Cepiring District of Kendal Regency are mostly in the agricultural sector, the second and third are the manufacturing industry and the trade, hotel, and restaurant sector. Micro Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Cepiring Kendal District numbered 35 people. This training main objective is to equip by training MSE entrepreneurs with the knowledge of how to determine the cost of production right in order to increase their business income. The results of the training showed that MSE entrepreneurs in Cepiring Kendal District were able to make a simple determination of the Basic Price of Orders and Pricing Prices. The UMK entrepreneurs in Cepiring District Kendal responded positively to the training. This positive response can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in the discussion session or during practice, even the participants want advanced training and mentoring. Abstract

The main purpose of companies that have gone public is to increase the prosperity of the owner or shareholders through increasing company value. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and capital structure on company value with managerial ownership as a moderating variable in LQ 45 companies. The research method used is quantitative with multiple regression data analysis techniques (path analysis). The results of this study are: (1) Profitability (ROA) is proven to have a significant positive effect on company value (PBV). (2) Profitability (ROA) is proven to have a significant positive effect on the company value (PBV). (3) Capital structure (DER) significantly influences company value (PBV) significantly.

Abstract

Kecamatan Cepiring merupakan satu dari 20 kecamatan di Kabupaten Kendal dengan mata pencaharian penduduk Kecamatan Cepiring sebagian besar ada di sektor pertanian, urutan kedua dan ketiga adalah sektor industri pengolahan dan sektor perdagangan, hotel dan restoran. Usaha Kecil Mikro (UKM) pengrajin Batik di Kecamatan Cepiring berjumlah 30 orang. UKM pengrajin Batik di Kecamatan Cepiring ternyata masih banyak pula dijumpai kendala diantaranya adalah: (1) belum tersusunnya strategi pengembangan usaha dan data base profile masing-masing UKM pengrajin Batik di Kecamatan Cepiring; (2) belum adanya kejelasan tentang manajemen sistem pembukuan/akuntansi secara baik dan benar sehingga menghasilkan informasi keuangan yang bermanfaat untuk pendukung UKM pengrajin Batik di Kecamatan Cepiring. Kegiatan penyuluhan pembukuan/akuntansi secara baik dan benar sehingga menghasilkan informasi keuangan yang bermanfaat untuk pendukung UKM pengrajin Batik di Kecamatan Cepiring. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hasil penyuluhan pembukuan dalam menunjang kesuksesan usaha pengrajin batik di Kecamatan Cepiring Kabupaten Kendal telah terlaksana dengan sukses. Hal ini terbukti dengan antusiasnya peserta penyuluhan mengikuti dan berdiskusi (termasuk proses tanya jawab) dengan rutin.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan PKM ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan kepada pelaku usaha di Kecamatan Cepiring tentang pentingnya suatu merk bagi hasil produksi sehingga produknya lebih dikenal pasaran  secara lebih luas. Adapun permasalahan utama pelaku usaha di Kecamatan Cepiring adalah ketidaktahuan mengenai arti pentingnya sebuah merk untuk suatu produk. Solusi yang ditawarkan kepada pelaku usaha di Kecamatan Cepiring adalah pemberian penyuluhan mekanisme legalitas izin usaha melalui merk. Luaran kegiatan yang ingin dicapai agar pelaku usaha di Kecamatan Cepiring dapat mengembangkan usaha disertai kelengkapan legalitas / merk, sehingga operasional usaha dapat berlangsung sesuai ketentuan yang ada, Hasil penyuluhan kepada pelaku usaha di Kecamatan Cepiring akan dapat menunjang kesuksesan usaha dan penyuluhan telah terlaksana dengan sukses. Hal ini terbukti dengan antusiasnya pelaku usaha di Kecamatan Cepiring mengikuti  dan berdiskusi (termasuk proses tanya jawab).Abstract:  The purpose of this PKM is to provide counseling on the importance of a brand for the production so that the product is more widely known to the market. The main problem of SME’s at Cepiring Village is ignorance about not knowing the importance of a brand for a product. The solution offered is the provision counseling the legality mechanism of business licenses. The output of the activity to be achieved so that SME’s at Cepiring Village can develop the business accompanied by adequate legality of establishment, so that business operations can take place according to existing provisions, the results of the training can support the business success of business actors in the SME’s at Cepiring Village and have been successfully implemented. This was proven by the enthusiasm of the trainees to follow and discuss (including the question and answer process) routinely.

Abstract

The Community Service Program that we will carry out is located at RT 14 RW 09 Pedurungan Tengah Village with the target audience of UKM in the RT! 4 RW 09 area. Pedurungan Tengah Village, Semarang. These SMEs produce food products whose sales are increasing day by day and have a wider range of consumers. Products that have been sold in the market and are well known do not yet have a name or brand, SMEs do not understand the importance of a brand for a product. They only care about the important product sold. In this Community Service activity to introduce more about the importance of a brand for a product, socialization and an explanation of the importance of the name or product brand are given to differentiate it from other similar products.From the results of this dedication, it is hoped that participants will be able to understand the importance of brands for products that have been produced and make them start thinking about or designing names or brands for their products.

Abstract

The Community Service Program that we will carry out is located in Wonolopo Village, Mijen District, Semarang with the target audience of herbal medicine business players. The main problem is that so far the herbal medicine business actors do not know about the importance of online marketing and promotion, especially during the covid 19 period.In the implementation of this service, the method used is counseling on how to process herbal medicine in a clean and hygienic manner as well as training on marketing and online or online promotions so that during the current covid 19 pandemic, herbal products from members of the Jamu Sumber Husodo community, Wonolopo Village are better known in the community who will later will have an impact on increasing sales.The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge and training about marketing and promotion on line or online by utilizing internet media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berdirinya toko modern terhadap omsetpenjulan dan keuntungan toko tradisional dan juga mengetahuii solusi toko tradisional agardapat bertahan ditengah maraknya toko modern. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Holistic single case study atau studi kasus tunggalholistik yaitu penelitian yang menempatkan sebuah kasus sebagai fokus dari penelitian. Jumlahunit analisis yang digunakan hanya satu atau bahkan sama sekali unit analisisnya tidak dapatdijelaskan, karena terintegrasi dengan kasusnya. informan kunci yaitu bu yuli, dan konsumenyang sudah lama membeli di Toko bu yuli, dan secara lisan atau tulisan dan juga perilakunyayang nyata dan diteliti dan dipelajari sebagai suatu yang utuh. Dari hasil penelitain dan pembahasan di lapangan maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagaiberikut: Dengan keberadaan toko modern yang letaknya berdekatan dengan toko tradisionalsangat mempengaruhi omzet Toko tradisonal bu Yuli yang mana omzet menurun sampai 45%;Toko tradisonal bu yuli tetap optimis dapat tetap membuka usaha tokonya walaupun di wilayahya ada toko modern dengan harapan pelanggan tetapnya masih setia membeli di tokonya. Dalammempertahankan kelangsungan tokonya pemilik toko sangat menjaga hubungan baik denganpembeli satu pelanggannya dengan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik dan ramah, selain itujuga memberikan pinjaman apabila dalam melaukan pembelian pembeli kurang uangnya maka dapat dibayar besok hari, selain itu juga berusaha menambah jenis barang dagangan sehinggapaling tidak mendekati jenis-jenis barang yang dijual di toko modern.Kata kunci: Holistic single case study, toko modern, toko tradisional,omset

Abstract

PKM aims to provide counseling on business management in the marketing sector, especially the online marketing of SME products in Pedurungan Tengah Village, Semarang, so that their products are better known to the wider market. The main problem of partners is that they have not been able to market their products optimally and reach a wider market and they also do not know the importance of being online for a product marketing. The solution offered is the provision of counseling regarding business management in the field of marketing, especially the marketing of SME products online, so that business operations can take place. perfect.
