Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of communication channels and the condition of instructors on the implementation of combine harvester machine innovations in Tabanan Regency. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics and the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the help of the smartPLS 3.0 application. The population of this study was 187 people. Determination of samples using the Slovin formula. Based on this population, the sample obtained was 66 farmers. The results of this research are that the communication channel variables received and the condition of the instructors are stated to have a significant positive effect on the adoption of invasion so that a hypothesis arises. The suggestion from this research is that the government is expected to improve programs that increase the knowledge and communication skills of agricultural instructors in Tabanan Regency. Farmers are expected to increase awareness that the agricultural sector requires the use of modern technology.

Abstract

Subak Intaran is one of the agricultural subaks that is still active in Denpasar City, precisely in Sanur Kauh Village, South Denpasar. Which is divided into two parts, namely Subak Intaran Barat and Subak Intaran Timur which have a productive land area of around 98 hectares. This study aims to prepare educational tour packages and make promotional videos for Subak Intaran, Sanur Kauh Village, Denpasar, Bali. Where to apply qualitative methods by means of data collection, observation, in-depth interviews, and literature review. Data collection materials include image attachments, observation sampling to produce any potential there, which can be made into tour packages, interviews to produce this article. The results of the study showed that Subak Intaran is one of the subaks which currently has the potential not only for natural agricultural tourism, jogging tracks, but also tourism potential which can be developed and made into various tour packages including planting packages, harvest packages and shopping packages for self-harvest products.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess the impact of the implementation of Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 15 of 2021 on the income of rice milling units (RMUs) in Tabanan Regency. The study was conducted in Tabanan Regency because it is the district with the highest rice farming productivity in Bali Province, amounting to 160,000 tons per year. The population for this study is 550 business units. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula. Based on that population, a sample of 85 rice milling units (RMUs) was obtained. The result of this study shows that Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 15 of 2021 concerning business activity standards and product standards in the rice milling sector has a significant impact on the economic performance of Rice Milling Units (RMUs) in Tabanan Regency. The implementation of the standards stipulated in the regulation not only focuses on improving product quality but also includes better business management, which directly affects efficiency and productivity. The recommendations from this study include increased dissemination and training for RMU entrepreneurs, provision of access to financing for technology investments, and periodic evaluation and updating of the standards.
