Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of communication channels and the condition of instructors on the implementation of combine harvester machine innovations in Tabanan Regency. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics and the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the help of the smartPLS 3.0 application. The population of this study was 187 people. Determination of samples using the Slovin formula. Based on this population, the sample obtained was 66 farmers. The results of this research are that the communication channel variables received and the condition of the instructors are stated to have a significant positive effect on the adoption of invasion so that a hypothesis arises. The suggestion from this research is that the government is expected to improve programs that increase the knowledge and communication skills of agricultural instructors in Tabanan Regency. Farmers are expected to increase awareness that the agricultural sector requires the use of modern technology.

Abstract

Subak Intaran is one of the agricultural subaks that is still active in Denpasar City, precisely in Sanur Kauh Village, South Denpasar. Which is divided into two parts, namely Subak Intaran Barat and Subak Intaran Timur which have a productive land area of around 98 hectares. This study aims to prepare educational tour packages and make promotional videos for Subak Intaran, Sanur Kauh Village, Denpasar, Bali. Where to apply qualitative methods by means of data collection, observation, in-depth interviews, and literature review. Data collection materials include image attachments, observation sampling to produce any potential there, which can be made into tour packages, interviews to produce this article. The results of the study showed that Subak Intaran is one of the subaks which currently has the potential not only for natural agricultural tourism, jogging tracks, but also tourism potential which can be developed and made into various tour packages including planting packages, harvest packages and shopping packages for self-harvest products.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess the impact of the implementation of Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 15 of 2021 on the income of rice milling units (RMUs) in Tabanan Regency. The study was conducted in Tabanan Regency because it is the district with the highest rice farming productivity in Bali Province, amounting to 160,000 tons per year. The population for this study is 550 business units. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula. Based on that population, a sample of 85 rice milling units (RMUs) was obtained. The result of this study shows that Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 15 of 2021 concerning business activity standards and product standards in the rice milling sector has a significant impact on the economic performance of Rice Milling Units (RMUs) in Tabanan Regency. The implementation of the standards stipulated in the regulation not only focuses on improving product quality but also includes better business management, which directly affects efficiency and productivity. The recommendations from this study include increased dissemination and training for RMU entrepreneurs, provision of access to financing for technology investments, and periodic evaluation and updating of the standards.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah strategi alternatif pengembangan buah pala di Desa Senganan, Kecamantan Penebel, Kabupaten Tabanan, Provinsi Bali. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposive karena desa ini memiliki kondisi agroklimat yang mendukung budidaya pala, namun komoditas tersebut belum menjadi unggulan. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 30 orang petani pala aktif di desa tersebut, sehingga teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode sensus. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi pengembangan komoditas pala di tingkat petani. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sepuluh strategi alternatif yaitu Memanfaatkan tren permintaan pasar dan kondisi agroklimat untuk meningkatkan produksi; Mengoptimalkan dukungan kebijakan dengan pengalaman petani dalam budidaya pala; Mengembangkan pasar ekspor berbasis kualitas dengan memanfaatkan lahan yang masih tersedia; Menggunakan peluang ekspor untuk mendorong pembentukan kelembagaan tani pala; Memanfaatkan dukungan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan akses pelatihan dan teknologi pertanian; Meningkatkan promosi pasar ekspor sambil memperbaiki akses teknologi pertanian; Menjaga stabilitas produksi melalui pengalaman petani dan dukungan agroklimat untuk menghadapi fluktuasi harga; Mengembangkan produk turunan pala untuk mengatasi persaingan dengan komoditas lain; Mengurangi ketergantungan cuaca melalui pelatihan pertanian yang adaptif; Menyusun kelembagaan tani untuk memperkuat daya saing di tengah ancaman eksternal.

Abstract

LPD Desa Adat Bedha, the largest asset holder in Tabanan Regency in 2025, is recorded as the highest contributor to social funds with a contribution of IDR 2.46 billion. The annual financial report for 2024 has not been published online, so document access is only available through direct contact with LPD. This study aims to analyze the influence of using the digital platform CoreTax on the transparency of tax reporting and to identify the challenges faced by LPD in tax reporting. Data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares SEM PLS to examine the relationships among latent variables. The results indicate that all independent variables including CoreTax system quality, user technology literacy, administrative compliance, and financial data integration have a positive and significant effect on tax report transparency. CoreTax system quality is the dominant factor. Challenges include limited technology literacy, inadequate infrastructure, inconsistent administrative compliance, limited data integration, and resistance to digitalization. The findings emphasize that system optimization, increased user capacity, and proper data integration are necessary to enhance accountability and public trust in LPD. Implementing CoreTax can improve transparency, minimize errors, and support technology-based village financial governance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sustainability of the Ayung Watershed (DAS Ayung) across ecological, economic, social, and political dimensions and to evaluate the influence of Bali Governor Regulation No. 47 of 2019 on watershed sustainability. The research was conducted in the upstream, middle, and downstream areas of the Ayung Watershed from June to December 2025 using primary and secondary data. Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) was applied to assess sustainability levels, while Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to examine the regulation’s impact. The MDS results indicate an overall sustainability index of 62.76, classified as moderately sustainable. The social dimension achieved the highest score (70.12), while the economic dimension showed the lowest (55.80). The PLS-SEM analysis revealed that waste management, forest conservation, community education, and regulatory supervision significantly affect watershed sustainability, whereas sustainable infrastructure development does not show a significant effect. These findings demonstrate that the implementation of Bali Governor Regulation No. 47 of 2019 strengthens watershed management through integrated ecological and institutional governance. The study suggests improving regulatory enforcement, enhancing community environmental education, and fostering intersectoral collaboration. The implications highlight the necessity for coordinated policy actions to maintain the ecological balance and long-term sustainability of the Ayung Watershed as a key natural and economic resource for Bali’s sustainable development.

Abstract

Kemasan merupakan sistem perlindungan produk yang berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai wadah, tetapi juga sebagai sarana komunikasi kepada konsumen Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan keamanan pangan, citra, dan daya saing UMKM madu Trigona sp. di Desa Batuan Kaler melalui pengembangan kemasan estetik berbasis standar keamanan pangan. Kegiatan diawali dengan tahap persiapan dan identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, kemudian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan partisipatif. Materi yang diberikan meliputi pemilihan bahan kemasan food grade, desain visual kemasan, serta kelengkapan label sesuai regulasi keamanan pangan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui diskusi dan umpan balik peserta terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mitra mengenai pentingnya kemasan yang aman, informatif, dan menarik secara visual dalam membangun persepsi kualitas produk. Implementasi kemasan estetik berbasis standar keamanan pangan diharapkan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan nilai tambah produk dan penguatan posisi kompetitif UMKM madu.

Abstract

Abstrak Keberlanjutan Rice Milling Unit (RMU) menjadi langkah mendesak dalam menjaga ketahanan pangan dan daya saing beras lokal di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks keberlanjutan usaha Rice Milling Unit serta merumuskan model bisnis inklusif berbasis Green Economy Management pada pengelolaan RMU. Jumlah responden sebanyak 252 orang ditentukan berdasarkan pendekatan sepuluh kali jumlah atribut penelitian. Analisis data menggunkan sustainability assesment yaitu metode Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) sustainability assesment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks keberlanjutan multidimensi sebesar 58,76 yang termasuk kategori cukup berkelanjutan. Dimensi lingkungan memiliki nilai tertinggi, sedangkan dimensi teknologi dan politik menjadi faktor pembatas utama. Uji Monte Carlo menunjukkan selisih nilai di bawah 5%, sehingga hasil analisis dinyatakan stabil dan reliabel. Berdasarkan analisis leverage menegaskan bahwa peningkatan keberlanjutan RMU memerlukan integrasi pembiayaan hijau, penguatan kemitraan petani, modernisasi teknologi hemat energi, pemanfaatan limbah berbasis ekonomi sirkular, dan kebijakan afirmatif. Model bisnis inklusif yang dirumuskan menempatkan RMU sebagai pusat integrasi antara petani, pemerintah, swasta, lembaga keuangan, dan pasar guna meningkatkan efisiensi, nilai tambah, dan ketahanan pangan daerah secara berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Assessment, RMU, Multidimensional, Inklusif, Sustainability.Abstract The sustainability of Rice Milling Units (RMUs) is an urgent step in maintaining food security and the competitiveness of local rice in Bali Province. This study aims to determine the sustainability index of Rice Milling Unit businesses and formulate an inclusive business model based on Green Economy in RMU management. The number of respondents, 252 people, was determined based on an approach ten times the number of research attributes. Data analysis used the Multidimensional Scaling (MDS). The results showed a multidimensional sustainability index of 58.76, which is categorized as fairly sustainable. The environmental dimension has the highest value, while the technological and political dimensions are the main limiting factors. The Monte Carlo test showed a difference in values below 5%, so the analysis results are declared stable and reliable. Based on the leverage analysis, it confirms that increasing the sustainability of RMU requires the integration of green financing, strengthening farmer partnerships, modernizing energy-saving technologies, utilizing waste based on a circular economy, and affirmative policies. The formulated inclusive business model positions RMU as the center of integration between farmers, the government, the private sector, financial institutions, and markets to increase efficiency, added value, and regional food security in a sustainable manner.Keywords: Management, Rice, RMU, Multidimensional, Food.
