Abstract

The family is the smallest unit of a society. The family is a unit consisting of the head of the household and several people who gather and live in one place under one roof in a state of mutual dependence on one another. Financial problems are something that must be experienced by a family, especially families who are just starting the household ark. Therefore, it is necessary to have good financial literacy so that family finances can be managed properly in order to achieve family welfare. The method used in this paper is literature study from journals and books and other publications related to the variables in this paper. The data in this study were taken from books and journal articles which were combined to provide solutions and procedures for good family financial management. This paper discusses how to do good financial planning so that families can adjust their expenses to family income. It is hoped that this paper can reduce the negative impact of public ignorance about family financial management

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education in Indonesia through a systematic literature review (SLR) method. Based on the analysis of 15 journal articles published between 2018 and 2024, this research identifies various AI applications in education, including chatbots for science and engineering learning, social robots for religious education, and AI for learning evaluation. The results show that AI has great potential to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning, provide more personalized feedback, and assist educators in decision-making. However, AI implementation also faces challenges such as high costs, the need for technological infrastructure, and ethical issues. This research provides a comprehensive overview of the opportunities and challenges faced in integrating AI into education in Indonesia and offers recommendations for further research and development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran literasi keuangan dalam mengatasi perilaku ekonomi irrasional di Indonesia melalui tinjauan literatur. Literasi keuangan yang baik memungkinkan individu untuk memahami dan menerapkan informasi keuangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga dapat membuat keputusan finansial yang lebih bijak dan rasional. Meskipun tingkat literasi keuangan di Indonesia masih rendah, berbagai intervensi seperti edukasi keuangan formal, kampanye publik, dan pelatihan keuangan menunjukkan hasil yang positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keuangan masyarakat. Faktor-faktor seperti pendidikan formal, akses informasi, dan budaya sosial mempengaruhi literasi keuangan. Tantangan utama meliputi akses yang tidak merata terhadap pendidikan dan informasi keuangan, serta budaya konsumtif yang kuat. Rekomendasi kebijakan mencakup penguatan kurikulum edukasi keuangan, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, kampanye publik yang intensif, dan kolaborasi antara pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan khusus di berbagai kelompok masyarakat dan daerah. Implementasi kebijakan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan di Indonesia, mengurangi perilaku ekonomi irrasional, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan finansial masyarakat.

Abstract

Banyak orang mengabaikan ide bisnis usaha dodol sebab dianggap sangat ribet serta tidak sangat menguntungkan. Sementara itu, dodol nyatanya masih jadi salah satu menu kesukaan yang digandrungi masyarakatdi Indonesia. Kenapa usaha dodol masih begitu eksis di Indonesia sampai saat ini? Dodol merupakan kuliner khas dari Indonesia yang tidak bisa ditemui di negara lain. Meskipun ada, pasti cita rasanya sangat berbeda. Dodol sendiri kuliner yang sangat unik, ditambah harganya yang masih terjangkau di kalangan konsumen. Meskipun begitu, proses itu sama sekali tidak mengurangi kelezatan dodol yang lain. Justru, tanpa adanya cairan gula yang melapisinya, dodol yang lain memiliki tekstur yang lebih kenyal.

Abstract

The development of human resources that are adaptive to the challenges of the 21st century demands a significant transformation in the education sector. This community service article aims to describe, implement, and analyze the effectiveness of an interactive digital learning model (IDLM) based on a Learning Management System (LMS) and mobile devices for core subjects (e.g., Science or Mathematics) at the Junior High School (JHS) level. This study is motivated by the finding that conventional learning is often less effective in fostering independent learning motivation and critical thinking skills among young adolescents. The service method uses an Action Research approach divided into three main cycles: planning, action, and reflection, involving 80 students and 10 teachers as partners. The IDLM implementation includes the development of digital content, interactive learning videos, and gamified assessments. The results of the service show a significant increase in the material retention index and the average score in post-intervention formative tests. Furthermore, in-depth interviews and participatory observation confirm a positive shift in students' attitudes, from passive to more proactive and collaborative in the learning process. The conclusion affirms that the structured and integrated adoption of technology acts as a catalyst for improving the quality of education, in line with the demands of the Industry 4.0 revolution.

Abstract

The controlling function is a crucial element within the management cycle (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling/POAC) to ensure educational goals are achieved effectively and efficiently. However, in the context of contemporary educational management, there are frequent indications of the weakening or loss of the controlling function across various levels of educational institutions. This research aims to systematically identify and analyze the causes, manifestations, and impacts of the loss of the controlling function in educational management. The study utilizes the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, focusing the review on relevant journal articles and books published within the last ten years. The findings of the review indicate that the loss of the controlling function often manifests through unclear performance standards, weak accountability systems, and minimal data-driven feedback. The main contributing factors include poorly managed decentralization, an organizational culture resistant to evaluation, and a lack of managerial competence in designing control systems. The implications of this functional loss are a decline in learning quality, budgetary inefficiency, and low strategic achievement within educational institutions. This research recommends the necessity of an adaptive, technology-based controlling framework, oriented towards enhancing human resources capacity in the areas of risk management and performance evaluation.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effect of selling prices and sales volume on Toko Jaya income both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research with associative-casual approach. The used of research population is accountancy report of Toko Jaya in 2018-2019 with the research sample in 24 months. Data collected by observation method, documentation method, internet research, and library research. The data analysis method used multiple linier regression analysis, F test, T test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously selling price on the Toko Jaya income. There was a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously sales volume on the Toko Jaya income.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of digital transformation strategies on the financial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia during the period 2020–2024. Digital transformation in this study focuses on three main indicators, namely digital capital expenditure, the number of new digital services launched, and business unit restructuring as part of organizational adjustments to technological developments. The company's financial performance is measured using two main indicators, namely net profit and Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA), which represent the company's profitability and operational efficiency. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between digital transformation variables and financial performance. The results show that digital capital expenditure and digital service innovation have a positive and significant effect on EBITDA, indicating that digital investment and new service development can improve the company's operational efficiency in the medium term. Conversely, business unit restructuring shows a negative effect on EBITDA in the short term, which is thought to be due to organizational adjustment and operational transition costs. However, the three digital transformation variables did not show a significant effect on the company's net profit during the observation period. These findings confirm that the impact of digital transformation strategies is more quickly reflected in increased operational efficiency than in the company's final profitability. This research contributes to the development of managerial economics theory, particularly in the context of digital investment decision-making, and provides practical implications for company management and policymakers in evaluating the effectiveness of digitalization strategies

Abstract

Purpose:Talent management has become a strategic issue in Human Resource Management (HRM) as organizations face increasing competition, talent shortages, and dynamic business environments. This study aims to systematically review and synthesize the existing literature on talent management from an HRM perspective, providing an integrated understanding of its key concepts, practices, influencing factors, and organizational outcomes. Design/methodology/approach:This study employs a systematic literature review by analyzing peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2014 and 2024 and indexed in reputable academic databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar. The review process follows PRISMA guidelines with clearly defined inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure transparency and methodological rigor. Findings:The findings indicate that talent management within the HRM framework primarily involves talent identification and acquisition, talent development, performance management, retention strategies, and succession planning. The literature also reveals that leadership support, organizational culture, strategic alignment, and employee engagement are key factors influencing the effectiveness of talent management practices. Moreover, effective talent management is consistently associated with improved employee performance, organizational commitment, and overall organizational performance. Research limitations/implications: This review is limited to selected databases, publication periods, and English-language journal articles, which may constrain the comprehensiveness and generalizability of the findings. Future research is encouraged to conduct empirical studies and explore talent management practices across different organizational and cultural contexts. Pracical implications: The results provide practical insights for HR managers and organizational leaders in designing and implementing integrated talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance sustainable performance. Originality/value:This study offers an integrative synthesis of talent management literature within the HRM perspective and identifies research gaps that can guide future studies in the field. Abstract

The rapid advancement of the Education 4.0 era necessitates a fundamental transformation in the role of educators from conventional instructors to digital leaders capable of managing change, yet significant challenges persist regarding the readiness of human resources and the existence of rigid organizational cultures that resist technological integration. This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of digital leadership and foster an adaptive organizational culture among educators at Senior High School Bandung Percut Sei Tuan. The implementation method utilized a participatory training approach involving thirty-five educators and administrative staff, encompassing needs assessment surveys, interactive workshops, conflict management simulations, and the formulation of follow-up plans for digital innovation. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated through a comparative analysis of pre-test and post-test scores as well as participant satisfaction assessments. The results indicated a significant increase in cognitive competence, marked by a rise in the average understanding score from 51.4 to 80.1, with the highest improvement observed in the aspect of digital leadership strategies at 62 percent. Qualitatively, the activity successfully minimized teacher resistance to technology and cultivated a culture of intergenerational collaboration through reverse mentoring initiatives. It is concluded that this socialization serves as an effective strategic step in preparing the mental readiness and work culture of the school to face the dynamics of sustainable digital transformation.
