Abstract

Kebutuhan tidur pada remaja dan orang dewasa usia 18-40 tahun menurut dokter untuk hidup sehat membutuhkan waktu tidur 7 - 8 jam setiap hari. Dampak stres dalam menyusun skripsi adalah keadaan saat mahasiswa merasakan gangguan tidur, kesulitan tidur, tidur tidak tenang, kesulitan menahan tidur, sering terbangun di pertengahan malam, dan sering terbangun di awal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stress dengan gangguan kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang skripsi. Jenis penelitian menggunakan cross sectional non-eksperimental. Populasi sebanyak 31 responden, menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen Depression Anxiety Stres (DASS) untuk tingkat kecemasan dan gangguan kualitas tidur menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Qualilty Index (PSQI). Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji statistic Chi-Square.  Hasil penelitian diperoleh 58,1% responden kategori stres sangat berat, dan 45,1% responden mengalami kualitas tidur sedang. Ada hubungan antara tingkat stress dengan gangguan kualitas tidur (p value 0,032). Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan tambahan materi pengajaran pada mata kuliah keperawatan jiwa terkait pendalaman teori stress dan pengenalan terapi yang dapat menurunkan tingkat stress yang dapat dipraktikan kepada mahasiswa khususnya tingkat akhir yang sedang menyusun skripsi. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Stres; Gangguan Tidur; Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir AbstractAccording to doctors, the need for sleep in adolescents and adults aged 18-40 years for a healthy life requires 7-8 hours of sleep every day. Studies show that teens who are sleep deprived are more prone to depression, are unfocused and have poor school grades. The impact of stress in writing a thesis is a condition when students feel sleep disturbances, have difficulty sleeping, sleep restlessly, have difficulty holding sleep, often wake up in the middle of the night, and often wake up early. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress levels and sleep quality disorders in final year nursing students who are preparing a thesis. This kind of research uses a non-experimental cross sectional. The population as many as 31 respondents. The sample uses sampling resume. Anxiety level instrument using Depression Anxiety Stress (DASS) and sleep quality disorders using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Bivariate analysis using Chi-Square statistical test. The results obtained 58.1% of respondents with very severe stress category, and 45.1% of respondents experienced moderate sleep quality. There is a relationship between stress levels and sleep quality disorders (p value 0,032). The results of this research can be used as additional teaching materials in mental nursing courses related to deepening stress theory and introduction therapy that can reduce the level of stress that can be practice to students, especially the final year who are compiling a thesis. Keywords: Stress Levels; Sleep Disorders; Final Year Students.

Abstract

Snacks for school children whose health is not guaranteed can cause food poisoning. The minimum level of knowledge of elementary school children about the dangers of the snacks they consume. One of the efforts to prevent health problems due to food in school children is educational activities about food sanitation hygiene. The purpose of this community service is to provide education on the game of snakes and ladders in choosing healthy snacks for elementary school students, so that it is hoped that children's knowledge will increase and behave healthily in choosing snacks.The target of implementing the intervention was grade IV students. The method of implementing the intervention is by observing and educating students with the snakes and ladders game method with the theme of healthy snacks. Primary data was obtained through observation and question and answer before education was carried out through the game of snakes and ladders. The secondary data includes a description of the school, the number of students. Stages or educational procedures for snakes and ladders game: stage 1 (opening), stage 2 (division of groups) and stage 3 (game atmosphere), namely game rules such as snakes and ladders games in general. This community service activity was carried out for class IV students, totaling 25 students. The activity was carried out on 29 August -16 September 2022. The results of observations on student behavior in choosing snacks showed that many chose brightly colored snacks, snacks that were sold openly and used newspaper wrappers. The intervention method for community service activities uses the snakes and ladders game method with the theme of healthy snacks. Here students are invited to play while learning. It is better for school children to get used to having breakfast before school and bringing supplies and getting used to washing hands using soap and running water, especially before eating and after eating.

Abstract

Kurang Energi Kronis (KEK) adalah keadaan dimana seseorang menderita kekurangan asupan makanan yang berlangsung lama atau menahun yang ditandai dengan ukuran LILA 23,5 cm. KEK pada ibu hamil dapat disebabkan karena asupan energi dan pengetahuan gizi ibu hamil Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan asupan energi dan pengetahuan gizi dengan kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Andalas. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil yang datang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Andalas. Penelitian dilakukan tanggal 03- 15 Maret 2023 dengan jumlah sampel 60 orang dengan menggunakan total sampling ibu hamil trimester I dan  II. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, food recall 24 jam, pengukuran LILA. Analisis data menggunakan menggunakan analisis univariate, bivariate dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p=0,015) antara asupan energi dengan kejadian KEK, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (P=0,01) antara pengetehuan gizi dengan kejadian KEK. Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan energi dan pengetahuan gizi dengan kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil.
