Abstract

This community service aims to internalize the values of state defense to the students of the Darussalam Modern Islamic Boarding School, West Bandung. It is carried out in three phases of activities, namely education and socialization, implementation and strengthening as well as intensive assistance from August to October 2021. The observations results of activities indicate a change in attitude which refers to the implementation of state defense values in daily activities as santri in an inclusive manner. This can be seen from the increasing understanding of the average students before the activity and also the reobservation carried out after the activity. Internalization of the state defense values is intended to provide religious understanding and nationalism and patriotism that can support each other in social life. The values of state defense that are highlighted in this activity include love for the homeland, awareness of the nation and state, loyalty to Pancasila as the state ideology, being willing to sacrifice for the nation and state, as well as the initial ability to defend the state. The internalization of these values is carried out by taking into account the background of the participants as a student. The combination of religious understanding which is supported by the values of nationalism and patriotism will be a good character for the students

Abstract

Sistem politik Indonesia sudah dinamis dan mampu mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan program e-government, yaitu penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan hubungan antar pemerintah dengan pihak-pihak lain. Salah satu jenis e-government adalah Government To Citizen (G2C), yaitu penyampaian informasi dan layanan publik secara searah dari pemerintah ke masyarakat. Bagian dari Government To Citizen adalah website resmi pemerintah sebagai media penyampaian informasi pemerintah kepada masyarakat yang mulai diterapkan di setiap daerah Indonesia salah satunya Kota Bandung yaitu website resmi Kota Bandung. Namun, pada kenyataannya penyampaian informasi melalui website belum efektif. Hal tersebut diketahui dari penelitian yang ditulis dalam sebuah makalah ilmiah berjudul “Efeketivitas E-Government melalui Banserv Pada Kota Bandung”. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini, yaitu bagaimana cara untuk meningkatkan efektivitas website resmi Kota Bandung dalam mengoptimalkan program e-government?. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket kepada masyarakat Kota Bandung. Pada hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan masalah, yaitu sebagian masyarakat tidak mengetahui website resmi Kota Bandung, bahkan masyarakat yang mengetahui tidak suka mengaksesnya, padahal website resmi Pemerintah Kota Bandung dapat memudahkan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih banyak. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa program e-government Kota Bandung pada salah satu media internet, yaitu website masih belum efektif, maka informasi tidak tersampaikan kepada masyarakat. Maka, diperlukan sebuah solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, yaitu melaui BanServ. BanServ (Bandung Service), adalah sebuah layanan notifikasi kepada masyarakat melaui handphone, yaitu adanya notifikasi berupa pesan singkat. Metode BanServ ini dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif solusi yang membantu pemerintah dalam penyampaian informasi.

Abstract

The City of Bandung and Petaling Jaya have collaborated with Sister City in the trade economy sector starting from 2012 and continuing in 2015. MSMEs in Bandung still have many problems running their business and MSMEs are still having difficulty developing. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Techniques based on primary data (interviews and observations), as well as secondary data (literature study). The results of the research on the collaboration strategy of Sister City Bandung City with Petaling Jaya in the economic sector can be said to be not optimal. This can be seen, the lack of awareness of the apparatus' resources towards mastery of English, the apparatus has not realized that language acquisition can improve the quality of employee performance in a collaboration strategy between Sister City and Petaling Jaya in the trade economy sector in the field of MSME products in Bandung City. The two Bandung City Governments do not have a specific strategy to overcome the threats associated with Sister City with Petaling Jaya in the trade economy, the three strategies of cooperation through promotional activities in Petaling Jaya.

Abstract

The implementation of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bekasi Regency has not been optimal. If public services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration are seen from the implementation of the principles of Good Governance, such as aspects of accountability, transparency, and participation, they are still not optimal. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Observation data collection techniques and interviews with several informants related to research. The results of the study, which led to the implementation of the principles of Good Governance in population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Service, have not run optimally, judging from the accountability of the mismatch between implementation and operational standards (SOP), as well as unclear service completion, not timely in providing services to the community. When viewed from the transparency aspect of the lack of availability regarding population administration services, the Department of Population and Civil Registration has not maximally used the official website in providing information to the public. And from the last aspect, namely participation, the community has not been fully involved in providing criticism and suggestions and the community is not involved in evaluating services. Abstract

The involvement of Kodim 0316 /Batam in a situation of global health crisis has started since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Indonesia, from the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions to the application of the new normal adaptation phase. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the role of Kodim 0316 / Batam in Maintaining Stability of Development in the Era of Adaptation to New Habits. The method in this study uses qualitative research, in qualitative research using qualitative methods namely observation, interviews and document review. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the Role of Kodim 0316 / Batam in Maintaining Stability of Development in the New Habit Adaptation Era, the Preventive Role in the preventive action of the Kodim unit has carried out socialization to the community about life in the AKB era in order to maintain the stability of the success of national development, Persuasive Role through the persuasive action of the Kodim unit in carrying out policing operations and enforcing community discipline regarding life in the AKB era in order to maintain the stability of national development, the Repressive Role of Kodim 0316 / Batam in maintaining and maintaining conduciveness for the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), empowering regional potentials as part from the guidance and empowerment of the defense area, as well as the curative role of Kodim 0316 / Batam has been going well.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of ASN Core Value implementation on the quality of public services in Padalarang District, West Bandung Regency. Through a quantitative descriptive approach and linear regression analysis, this study evaluates the relationship between the implementation of ASN Core Values, known by the acronym BerAKHLAK (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative), with the quality of public services. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant and positive relationship between the implementation of ASN Core Values ​​and improving the quality of public services. The regression coefficient of 0.457 and the correlation value of 0.613 indicate that the implementation of BerAKHLAK values ​​can significantly improve the quality of public services.
