Abstract

The factors for someone to snack on at this time are very varied, some come from inside and outside oneself. This study aims to analyze the relationship between online food delivery, and knowledge of GGL consumption with the frequency of snacks in SMA North Jakarta. This study uses a cross-sectional design. Respondents were adolescents aged 16-18 years as many as 89 people. Research respondents were selected by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis includes univariate and bivariate using Spearman's rank. The results of the univariate showed that high school students in North Jakarta often ate snacks (87.6%). The dish that is often ordered is fried chicken (87,6%). The snack food that is often ordered is french fries (37,08%). The most frequently ordered drink is tea (34,83%). Furthermore, they often used online food delivery (56.2%). The application that is often used is GoFood (70,79%) knowledge related to GGL consumption was dominated by moderate (62.9%). The results of the bivariate test showed a correlation between ordering online food delivery with frequency of snack (r = 0.219; p = 0.039). Meanwhile, there was no correlation between knowledge of GGL consumption and snack frequency (p = 0.179).

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah anak yang secara signifikan berbeda dalam beberapa dimensi dari fungsi kemanusiaannya. Kurangnya penerimaan tentang kondisi anak dan kurangnya pengetahuan akan kebutuhan anak yang berkebutuhan khusus sering kali menyebabkan seseorang bersikap negatif terhadap anak tersebut. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui adakah hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan perilaku ibu menghadapi anak retardasi mental. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kuantitatif deangan desain korelasi deskriptif dan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 ibu yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus (retardasi mental) di SLBC Dian Grahita. Analisis data menggunakan chi-square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada hubungan pengetahuan ( p value = 0,03 ) dan sikap (p value = 0,00) terhadap perilaku ibu menghadapi anak retardasi mental di SLBC Dian Grahita Jakarta. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku ibu dalam menghadapi anak dengan retardasi mental.

Abstract

Healthy behavior is related to efforts to maintain and improve health. One of the healthy behaviors is eating with a balanced menu. A healthy consumption pattern must be applied to meet daily nutrition. The provision of special education to adolescents is expected to be able to provide knowledge, especially about nutritious food. Activities to provide education about nutritious food and nutritious food categories, Health Education about the benefits of nutritious food, Health Education about the recommendation to consume instant noodles, and Health education about the dangers of consuming excessive amounts of instant noodles to 33 respondents. The method used is the test work before and after the intervention. The delivery of material using the media continued with questions and answers from the presenters. The data results showed that the level of knowledge before the intervention was 15.2% and after the intervention showed an increase of 54.5%. The purpose of providing this education is expected that respondents will not only understand but also be able to apply it in their personal and family habits.Keywords: instant noodles; balanced nutrition; msg Abstrak: Perilaku sehat adalah perilaku yang berkaitan dengan upaya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kesehatan. Salah satu perilaku sehat adalah makan dengan menu seimbang. Pola konsumsi yang sehat harus diterapkan untuk dapat memenuhi nutrisi sehari-hari. Pemberian edukasi khusus kepada remaja diharapkan mampu memberikan pengetahuan khususnya tentang makanan yang bergizi. Kegiatan pemberian edukasi mengenai makanan bergizi dan kategori makanan bergizi, Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang manfaat makanan bergizi, memberikan Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang anjuran mengonsumsi mie instan, memberikan edukasi Kesehatan tentang bahaya mengonsumsi mie instan dalam jumlah yang berlebih kepada 33 responden. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengerjaan test sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Penyampaian materi dengan menggunakan media dan dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab dari pemateri. Hasil data menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat pengetahuan sebelum diberikan intervensi 15,2% dan setelah dilakukan intervensi menunjukan peningkatan sebesar 54,5%. Tujuan dari pemberian edukasi ini diharapkan responden tidak hanya mengerti, tetapi juga dapat menerapkannya dalam kebiasaan pribadi maupun keluarga.Kata kunci: gizi seimbang; mie instan; msg

Abstract

In newborns (BBL) respiratory disorders cause apnea, respiratory failure, to cardiac arrest and cause death. This study aims to determine the factors associated with respiratory distress in newborns in the perinatology ward of X Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020. The quantitative research method used an analytical survey approach (retrospective) and cross sectional design. The population is 795 BBL and the sample is 265 BBL using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in the study was a medical record data collection form which contained data from the variables to be taken in this study.The bivariate analysis test used is the chi square test. The results of the study 56.6% of newborns experienced respiratory distress and came from a normal placental incidence of 94.7%; birth parity 1-3 times 95.1%; did not experience gestational diabetes 97.4% and women who were not pregnant 92.8%. The results of the bivariate test showed that there were no factors related to the occurrence of Respiratory Distress in newborns in the Perinatology room at X Hospital with a p-value> 0.05.Conclusion: placental factors, parity, diseases experienced by the mother and gemelli are not related to the incidence of respiratory distress in newborns at X Hospital. It is expected that health workers will provide counseling about respiratory distress so that pregnant women understand more and can minimize the impact on the survival of the baby who was born.

Abstract

Background: Adolescence is a transition from childhood to adulthood, during this time many complex problems occur so that they must be able to solve these problems to become a quality next generation. Problems that can occur in adolescence include reproduction health problems such as unwanted pregnancy, abortion, and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). One strategy that can be used to increase adolescent knowledge is to provide health promotion. Adolescents begin to explore their thoughts and find out about the changes that occur in themselves. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of reproductive health promotion on the level of student knowledge in Mamiamas Ngabang High School. Method: This study is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental method with one group pre-test-post test design, with 145 respondents. Results: From the results of the t-test there are differences in the level of knowledge between before and after health promotion (p <.005) with significance .000, based on the results of the magnitude of p obtained, it was concluded that there was an influence on the promotion of reproductive health on the level of student knowledge about reproductive health at Maniamas Ngabang High School. Recommendation: providing regular health promotion to provide information at a further level can increase adolescent awareness about reproduction health.

Abstract

Pre-eclampsia is a collection of symptoms such as hypertension, edema and proteinuria in pregnant, childbirth and postpartum women that occur at 20 weeks of gestation until the end of the first week after delivery. Pre-eclampsia can adversely affect the mother and fetus, such as fetal distress and even death due to lack of oxygenation. Maternal mortality rate (MMR) which occurs where one of the causes is pre-eclampsia. This study aims to determine the relationship between the characteristics of pregnant women (maternal age, parity, education, occupation and history of hypertension) to the classification of pre-eclampsia. Quantitative descriptive research design, with a total sampling of 73 pregnant women patient respondents at the East Bekasi Private Hospital in 2018-2019 who experienced pre-eclampsia. It was found that the results of the classification of respondents were mostly mild pre-eclampsia. The analysis used chi square with the conclusion that there is a relationship between the age of pregnant women and the classification of pre-eclampsia (P value 0.000), parity (P value 0.023), history of hypertension (P value 0.000). There is no relationship between education (P value 0.667) and work (P value 0.624). This research is expected to be a reference in order to improve service to patients, especially in conducting assessments on pregnant women. Where maternal age, parity and history of hypertension have a relationship with the classification of preeclmasia in pregnant women.

Abstract

Abstrak Di Indonesia prevalensi jantung termasuk penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) berdasarkan diagnosis dokter pada penduduk semua umur sebesar 1.5%. Hipertensi merupakan salah satu faktor terjadinya PJK. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait penyakit PJK sehingga dapat meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap PJK. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Hall Asrama STIK Sint Carolus dengan sasaran pengunjung Klinik Pratama St. Carolus Paseban sebanyak 25 orang anggota prolanis hipertensi. Anggota prolanis hipertensi dipilih karena masih banyak persepsi yang salah terkait makanan, selain itu beberapa anggota tidak mengetahui dampak jika tekanan darah tidak terkontrol. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 10 November 2023 menggunakan media power point dan diberikan pre-posttest. Terdapat 10 pertanyaan yang digunakan untuk pre-posttest. Uji yang digunakan adalah Wilcoxon. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan antara sebelum dan setelah diberikan edukasi (p value = 0.052) tetapi terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan pada 32% responden dengan rata-rata nilai 84.40±8.20 menjadi 87.20±6.13, rata-rata peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 15%. Pemberian edukasi gizi CERMAT dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan responden sehingga responden dapat meningkatkan kewaspadaan tehadap terjadinya PJK. Kata kunci: CERMAT; edukasi gizi; penyakit jantung koroner. Abstract In Indonesia, the prevalence of heart disease including coronary heart disease (CHD) based on a doctor's diagnosis in the population of all ages is 1.5%. Hypertension is one of the factors of CHD. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge related to CHD so that it can increase awareness of CHD. This activity was carried out at the Sint Carolus STIK Dormitory Hall with the target of visitors to the St. Carolus Paseban Primary Clinic as many as 25 hypertension prolanis members. Hypertension prolanis members were chosen because there are still many wrong perceptions related to food, besides that some members do not know the impact if blood pressure is not controlled. This activity was carried out on November 10, 2023 using power point media and given a pre-posttest. There were 10 questions used for the pre-posttest. The test used was Wilcoxon. The results of the analysis showed that there was no difference between before and after education (p value = 0.052) but there was an increase in knowledge in 32% of respondents with an average score of 84.40 ± 8.20 to 87.20 ± 6.13, an average increase in knowledge of 15%. Providing CERMAT nutrition education can increase respondents' knowledge so that respondents can increase awareness of the occurrence of CHD.  Keywords: CERMAT; coronary heart disease; nutrition education.

Abstract

Tingginya konsumsi minuman berpemanis dalam kemasan (MBDK) memicu obesitas remaja di DKI Jakarta. Edukasi gizi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kebiasaan membaca label pangan dan menekan asupan gula berlebih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh edukasi gizi menggunakan Vlog dan Buku Diary terhadap pengetahuan, kebiasaan membaca label, dan konsumsi MBDK pada remaja perkotaan. Penelitian menggunakan desain Pretest-Posttest With Control Group, dengan sampel 91 remaja yang dibagi dalam tiga kelompok: kelompok kontrol, kelompok perlakuan dengan Vlog, dan kelompok perlakuan dengan Buku Diary. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner dan recall 1x24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa edukasi gizi berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan mengubah kebiasaan remaja, terutama dalam membaca label makanan dan minuman. Kelompok perlakuan yang menerima edukasi melalui Vlog mengalami penurunan konsumsi gula yang lebih besar (26,5 gram) dibandingkan dengan kelompok yang menggunakan Buku Diary (19 gram). Perubahan kebiasaan membaca label dan konsumsi gula menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan pada kelompok perlakuan dengan p-value 0,000 dan 0,049. Meskipun tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam peningkatan pengetahuan, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media yang tepat, seperti Vlog dan Buku Diary, dapat mendorong perubahan perilaku yang positif pada remaja.

Abstract

Food Additives (BTP) are materials added to food to affect the taste, color, aroma, shape and properties of a food product, as well as maintain or improve nutritional value, inhibit food damage, maintain food freshness, improve food appearance. Vocational high school students majoring in culinary arts often use BTP for food products. This activity aims to improve students' knowledge about BTP at SMKN 33 Jakarta. The theme raised is ACETATE: Observe Carefully Food Additives that are Safe for the Body. The number of participants involved was 56 students. The series of activities began with a pretest, presentation of materials, discussion, games and posttest. The materials provided include; session 1: understanding and types of BTP, session 2: BTP that is safe to use and dangerous, session 3: characteristics of foods that use dangerous BTP and the impact of BTP on the body. The method used was counseling using powerpoint. The results of student knowledge before and after participating increased in the good category by 78.6%. It was seen that 41 students had an increase in knowledge scores on the posttest.Keywords: Food additives; nutrition education; adolescent  Abstrak: Jurusan tata boga merupakan salah satu jurusan SMK yang saat ini mulai berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat. Siswa SMK jurusan tata boga sering mempergunakan Bahan Tambahan Pangan (BTP) untuk membuat produk makanannya. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan awal dan diskusi dengan guru SMKN 33, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar siswa belum terpapar banyak mengenai BTP alami dan sintesis, serta belum terbiasa membaca label pangan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang BTP di SMKN 33 Jakarta. Jumlah partisipan yang terlibat sebanyak 56 siswa. Adapun rangkaian kegiatan dimulai dengan pretest, pemaparan materi dengan ceramah, lalu dilanjutkan dengan diskusi, games dan posttest. Materi mencakup pengertian dan jenis BTP, BTP yang aman dan berbahaya, ciri makanan dengan BTP berbahaya, serta dampaknya bagi tubuh. Media yang digunakan dengan penyuluhan menggunakan powerpoint. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu sebelum edukasi, sebanyak 25% siswa berada pada kategori pengetahuan baik, dan setelah edukasi, jumlah tersebut meningkat menjadi 78,6%. Selain itu, 41 siswa mengalami peningkatan nilai pengetahuan pada saat posttest.Kata kunci: Bahan tambahan pangan; edukasi gizi; remaja

Abstract

Masalah gizi di Indonesia semakin perlu diperhatikan, hal ini terlihat berdasarkan data  RISKESDAS 2018 yang menunjukkan angka obesitas, wasting, stunting, serta prevalensi penyakit degeneratif dan infeksi dalam kategori tinggi. Gizi seimbang merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung pola hidup sehat. Kesehatan yang optimal dapat tercapai melalui pemenuhan gizi yang baik. Pengembangan kesehatan individu perlu dilakukan pada usia anak sedini mungkin, khususnya pada anak-anak di usia sekolah dasar. Dalam mengurangi masalah gizi pada anak perlu praktik gizi seimbang yang tepat. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam pemantauan praktik makan anak melaui isi bekal yang dibawa oleh anak ke sekolah. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatan pengetahuan dan perubahan terhadap  isi bekal siswa/i sesuai dengan gizi seimbang. Sasaran kegiatan ini yaitu 30 siswa siswi SD Ignasius Menteng. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan. Analisis data menghasilkan bahwa nilai tidak signifikan yaitu 0,102 (p 0,05) yang menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan yang bermakna antara sebelum penyuluhan dan sesudah  penyuluhan.
