Abstract

ABSTRAK BUMDES Maju Rahayu berlokasi di di Desa Jatirunggo, Kec. Pringapus, Kab. Semarang. BUMDES tersebut juga melakukan siaran TV Budaya Kabupaten Semarang. Ketersediaan jaringan merupakan peran penting bagi siaran TV. Untuk mengatasi potensi gangguan jaringan tersebut dengan mengimplementasi failover menggunakan koneksi GSM pada perangkat router MikroTik di TV Budaya Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kinerja siaran TV Budaya Kabupaten Semarang menggunakan failover ketika sedang gangguan jaringan. Pada jurnal ini kami akan menjelaskan langkah – langkah implementasi, pengujian , dan manfaat yang diperoleh dari implementasi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koneksi GSM pada router MikroTik telah berhasil , ketika terjadi gangguan pada koneksi utama secara otomatis beralih ke koneksi GSM yang ada. Setelah penggunaan failover dapat mengurangi Downtime yang dapat mempengaruhi siaran TV tersebut. Dalam kesimpulan, implementasi solusi failover dengan koneksi GSM pada router MikroTik adalah langkah penting untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan jaringan di industri penyiaran televisi. Solusi ini memberikan manfaat berupa ketersediaan yang lebih tinggi, kelancaran tayangan, dan perlindungan terhadap reputasi. Dengan penelitian ini, TV Budaya Kabupaten Semarang memiliki fondasi yang lebih kokoh dalam menghadapi gangguan jaringan, serta menjaga kepuasan pemirsa dalam lingkungan penyiaran yang kompetitif. ABSTRACT BUMDES Maju Rahayu is located in Jatirunggo Village, Pringapus Subdistrict, Semarang Regency. The BUMDES also broadcasts Semarang Regency Culture TV. Network availability plays an important role in TV broadcasting. To overcome the potential network failure by implementing failover using GSM connection on MikroTik router device in Semarang Regency Culture TV. The purpose of this research is to improve the performance of Semarang Regency Cultural TV broadcasts using failover when there is network disruption. In this journal, we will explain the implementation steps, testing, and the benefits gained from this implementation. The results showed that the GSM connection on the MikroTik router was successful, when there was a disruption in the main connection, it automatically switched to the existing GSM connection. After using failover, the downtime that can affect the TV broadcast can be reduced. In conclusion, implementing a failover solution with a GSM connection on a MikroTik router is an important step in improving network availability in the broadcast industry. This solution provides benefits in terms of higher availability, smooth broadcasting, and reputation protection. With this research, Semarang Regency Culture TV has a more solid foundation to deal with network disruptions and maintain viewer satisfaction in a competitive broadcasting environment. Abstract

The rapid development of technology has caused many changes in all fields. One area that is undergoing change is the industry sector. At present, the industry is racing to design electronic devices that can be communicated through the internet network. The industrial sector utilizes the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT itself is used in the benefits of communication between tools and monitoring. Based on that, this study aims to create a smart home design using the Cisco packet tracer simulator. This research consists of two stages including: smart home design and testing with a Cisco packet tracer simulator. Researchers made a smart home design with 3 main components, namely the door, fan and camera monitoring. The three components each have different protocols. The results of the test show that the smart home protocol designed can run well in accordance with the rules that have been determined. Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat menyebabkan terjadinya banyak perubahan dalam segala bidang. Salah satu bidang yang mengalami perubahan adalah bidang industri. Saat ini, industri berlomba untuk merancang perangkat elektronik yang dapat dikomunikasikan melalui jaringan internet. Sektor industri memanfaatkan konsep Internet of Things (IoT). IoT sendiri digunakan dalam manfaat komunikasi antar alat dan monitoring. Berdasarkan hal itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah perancangan smart home dengan menggunakan simulator cisco packet tracer. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahap diantaranya : desain smart home dan pengujian dengan simulator cisco packet tracer. Peneliti membuat sebuah rancangan smart home dengan 3 komponen utama yaitu pintu, kipas angin dan monitoring camera. Ketiga komponen tersebut masing – masing memiliki protocol yang berbeda. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukan bahwa protocol smart home yang dirancang dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan rules yang telah ditentukan.

Abstract

This service is aimed at Grade 4 students at SDN Jubelan 01, Sumowono District, Semarang Regency. The problems faced by partners are that students do not understand the importance of literacy, there is no strengthening of character education for students, and teachers have not used literacy-based learning media that are able to strengthen student character education. The methods used are socialization, demonstration and practice of using colital applications, mentoring in the application of colital applications in learning, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results of this training activity participants have experienced an increase in knowledge and skills with an average of 91.67%, namely understanding of the importance of literacy 85%, student knowledge about strengthening character education 92% and the ability of teachers to manage literacy-based learning to strengthen character education 98 %. Therefore, the results of the mentoring training activity on the use of this collital application can be said to be successful in the very good category. Service programs in the form of strengthening character education need to be pursued, especially in basic education. AbstrakPengabdian ditujukan kepada Siswa Kelas 4 SDN Jubelan 01 Kecamatan Sumowono Kabupaten Semarang. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah siswa belum memahami pentingnya literasi, belum adanya penguatan pendidikan karakter pada siswa, serta guru belum menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis literasi yang mampu menguatkan pendidikan karakter siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, demonstrasi dan praktik penggunaan aplikasi kolital, pendampingan penerapan penggunaan aplikasi kolital dalam pembelajaran, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini peserta kegiatan telah mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan rata-rata 91,67%, yaitu pemahaman tentang pentingnya literasi 85%, pengetahuan siswa tentang penguatan pendidikan karakter 92% serta kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran berbasis literasi untuk menguatkan pendidikan karakter 98%. Oleh karena itu, hasil kegiatan pelatihan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi kolital ini dapat dikatakan berhasil dalam kategori sangat baik. Program pengabdian berupa penguatan pendidikan karakter perlu terus diupayakan khususnya di pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Community service activities can be seen from the analysis of teacher needs in learning that can instill the creative thingking of elementary school students by using the Geogebra Media. The use of Geogebra on students can improve their skills and get better results. Activities carried out at SDN Jubelan 01 use the community development method which functions of preparation, introduction, socialization, training on the use of Geogebra and compiling creative thingking assessments, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of this activity that students' creative characters have been embedded by using Geogebra obtained an average of 85.08% very good category with an indicator of 91.20% of students trying new ways to resolve a problem, 94.30% of students using various media/sources to solve a problem, 83.30% of students ask about related material to get their ideas or ideas, 77.50% of students have a problem solving that is different from others, and 79.10% of students have many ideas and suggestions for a problem.. Therefore, the results of service activities in using Android-based Geogebra provide a visual experience for students to understand geometry material so that they can instill students' creative thingking in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the accuracy of liver disease classification using Quantum Feature Engineering (QFE) and the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Tech-nique and Tomek Links (SMOTE-Tomek) data balancing technique. Four machine learning models were compared in this research, namely eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGB), Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Logistic Regression (LR) on the Indian Liver Patient Dataset (ILPD) dataset. QFE is applied to capture correlations and complex patterns in the data, while SMOTE-Tomek is used to address data imbalances. The results showed that QFE significantly improved LR performance in terms of recall and specificity up to 99%, which is very important in medical diagnosis. The combination of QFE and SMOTE-Tomek gives the best results for the XGB method with an accuracy of 81%, recall of 90%, and f1-score of 83%. This study concludes that the use of QFE and data balancing techniques can improve liver disease classification performance in general.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan menjadi kebutuhan mendesak di era akselerasi teknologi, namun keterbatasan literasi teknis di kalangan pendidik dan peserta didik menghambat optimalisasi infrastruktur yang tersedia. Studi kasus di SD Negeri 5 Lerep menunjukkan absennya platform digital resmi sebagai sarana penunjang pembelajaran, padahal website dapat menjadi ekosistem dinamis untuk kolaborasi dan interaksi tanpa batas geografis. Minimnya keterampilan teknis guru menyebabkan potensi transformatif teknologi terabaikan, sehingga diperlukan solusi strategis seperti pelatihan intensif pembuatan website. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dirancang untuk mengubah pendidik dari konsumen pasif menjadi arsitek konten digital, membangun identitas digital sekolah, dan menciptakan ekosistem belajar yang adaptif dan personal. Kegiatan PkM ini berhasil mengembangkan website berbasis WordPress dengan pendekatan hybrid, menggabungkan metode waterfall dan agile, serta fitur seperti drag-and-drop builder dan plugin LearnDash. Hasilnya, terbentuk portal yang tidak hanya memfasilitasi administrasi terpusat, tetapi juga membuka kanal komunikasi transparan antara guru, orang tua, dan murid. Portal aktif SD Negeri 5 Lerep menjadi model replikabel untuk institusi pendidikan dengan keterbatasan serupa, menciptakan jejaring kolaboratif berkelanjutan yang mendorong revolusi cara berpikir dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

The global obesity rate has tripled since 1975, driving the development of technology-based solutions for predicting body weight to mitigate disease risks. This study implements three models—Decision Tree Regressor, XGBoost Regressor, and Deep Learning—to project final body weight based on physiological variables (age, gender, BMR), nutritional factors (caloric intake, surplus/deficit), and lifestyle factors (physical activity, sleep, stress). The multidimensional dataset from community health posts includes TDEE calculations and BMR estimates using the Harris-Benedict Equation. Evaluation using RMSE and R² indicates XGBoost as the best-performing model (RMSE: 5.65; R²: 0.974), outperforming the Decision Tree (RMSE: 10.68; R²: 0.908) and Deep Learning (RMSE: 10.4; R²: 0.913) models. Key challenges include overfitting in the Decision Tree and Deep Learning's inability to capture outliers due to vanishing gradients. The analysis identifies energy balance, representation of extreme data, and regularization as critical factors for model stability. Hyperparameter optimization (learning rate, max\_depth) and data augmentation are recommended to enhance generalization. These findings offer an innovative framework for data-driven health technologies, reinforcing the role of artificial intelligence in precision public health interventions. Practically, the study advocates for the adoption of optimized predictive models integrating multidimensional variables for high accuracy, while highlighting the need for outlier handling and further clinical validation to ensure relevance in real-world scenarios.

Abstract

Choosing a school and university that does not match students' interests and talents often leads to regret later on. According to Irene Guntur, an Educational Psychologist from Integrity Development Flexibility (IDF), 87% of students in Indonesia feel they are in the wrong major. In addition, the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Mendikbudristek) Nadiem Makarim stated that 80% of students in Indonesia do not work in accordance with the major they took. This is due to students' lack of understanding of their interests and talents, as well as the influence of friends, family, or people closest to them in the decision-making process. This study aims to develop an integrated e-report system that is able to identify students' interests and talents based on academic data from elementary, junior high, to high school levels. This system provides recommendations for relevant schools and universities, and functions as a promotional platform for educational institutions through profile information, vision, mission, and blogs. The development of the system follows the Waterfall method which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. . Student academic data in grades 6, 9, and 12 is the basis for system analysis. The results of the study show that the system is able to increase the accuracy of recommendations by up to 95%, while providing an effective promotional medium for schools and universities. This system is expected to help students make better educational decisions, minimize external influences, and encourage educational institutions to improve their competitiveness and service quality. These findings contribute to the development of innovative, effective and predictive technology-based educational information systems.

Abstract

Tipe kerpibadian seseorang biasanya dapat diketahui dengan menggunakan psikotes. Salah satu jenis psikotes yang sering digunakan adalah Myres-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat melakukan klasifikasi tipe kepribadian seseorang berdasarkan cuitan di Twitter diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk mengetahui tipe kepribadian seseorang tanpa perlu mengikuti psikotes secara konvensional. Selain itu, hasil psikotes juga dapat diketahui secara langsung. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan teknik text mining, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) dan metode klasifikasi Naive Bayes Classifier. Metode TF-IDF digunakan untuk memberikan pembobotan kata dari data training dan metode Naive Bayess Classifier digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan data testing berdasarkan data yang telah dilatih sebelumnya. Data akan dibersihkan terlebih dahulu sebelum dilatih maupun diuji melalui proses preprocessing sehingga informasi yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi lebih akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari 100 data yang diuji, 71 data termasuk kategori klasifikasi benar sesuai dengan labelnya, sedangkan 29 data termasuk kategori klasifikasi salah karena hasil prediksi tidak sesuai dengan labelnya. Tingkat akurasi adalah sebesar 71% dengan rincian precision dan recall untuk kelas artisan sebesar 63% dan 68%, untuk kelas guardian sebesar 77% dan 68%, untuk kelas rational sebesar 64% dan 72%, dan untuk kelas idealist sebesar 83% dan 76%.
