Abstract

Abstract - Technology neural network system has been implemented in various applications, especially in terms of forecasting (forecasting), including backpropagation that can be applied to predict foreign exchange rates. There are two steps being taken in this backpropagation method of training and testing phases. In this network backpropagation algorithm is given a pair of pattern - a pattern that consists of the input pattern and desired pattern. When a pattern is given  to the network, weights - weights modified to minimize the differences in the pattern of output and the desired pattern. This exercise is performed over and over - re-issued so that all the patterns the network can meet the desired pattern. The next stage is the testing stage. This stage begins by using the best weights obtained from the training phase to process the input data to produce the appropriate output. It is used to test whether the ANN can work well is that it can predict the pattern of data that has been drilled with a small error rate. From the test results using data from the monthly period in the training process the network can recognize input patterns are provided so entirely in accordance with the target. While testing with the use of data daily and weekly period that does not comply with the given target, it is because the network requires more data to identify patterns provided. As more data are trained, the better the network will recognize the pattern - a pattern so that the results more accurate predictions, but will be impacted by slowing the process of training. Keywords:  Foreign currency exchange rate prediction, Neural Network, Bacpropagation

Abstract

Aplikasi website ini merupakan salah satu layanan berbelanja online berbasis web yang memudahkan orang – orang yang tidak bisa datang ke tokonya langsung bisa berbelanja melalui website ini tanpa harus mengantri. Terlebih di masa pandemi seperti sekarang ini yang tidak boleh pergi ke mall ,aplikasi ini sangat membantu berbelanja lebih gampang dan tidak perlu mengantri lagi. Abstract

Abstrct — The Learning Management System (SIMPel) of SMAN 12 Semarang is a system that provides features that are used to facilitate online learning. The online learning system in a school plays a significant role because it can improve the learning process. This study aims to measure the usability of SIMPel SMAN 12 Semarang. There are four aspects of usability used in this study: effectiveness, efficiency, learnability, and satisfaction, which are then used as aspects of assessment. This research was conducted to determine the usability of the system for users by analyzing the problems faced by users when using the system. A total of 13 research respondents consisting of 3 administrative staff respondents, five teacher respondents, and five student respondents, were selected to perform usability testing on the system. From the results of the system evaluation conducted with administrative staff and teacher respondents, it was found that the effectiveness aspect reached 97.5%, the efficiency aspect was 95.5%, the learnability aspect was 94%, and the satisfaction aspect got 88%. Meanwhile, the results of tests carried out on the system with alumni respondents showed that the effectiveness aspect reached 100%. The ef_ciency aspect was 100%, the learnability aspect was 93.6%, and the satisfaction aspect was 88.8%. From these results, it can be concluded that SIMPel SMAN 12 Semarang is a very feasible system to use, and the system can be used according to user needs. The results of interviews with respondents resulted in recommendations that could then be used to improve the system. Abstract

Proses bisnis penyewaan kamera pada Owen Rental Kamera menggunakan cara manual yaitu customer yang ingin menyewa kamera harus datang ke lokasi untuk mengisi form penyewaan. Kemudian customer membayarkan uang kepada Owen Rental Kamera selanjutnya akan diberikan nota sebagai bukti pembayaran. Hal tersebut menjadi kendala bagi customer yang tidak memiliki waktu luang dan customer juga terbatas oleh waktu karena hanya dilayani saat jam kerja saja. Permasalahan tersebut muncul karena belum tersedianya sistem informasi khusus untuk mendukung penyewaan kamera. Membuat sebuah sistem informasi penyewaan kamera pada Owen Rental Kamera dengan menerapkan metode waterfall. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode air terjun atau waterfall. Pengujian pertama menggunakan Black Box menghasilkan 39 pengujian fungsi berhasil dan pengujian kedua dengan menggunakan System Usability Scale rata-rata skor yang didapat berkisar 79.62 dengan kategori Acceptable Ranges berada pada nilai Acceptable. Maka dapat diterima bahwa sistem informasi penyewaan kamera pada Owen Rental Kamera layak digunakan oleh user dan dapat di upgrade kedepannya agar menjadi lebih bagus lagi. Sistem informasi penyewaan kamera pada Owen Rental Kamera berhasil dibuat dengan menerapkan metode air terjun atau waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak. The camera rental business process at Owen Camera Rental uses the manual method, namely customers who want to rent a camera must come to the location to fill out the rental form. Then the customer pays money to Owen Camera Rental and will then be given a note as proof of payment. This is an obstacle for customers who do not have free time and customers are also limited by time because they are only served during working hours. This problem arises because there is no specific information system available to support camera rental. Create a camera rental information system at Owen Camera Rentals by implementing the waterfall method. The software development method used in this research is the waterfall method. The first test using the Black Box resulted in 39 successful function tests and the second test using the System Usability Scale, the average score obtained was around 79.62 with the Acceptable Ranges category being at the Acceptable value. So it is acceptable that the camera rental information system at Owen Camera Rental is suitable for use by users and can be upgraded in the future to make it even better. The camera rental information system at Owen Camera Rental was successfully created by applying the waterfall method as a software development method. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah cara manusia berinteraksi dan melakukan berbagai kegiatan,termasuk dalam perdagangan. Salah satu sektor perdagangan yang mengalami perkembangan pesat adalah perdagangan ikan. Dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan transaksi jual beli ikan. Perikanan penjualan dan pembelian Cilacap telah mengimplementasikan sistem berbasis web. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi algoritma linear search pada sistem transaksi jual beli ikan berbasis web di PPC Cilacap. Algoritma Linear search digunakan untuk mencari data ikan yang tersedia dalam sistem berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, seperti jenis ikan,ukuran,dan harga. Penerapan algoritma ini diharapkan dapat membantu para pedagang dalam menemukan ikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka dengan kebih cepat dan efisien. Fishery sale and purchase of Cilacap has implemented a web-based system.This study aims to describe the implementation of the linear search algorithm on a web-based fish buying and selling transaction system at PPC Cilacap. The Linear search algorithm is used to find available fish data in the system based on certain criteria, such as fish species, size, and price. The application of this algorithm is expected to help traders find fish that suit their needs more quickly and efficiently. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to develop the C4.5 algorithm, which is a decision tree method that has been proven efficient in data classification and prediction to predict the level of patient satisfaction with services at the Puskesmas. Patient satisfaction is an important indicator in evaluating the quality of health services and plays a role in improving the quality of puskesmas. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and surveys filled out by Puskesmas patients. The data collected includes various service-related variables, such as services, facilities, and overall patient responsiveness. After that, the data is processed and analyzed using the C4.5 algorithm to form a predictive model. The results of this study will contribute to improving Puskesmas services by identifying aspects that need to be improved to increase patient satisfaction levels. Keyword : Prediction System, Decision Tree , Algorithm C4.5, Rapid Miner, Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan algoritma C4.5 yaitu salah satu metode pohon keputusan yang telah terbukti efisien dalam klasifikasi dan prediksi data guna memprediksi tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan di Puskesmas. Kepuasan pasien adalah indikator penting dalam mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan berperan dalam meningkatkan kualita puskesmas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan survei yang diisi oleh pasien Puskesmas. Data yang dikumpulkan mencakup berbagai variabel terkait pelayanan, seperti pelayanan, fasilitas, dan daya tanggap pasien secara keseluruhan. Setelah itu, data tersebut diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan algoritma C4.5 untuk membentuk model prediksi. Hasil penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan Puskesmas dengan mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan kategori anak terajin pada pelayanan anak sekolah minggu GSJA Bukit Horeb Salatiga masih dijumpai sistem keputusan manual merupakan hambatan dalam proses pelayananan karena seringkali terjadi kesulitan dalam menyeleksi. Hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan tidak tepat sasarannya pengahargaan yang diberikan serta memerlukan banyak waktu dalam proses yang manual. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu aplikasi pendukung keputusan untuk memilih anak dalam kategori terajin. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan keputusan dengan lebih cepat dan tepat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan prosedur AHP. Kriterianya adalah Kehadiran, tugas, keaktifan dan disiplin. Untuk mempermudah pengujian digunakan lima alternatif anak sekolah minggu yaitu: Alvino ghani putra, Bunga kanya A, Melody Novelita Purw, Ruben shalom natanael, Susistiani febrian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peringkat pertama didapat oleh Ruben shalom natanael (0,295769), kedua Susistiani febrian (0,193573), ketiga Alvino ghani putra (0,188745), kempat Melody Novelita Purw (0,163848) kelima Bunga kanya A(0,158063). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi dapat mendukung sistem pengambilan keputusan penentuan kategori anak terajin. Kata kunci : SPK, kategori anak terajin, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) The decision support system for determining the category of "most diligent" children in the Sunday school service at GSJA Bukit Horeb Salatiga still encounters a manual decision-making system, which is a barrier to the service process because it often causes difficulties in selection. This can result in inaccurate awards and requires a lot of time in the manual process. Therefore, a decision support application is needed to select children in the most diligent category. A Decision Support System (DSS) allows users to make decisions more quickly and accurately. The method used is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The research was conducted based on the AHP procedure. The criteria were attendance, assignments, activeness, and discipline. To facilitate testing, five alternative Sunday school children were used: Alvino Ghani Putra, Bunga Kanya A, Melody Novelita Purw, Ruben Shalom Nathanael, and Susistiani Febrian. The results showed that Ruben Shalom Nathanael ranked first (0.295769), followed by Susistiani Febrian (0.193573), Alvino Ghani Putra (0.188745), Melody Novelita Purw (0.163848), and Bunga Kanya A (0.158063) in third place. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application can support the decision-making system for determining the category of skilled children.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital platforms has transformed the issuance of fatwa in Southeast Asia, enabling Islamic legal opinions to be accessed widely and quickly. This shift challenges traditional patterns of religious authority, which were previously centered around formal institutions and face-to-face scholarly deliberation. While digital fatwa mechanisms enhance accessibility and responsiveness, they also raise concerns about legitimacy, legal accuracy, and public trust. This study examines the effectiveness of digital fatwa issuance mechanisms in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brunei Darussalam, using a qualitative comparative research approach. Data were collected through content analysis of official digital fatwa portals, focusing on accessibility, authority, validation, and legal consistency. The findings reveal that digital platforms increase access speed and broaden public reach, enabling religious institutions to address emerging legal issues more effectively. However, variations in verification procedures and legitimacy frameworks across countries reflect differences in governance and state involvement. Key challenges include the authentication of mufti authority, standardization of ijtihad methodologies, and consistency in legal substance. Digital fatwa contribute to improving Islamic legal literacy but risk authority fragmentation due to the proliferation of digital sources. The study concludes that integrating the efficiency of digital platforms with the authoritative safeguards of traditional institutions is crucial for developing an accountable model of digital fatwa governance.
