Abstract

Asesmen pembangkit listrik dengan berbagai variasi kombinasi perubahan beban selama 24 jam sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Secara umum, asesmen ini dapat dilakukan melalui penjadualan unit pembangkit untuk meminimalkan total biaya dan produksi polusi, sehingga kajian utama dititkberatkan pada pembangkit yang terlibat di sistem interkoneksi, melalui parameter biaya dan polusi bagi pembangkit termal. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi yang dicapai menggunakan model IEEE-30 bus system, bahwa komputasinya berlangsung dengan halus tercermin pada karakterisk kecepatan konvergenitas yang stabil. Selain itu, produksi pada kombinasi 6 unit pembangkit yang tergabung dalam sistem operasi juga mengalami perubahan yang beragam selama 24 jam, baik dari segi daya yang dibangkitkan; produksi polusi; ataupun penggunaan biaya bahan bakar dan kompensasi emisi

Abstract

ABSTRAKMetode Pemprograman Linear memiliki arti penting: kecepatan konversi, perhitungan efisiensi dan reliabilitas, kesederhanaan, eksekusi lebih cepat dan hasil yang akurat. Pada aplikasi on-line, pendekatan pemrograman linier dengan penggunaan jaringan dapat memberikan solusi untuk masalah penjadwalan ulang transmisi sistem tenaga listrik. Perumusan pemrograman linier pada jaringan berbasis kapasitas sistem transmisi didekati dengan mempertimbangkan tegangan pada bus bar dan phasa sudut. Pada analisis ini digunakan 6 bus bar untuk 11 baris. Dengan kondisi slack bus (1) memiliki nilai tegangan, load bus (4, 5 6) dengan nilai daya aktif dan beban reaktif, sedangkan generator bus (1,3) dengan nilai daya aktif pembangkitan dan voltase generasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, terdapat dua kondisi sistem transmisi yang tidak memenuhi kapasitas (yang diperbolehkan nominal current limited), yaitu transmisi yang menghubungkan antara bus 1-2 dan bus 2-4. Kata kunci : busbar, magnetude, arus nominal, fungsi objektif

Abstract

Solving the unit commitment problem is an important task in power system operation for deciding a balanced power production between various types of generating units under technical constraints and environmental limitations. This paper presents a new intelligent computation method, called the Thunderstorm Algorithm (TA), for searching the optimal solution of the integrated economic and emission dispatch (IEED) problem as the operational assessment for determining unit commitment. A simulation using the IEEE-62 bus system showed that TA has smooth convergence and is applicable for solving the IEED problem. The IEED’s solution is associated with the total fuel consumption and pollutant emission. The proposed TA method seems to be a viable new approach for finding the optimal solution of the IEED problem.

Abstract

This paper examines the power flow based on load value conditions that have ascended in the 150 kV transmission system in the Malang Area. Simulations are carried out for several regions that may experience ascension load values. The simulation results show a significant change at some points, especially when the value of the load ascension is 25%. Whereas the ascension of 8.6% is not too significant considering this value is based on the production planning. These changes occur in the bus and branch of the 150 kV transmission lines which is needed for a network interconnection in the electricity system of Malang Raya as an effort to keep the ascension capacity and reliability, and to improves the quality of service to consumers.

Abstract

This community service program is implemented in RT 09 RW 06 Penanggungan Village, Klojen District, Malang City. This is a housing estate that is located close to several campuses, making it vulnerable to being a crime target. In this program, we present an idea to solve this problem by creating an Internet of Things (IoT) based Android application “Peduli, Keamanan, Ketertiban" (PEKERTI). This system acts as a medium for partner residents to monitor their environmental conditions through installed CCTV cameras, exchange information, and inform each other, to send voice messages to be broadcasted through loudspeakers if there are indications of danger or crime-prone conditions. This program relies on four main stages, namely analysis and question and answer, preparation of supporting equipment, PEKERTI application design, and evaluation design. The results showed several positive responses from the Penanggungan community who assessed the effectiveness of this activity, marked by increased enthusiasm, order, concern, security, and comfort.

Abstract

Limited resources in post-disaster areas, one of which is a communication where coordination needed for aid distribution in disaster areas. Wireless balloon technology as a solution for use in post-disaster areas. Bandwidth limitations and high delay in communication systems on wireless balloons create limitations in aid coordination, especially mobile device tracking on BPBD volunteers or officers. This research develops an effective communication system at the wireless balloon to track personal device officers in disaster areas that use cellular devices. This mobile device tracking system utilizes a wireless balloon using a publish-subscribe system on their mobile devices, namely volunteers as publishers and those responsible for disasters or communities as subscribers. To overcome the limitations of communication resources on cellular devices and wireless balloons using the Adaptive method on publish-subscribe called UM-Disaster. The results of this study, the UM-Disaster system for multi-cell tracking has an average efficiency of 40-63% for bandwidth and processor use on mobile devices at 51-70%.

Abstract

This paper presents a current ripple analysis of new double-stator AC drive system. At first, a new double-stator AC drive system is proposed. The aim is to combine the benefits both the multilevel and multiphase system to provide the better performance to drive AC motor. The input and output current ripples of the proposed AC drive system are then analyzed. The current ripples of the proposed AC drive system are then compared to the ones of conventional double-stator AC drive system. Under the same DC input voltage, it is shown that the proposed results in less output current ripple. Under the same output voltage, the proposed AC drive system results in smaller input current and, therefore, fewer losses on the DC power supply. Experimental results are included to show the validity of the proposed concept.

Abstract

Evolutionary methods dominate in the computation for breaking out the real problems. For a couple of years, it is more popular than classical methods for solving many cases. Technically, one of real problems is the emission dispatch and economic dispatch (EDED) problem. The EDED problem is used to optimize the power system operation (PSO) at a certain time under some constraints. This paper presents performance comparison between Harvest Season Artificial Bee Colony (HSABC) and Genetic Algorithms on the EDED problem applied to the IEEE-62 bus system. Simulation results show that the tested methods have difference characteristics and abilities for optimizing the PSO based on the EDED problem.

Abstract

This paper observes the exploration of Genetic Network Programming Two-Stage Reinforcement Learning for mobile robot navigation. The proposed method aims to observe its exploration when inexperienced environments used in the implementation. In order to deal with this situation, individuals are trained firstly in the training phase, that is, they learn the environment with ϵ-greedy policy and learning rate α parameters. Here, two cases are studied, i.e., case A for low exploration and case B for high exploration. In the implementation, the individuals implemented to get experience and learn a new environment on-line. Then, the performance of learning processes are observed due to the environmental changes.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan prakiraan beban listrik jangka panjang menggunakan metode Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dengan penerapan algoritma backpropagation pada studi kasus distribusi energi listrik Area Mojokerto. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 8 variabel, dimana untuk variabel dependent berupa beban listrik, sedangkan untuk variabel independent digunakan 7 variabel yaitu jumlah penduduk, PDRB, jumlah pelanggan sektor rumah tangga, jumlah pelanggan sektor industri, jumlah pelanggan sektor usaha, jumlah pelanggan sektor sosial, dan susut distribusi. Berdasarkan hasil percobaan beberapa arsitektur ANN, diperoleh hasil MAPE pengujian terbaik sebesar 0.512% yang berarti memiliki tingkat akurasi tinggi. Hal ini berarti metode ANN dengan algoritma backpropagation dapat diterapkan sebagai metode prakiraan beban listrik untuk studi kasus pada distribusi energi listrik Area Mojokerto. Model ANN-backpropagation terbaik pada penelitian ini adalah variasi bobot dan bias awal diatur secara manual dengan modifikasi menggunakan algoritma inisialisasi Nguyen Widrow, jaringan memiliki 2 hidden layer dengan penyusunan 5 neuron pada hidden layer 1 dan 15 neuron pada hidden layer 2, nilai learning rate dan momentum berturut-turut adalah 0.9 dan 0.1. Berdasarkan arsitektur ANN terbaik, prakiraan beban listrik distribusi area Mojokerto pada tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2030 cenderung mengalami kenaikan dari tahun ke tahun, meskipun ada penurunan sebesar 0.157% dari tahun 2027 ke tahun 2028. Hasil prakiraan terendah ada pada tahun 2018 dengan hasil 312.7489 MW dan beban tertinggi ada pada tahun 2030 dengan hasil 383.5597MW. Hasil prakiraan beban listrik Area Mojokerto dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2030 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 22.641% dengan kenaikan rata-rata 1.728% per tahunnya
