Abstract

This research focuses on community development through collaboration with mining companies. Many communities claim to have not received benefits from the presence of companies in their areas, necessitating a study on joint potential development activities. The purpose of this research is to create a social potential mapping that will be used in formulating and determining policies to enhance potential. This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative approaches are used to analyze statistical data collected in the field, while qualitative approaches are used to conduct in-depth analyses of social problems and determine policy directions for developing social potential in the area. This research was conducted in Kampung Enam, Kalimantan. The results of this study indicate that there are many social potentials that can be developed to improve social quality, and that companies can work together to formulate policies or plans for further development. Companies have shown great interest and commitment to the development of local communities, enabling recommendations for community development programs to be implemented according to community needs.

Abstract

The social spirit of society and the values of the Qur'an are two interrelated sides. The current phenomenon shows that the social spirit of society has begun to be fragile and faded for the millennial generation due to the flow of globalization. If one of the two is strengthened then both can be saved. Therefore, this study wants to reveal the values of the Qur'an in the form of the value of brotherhood, the value of knowing each other, the value of equality, and the value of simplicity and generosity contained in the social soul of society. The results of this study indicate that the values of the Qur'an contained in the social soul of the community are able to become a formula for internalizing the social spirit of society for the millennial generation. In the end, this research provides a solution in the form of holding majlis, education, congregational prayers, social harmony forums, and mutual cooperation culture which are considered to be effective solutions in growing the social spirit of society for the millennial

Abstract

The teenager nowadays takes the advantage of the time for things that do not provide a good feed back for himself, his family and the environment, this is a necessary thing to do coaching to the teenager, So as to be able to manage its time on useful things, what's more, the state of the world always strives to improve the quality of life of people, both regional, national and international. The global community deserves justice, protection, rights as citizens also their welfare. In an effort toimprove welfare is certainly not an easy thing, is a big PR for each government. The stability of the adolescent community the stability of the adolescent community which is adjusted to the needs of the community itself, besides that of course it can also provide the assistance to the community itself. Managing every potential that the community has, the tampa area decrypts the rights of one and the other. So that, it is necessary for strategic things to be done in improving the welfare of the community so that the community can be encapsulated according to its needs. In this sophistication and technology, many things can be facilitated especially the existence of millennials who should also care about the environment, social and so on, in addition to the role of millennials, of course, the role of the government cannot also be separated, because this is a very big driving factor in crucial matters related to society. Because if you talk about the community, it is divided into several categories, City Communities and Village Communities, Non-Akedemic Communities and Academic Communities. Community welfare is certainly how to try to overcome social problems or problems that occur in the society. So that it is necessary to do this to be done research in the hope of a solution so that the solution can be solved these problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this discussion is to find out the strategies, outputs and supporting and inhibiting factors of LAZIS Mitra Ummat Madani in Padang City in empowering the community's economy through PRO UKM. The type of research that the author uses is a type of field research (Field Research), to obtain data from the problems studied. Data collection techniques that the authors use is through interviews and documentation. Data management was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner, then described and classified aspects of certain problems and explained through effective sentences. Based on the research that has been done, the researchers get the results that 1) the strategy carried out by LAZIS Mitra Ummat Madani Padang City in empowering the community's economy through PRO UKM is to find mustahik who really need business capital assistance through PRO UKM to the field, in addition to PRO UKM assistance distributed to mustahik in the form of goods not in the form of cash. 2) the output of the strategy carried out by LAZIS Mitra Ummat Madani in Padang City in empowering the community's economy through PRO UKM, not only empowering in terms of economy, but in terms of religion and psychology, such as in terms of religion, mustahik have started to give alms, while in terms of family psychology, it is more harmonious and children are not neglected. 3) supporting and inhibiting factors for LAZIS Mitra Ummat Madani in Padang City in empowering the community's economy through PRO UKM, and supporting factors.

Abstract

The main problem in this thesis is that the Pokdarwis Sarasah Batangkughan has been implemented, but it is less effective in improving the community's economy through the development of the Sarasah Batangkughan nature tourism, lack of socialization to the community regarding the importance of managing existing natural potential in a better direction so as to produce added value to the community in the economic field in Nagari Salareh Aia, Palembayan District, Agam Regency. The type of research that the author uses is field research, using qualitative methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques that the authors use are through observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources in this study were the Pokdarwis chairman, Pokdarwis vice chairman, Pokdarwis secretary, Wali Nagari Salareh Aia, Pokdarwis members, Nagari Salareh Aia community. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and to check the validity of the data, the researchers used source triangulation. The results of the research that the author conducted at the Pokdarwis Sarasah Batangkughan in an effort to increase the promotion of community tourism in Nagari Salareh Aia, namely in the form of prohibited fish activities, making people aware of the natural tourism potential of Sarasah Batangkughan, running the Pokdarwis Sarasah Batangkughan program, establishing community business land. The handling of problems carried out by the Pokdarwis Sarasah Batangkughan in increasing the promotion of community tourism in Nagari Salareh Aia, namely through deliberations, annual meetings, planning meetings and Pokdarwis evaluation meetings in Nagari Salareh Aia, Palembayan District, Agam Regency. The efforts of the Pokdarwis Sarasah Batangkughan in increasing the promotion of community tourism in Nagari Salareh Aia, so far have been carried out, but are less effective due to a lack of inadequate Human Resources (HR) in the field of tourism, lack of socialization to the community in order to gain understanding, so that the community has not ready to manage existing tourism in a better direction.

Abstract

This article describes community empowerment through the management of prohibited fish in Jorong Mapun Nagari Sundata, Lubuk Attitude District, Pasaman Regency. The main problem of this thesis is about how to better manage prohibited fish so that they can reap maximum results every time they are harvested in order to empower the Jorong Mapun community both in terms of development and in terms of social. The purpose of this study is to find out how the strategy is to empower the community through the management of prohibited fish in Jorong Mapun Nagari Sundata, Lubuk Attitude District, Pasaman Regency. To find out the supporting factors in empowering the community through the management of prohibited fish in Jorong Mapun Nagari Sundata, Lubuk Attitude District, Pasaman Regency. Abstract

This research is to make a pattern of Community Empowerment Through the Family Welfare Program in Nagari Tabek, Tanah Datar Regency. So that this study aims to describe the pattern of the Family Welfare Program in Nagari Tabek, Tanah Datar Regency. The type of researcher that the writer did was qualitative research with descriptive method. The research subjects were the head of the PKK in Nagari Tabek, Mr. Wali Nagari and members of the PKK. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis procedure uses data reduction steps, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data assurance technique uses triangulation. The results of this study can be concluded that the PKK program in Nagari Tabek has been tried for actualization but it is still not effective because it is still constrained by several factors such as budgetary funds, time effectiveness, miscommunication of the community in cooperation so that the knowledge of some elements or members of the main function of the program is minimal. Abstract

The type of research used is descriptive research with qualitative data. This research was conducted using interview instruments, documentation using mobile media, books and pens. In this study, the data sources obtained were primary data sources, namely data found directly in the field and supplemented with secondary data. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used was data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions and to check the validity of the data, the researchers used source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. Based on the research that the authors conducted at the Aua Sarumpun tourist attraction, it was found that there are three potentials that need to be developed at the Aua Sarumpun tourist attraction, namely the potential for human resource development, natural resource potential and cultural potential. The results of this study found that the potential for human resource development in developing the Aua Sarumpun tourist attraction is by building access roads and managing governance at the Aua Sarumpun tourist attraction, while the natural potential is in the form of potential natural resources that exist for the development of the Aua Sarumpun tourist attraction. This Sarumpun is the potential for nature in Aua Sarumpun which still needs a lot to be developed, for example savanna grasslands, good views and a beautiful atmosphere, while for its cultural potential in the form of traditions held at Aua Sarumpun tourist objects in the form of mangroves, eating bajamba , randai, salawat dulang, traditional speeches, chaotic lawuak cooking competitions which are still being displayed at one village event at this Aua Sarumpun tourist attraction.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the background of the birth of the Sumatra Volunteer Foundation, analyze the function of the Sumatra Volunteer Foundation and see the impact caused by the presence of the Sumatra Volunteer Foundation as a non-formal education institution in Jorong Balai Labuah, Lima Kaum District, Tanah Datar Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods using a phenomenological approach. The instrument in this study makes the researcher the main instrument. Data were obtained through observation, interviews and document studies. The data that has been collected is analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the birth of the Sumatra Volunteer Foundation as a non-formal institution was motivated by the desire to improve the level of education, especially in Jorong Balai Labuah, Lima Kaum District, Tanah Datar Regency. Researchers found that there are several functions of the Sumatra Volunteer Foundation 1). Improving children's education 2). Empowering the community 3). Designing or producing products that have selling value 4). Waste Bank 5). Environmental care activities. The impact caused by the existence of the Sumatra Volunteer Foundation is, 1).  Character building 2). Improve the ability to speak English, 3). Concern for the environment, 4). Open insight.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a substantial contribution in strengthening understanding of the importance of effective mentoring strategies in the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Nagari Rambat. The main aim of this research is to present concrete evidence regarding the positive influence of PKH assistants on changes and improvements in community welfare. By exploring the experiences of PKH facilitators and involving the active participation of PKH recipient families, this research designs a participatory and community empowerment approach that focuses on implementing the PKH program in Nagari Rangkat, Tanah Datar Regency. Holistic research methods are used to explore comprehensive data and perspectives. Through in-depth interviews, observations and data analysis, this research aims to identify key factors that influence the success of mentoring in achieving PKH program goals, as well as its impact on the level of welfare of local communities.It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to provide a strong empirical basis for formulating policy recommendations and improving the implementation of the PKH program in Nagari Rambat. In addition, it is hoped that the findings from this research can be applied more widely at the national level to enrich and increase the effectiveness of similar programs.
