Abstract

The Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Salatiga City, as a provider of clean water services, has implemented a web-based Meter Recording System (CATER) to enhance operational efficiency. However, the system's effectiveness has not been comprehensively evaluated in terms of usability, despite this factor being crucial for employee productivity and service quality. This study aims to assess the usability level of the CATER system by combining the Heuristic Evaluation (HE) and System Usability Scale (SUS) methods to identify the system's strengths and weaknesses and provide evidence-based recommendations for improvement. The evaluation results show that the system generally demonstrates good usability, with the highest HE scores in Visibility of System Status (89%) and Aesthetic Design (88%), indicating an informative and consistent interface. However, weaknesses were identified in the areas of Recognition Rather Than Recall (68%) and Help Documentation (75%), suggesting a need for workflow simplification and more intuitive user guidance. The average SUS score of 75 (classified as Acceptable) supports the finding that the system is generally well-received by users, though there is still room for improvement. Based on these findings, the study recommends improvements focusing on workflow simplification, the development of more contextual help features, and optimization of error prevention mechanisms. This study’s results are not only valuable for the further development of the CATER system but also serve as a reference for evaluating similar systems in other public utility sectors.

Abstract

Database performance is one of the main components in supporting the sustainability of a system, in this case, STARS. In the system context, data will usually be collected into a database. Tied to the data collection process, this really affects the performance of a system as a whole, in this case when executing a query to get a return of the execution results, because the performance of the database itself will be affected by the amount of data available. One way to improve the performance of the database is to use the partition table concept. Thus, in this research a design and evaluation of the partition table will be carried out which will then be applied to the SWCU STARS database. This research focuses more on the use of vertical partitions and list partitions by utilizing PostgreSQL version 14. The stages used in this study. These stages include data collection, partition design, technical partition, testing and implementation. The results of this study indicate that partition tables have better performance than non-partition tables. Judging from some of the sql syntax, namely update, delete and select, while insert has poor performance for partition tables compared to non-partition tables

Abstract

program (unreached population) such as clients who visit independent practice health services, clients who seek treatment themselves with alternative medicine or buy drugs at pharmacies that are not in accordance. This study aims to design a model that can help the government in HIV case through counsellors aiming to reduce the spread of the infectious diseases. Methods: The type of research conducted is applied research. This research designed and built a model to help counsellors and clients during the treatment period. The study was conducted in Palu City with a number of samples scattered in 8 Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VCT) clinics . Results: The model developed resulted in an Electronic HIV Control and Counselling Care (E-HC3) application that can help counsellors dealing with large numbers of clients and are private. Applications built have three levels, in which the first level is as a super admin (government), the second level is an admin (counsellor) and level three is the client . Conclusion This app is very helpful for counseling HIV-AIDS counselors and clients based on application testing. It is known that the E-VCT application counselor's assessment of the total percentage value of the five variables tested was 80.10% with a very good acceptance rate from the user of the E-VCT Application.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the increasing competition in the car wash service industry in Salatiga and the suboptimal implementation of digital marketing strategies at Domba Reborn Car Wash. This study aims to analyze and formulate appropriate marketing strategies to improve business competitiveness. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique was conducted by identifying internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats), which were analyzed using the TOWS Matrix method. The results indicate that the business has strengths in social media utilization, supporting facilities, and additional services. However, weaknesses include limited human resources, suboptimal marketing strategies, and low brand awareness. Opportunities arise from the increasing number of vehicles, while threats come from competitors. Recommended strategies include optimizing digital promotion, improving service quality, developing consistent content strategies, and creating customer loyalty programs. Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has changed the way artists and fans interact through community applications such as Weverse. This study aims to evaluate the user experience of Weverse from the perspective of ENGENE (ENHYPEN fans) in Indonesia using the ITIL V3 Domain Service Design approach, as well as to analyze the service quality of the application and provide recommendations for improvement. The research employed a quantitative approach through a survey using a questionnaire instrument developed based on the ITIL V3 Service Design Framework, which consists of six subdomains : Service Catalogue Management, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management, Information Security Management, and Supplier Management. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error from an estimated population of 29,937 ENGENE members in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using maturity level analysis and gap analysis. The results show that all subdomains are at Maturity Level 4 (Managed and Measurable), with an average current maturity score of 4.07 and Expected Maturity score of 4.50, resulting in an average gap of 0.43. Among the subdomains, Service Catalogue Management demonstrates the best performance with a current maturity score of 4.21 and the smallest gap of 0.29, while Service Level Management shows the lowest score of 3.89 with the largest gap of 0.61, making it the primary priority for improvement. The findings suggest that the Weverse application has reached the managed stage, where IT service design processes can be systematically measured and monitored. However, continuous improvements are still required to achieve the optimal target of Maturity Level 5 (Optimized).
