Introduction: Diarrhea is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in children worldwide. Diarrhea kills 2 million children in the world every year. Preliminary data in the village of Gringging Village, Sragen Regency, from 10 mothers, 9 mothers had sufficient knowledge, 1 mother did not know about diarrhea. Objective: to find out the Mother's Knowledge Level of Diarrhea in Toddlers in Gringging Village, Sragen Regency. Methods: This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The research sample of mothers who have toddlers in Gringging Village, Sragen Regency, is as many as 33 respondents, using saturated sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis using univariate analysis is presented in the frequency distribution table. Results: The results of this study are the knowledge of mothers about diarrhea in infants in Gringging Village, Sragen Regency, 4 people (12.1%) have good knowledge, 24 people (72.7%) have sufficient knowledge, and 5 people (15.1%) have good knowledge. not enough . Conclusion: In the study of the mother's level of knowledge about diarrhea in toddlers in Gringging Village, Sragen Regency, it can be seen that the majority of respondents have sufficient knowledge.

Introduction: Premarital sex is behavior that is driven by sexual desire with the opposite sex, both kissing, groping sensitive areas, making out made by two people who love each other and are not legal in marriage. It is easy to get information from the mass media, sometimes teenagers are also encouraged to be curious and try things they don't know yet. At SMK N 1 Kedawung Sragen there are 4 students who have premarital sex. Objectives: describe the description of the level of knowledge of adolescents about premarital sex in class XI students at SMK N 1 Kedawung Sragen. Methods: The design of this study used descriptive research methods, the measuring instrument used was a questionnaire. The sample of this research is class XI students at SMK N 1 Kedawung Sragen. With a total of 78 respondents, the sampling technique was proportional random sampling and used univariate analysis. Result: Based on the analysis, it was found that the level of adolescent knowledge about premarital sex in class XI students at SMK N 1 Kedawung Sragen, namely overall respondents had good knowledge of 43 people (55%) followed by respondents who had sufficient knowledge of 27 people (35%) and respondents who less knowledgeable, namely 8 people (10%). Conclusion: that the description of the level of knowledge of adolescents about premarital sex is considered very good at SMK N 1 Kedawung Sragen. It is hoped that adolescents can increase their knowledge and not make the information obtained especially about premarital sex inappropriate. Introduction: The implementation of the management of medical record documents at the Wonosari 1 Health Center there are still obstacles including in the medical record document storage section there is still a misfile because the medical record document after being used is not directly stored on the storage rack and there is still a buildup of medical record documents outside the medical record document storage rack and not yet there is a tracer. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of medical record document management in the filing section at the Wonosari 1 Health Center.Methods: This research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The subjects of this research are filing officers and registration officers. The objects of this research are medical record documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) and filing facilities. Result: The results showed that the implementation of storage and alignment of medical record documents was in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SPO), namely family folder storage and centralization, namely outpatient medical record documents, inpatient care, one family emergency room stored in one folder and the alignment based on Straight Numerical filing (SNF).Conclusion: the implementation of storage and alignment of medical record documents still found misfiles. this is because after used documents are not directly stored on the storage rack and the tracer aids are not used at the time of retrieval and return of medical record documents.
