Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine Technostress in the banking sector workforce in Palembang City. This research uses a quantitative descriptive study design, in which researchers describe the level of technostress among banking workers as a result of the use of information technology and digitalization during the pandemic. The level of technostress is identified through the variables Techno-Overload, Techno-Invasion, Techno-Complexity, Techno-Insecurity and Techno-Uncertainty. Based on the results of the research and analysis, it can be concluded that the levels of technostress experienced by banking sector workers in Palembang during the pandemic were in the medium and high categories. Based on the results of interviews, stress levels were in both the medium and high categories experienced by young people (24-29 years and 35-39 years). By identifying the level of technostress based on gender, it is known that both in the medium and high categories the level of stress as a result of using technology is experienced more by women both in the Techno-Overload, Techno-Invasion, Techno-Complexity, Techno-Insecurity and Techno-Uncertainty variables. Based on the status of the place of work, the highest distribution at the technostress level was experienced by respondents who worked in state-owned banks Keywords: Technostress, Techno-Overload, Techno-Invasion, Techno-Complexity, Techno-Insecurity and Techno-Uncertainty Abstrak Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Technostress pada tenaga kerja sektor perbankan di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan studi deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana peneliti melakukan deskripsi tingkat technostress di kalangan pekerja perbankan sebagai akibat penggunaan teknologi informasi dan digitalisasi selama pandemic berlangsung. Tingkat technostress diidentifikasi melalaui variable-variabel Techo-Overload, Techno-Invasion, Techno-Complexity, Techno-Insecurity dan Techno-Uncertainty. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ingkat technostress yang dialami para pekerja sektor perbankan di Kota Palembang selama pandemic berada pada kategori sedang dan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, tingkat stress berada pada baik pada kategori sedang dan tinggi dialami oleh usia muda (24-29 tahun dan 35-39 tahun). Melalui identifikasi tingkat technostress berdasarkan gender, diketahui bahwa baik pada kategori sedang dan tinggi tingkat stress sebagai akibat penggunaan teknologi lebih banyak dialami oleh perempuan baik pada variable Techno-Overload, Techno-Invasion, Techno-Complexity, Techno-Insecurity dan Techno-Uncertainty. Berdasarkan status tempat pekerjaan, distribusi tertinggi pada tingkat technostress dialami oleh responden yang bekerja pada perbankan milik pemerintah Kata Kunci: Technostress, Techno-Overload, Techno-Invasion, Techno-Complexity, Techno-Insecurity and Techno-Uncertainty

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of the Organizational Culture Program, Situational Leadership and Organizational Communication on the Performance of Plantation Workers in the Mill Division at PT. Hindoli - Cargill Company. The sample in this study were workers in the mill division of PT Hindoli-Cargill Company, with 119 respondents. The sampling technique uses the quota sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Test the hypothesis for research variables with a partial effect using the T-test, while research variables with a simultaneous influence use the F-test. Data processing uses the SPSS V.20 program to produce a regression equation Y = 3.623 + 0.155X1 + 0.164X2 +0.031X3. The results of this study are the Organizational Culture Program, Situational Leadership, and Organizational Communication have a positive and significant effect on the performance of workers at PT Hindoli-Cargill Company, indicated by the Fcount value of 5.704 > Ftable 2.68 with a significant level of 0.001. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Situational Leadership, Organizational Communication, Performance Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Program Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pekerja Pekebunan Pada Divisi Mill di PT. Hindoli Cargill Company. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja divisi mill PT Hindoli Cargill Company sebanyak 119 responden. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode kuota sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Uji hipotesis untuk variabel-variabel penelitian yang memiliki pengaruh secara parsial menggunakan uji T sedangkan variabel-variabel penelitian yang memiliki pengaruh secara simultan menggunakan uji F. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS V.20 dengan menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y = 3,623 + 0,155X1 + 0,164X2 + 0,031X3. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Program Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja PT Hindoli a Cargill Company yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung 5,704 > Ftabel 2,68 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,001. Abstract

This research aims to test the readiness of human resources in facing digital transformation. The method used is quantitative, the object of research is employees of the Palembang City Library and Archives Service. The respondents in this research were 94 employees of the Palembang City Library and Archives Service, collecting data using a questionnaire. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely sampling carried out as a whole from the total population. The analysis technique used in this research is logistic regression, which is a type of regression analysis used to describe the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, with the dependent variable (Y) being assumed to be binary qualitative/having two categories. The data analysis technique was carried out using SPSS version 20. Based on the results of the binary logistic regression analysis, it was found that significant factors in the readiness of human resources in facing digital transformation were age, length of work, personality and skills. Meanwhile, factors that were not found to be significant in the readiness of human resources in facing digital transformation were innovation & optimism. It is hoped that this research can add information and reading references, thereby increasing knowledge about the digital transformation process.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji kesiapan ASN menghadapi e-government berdasarkan Kompetensi SDM dan Faktor Sosiodemografi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, objek penelitian pegawai kantor Kecamatan Jakabaring Kota Palembang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kecamatan Jakabaring Kota Palembang sebanyak 96 orang pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan secara keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Regresi logistik yang merupakan jenis analisis regresi yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen, dengan variabel dependen (Y) yang diasumsikan berupa kualitatif biner/memiliki dua kategori. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik biner didapati faktor-faktor signifikan terhadap kesiapan ASN menghadapi e-government berdasarkan Kompetensi SDM dan Faktor Sosiodemografi adalah umur, lama kerja, kepribadian, dan keterampilan. Sedangkan faktor yang tidak didapati signifikan terhadap kesiapan ASN menghadapi e-government berdasarkan Kompetensi SDM dan Faktor Sosiodemografi adalah inovasi & optimis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah informasi dan referensi bacaan, sehingga meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai proses transformasi digital. Abstract

This research aims to increase the sales of songket fabrics at UMKM in Limbang Jaya Village through promotional strategies using social media. The activities were carried out in the Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) program for 36 days, from October 16 to November 21, 2024. Prior to the implementation of KKNT, the promotion of songket fabrics in this village was still limited to traditional methods such as word-of-mouth promotion. Through training and mentoring, the community of Limbang Jaya Village began to understand and utilize social media, including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business, as a means of wider and more effective promotion. The results of the activities show an increased understanding of digital promotion and the potential for market expansion for local songket fabric products. With this approach, the promotion of songket fabrics in Limbang Jaya Village was successfully improved, having a positive impact on efforts to expand the marketing network and encourage the growth of local UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of readiness of health workers in facing the implementation of the Human Resources Information System (SISDM) at Lahat City Hospital. The background of the research is based on the suboptimal implementation of SISDM, which is characterized by the low familiarity of some health workers with the system, data input errors, and incomplete system integration. The research method used was quantitative with an associative approach, involving 72 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) health workers selected through cluster sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using logistic regression to identify factors affecting readiness. The results of the study show that in general, the readiness of health workers is in the high category, with an average indicator score above 4. Key factors that support readiness include organizational support, adequate training, and a positive attitude toward technology. The variable length of work has the most significant influence on readiness, with an Exp(B) value of 38.826, which indicates that the longer the work experience, the higher the readiness to adopt SISDM. These findings confirm that work experience is an important asset in the process of information technology adaptation. Although healthcare workers are declared ready, the study recommends increased optimization of technology tools and ongoing training as a strategic step to ensure the successful implementation of comprehensive and sustainable SISDM in the hospital environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness level of the Class I Palembang Port Authority (KSOP) in implementing Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). GHRM is an effort to integrate human resource management practices with environmental sustainability goals, which is considered important given the environmental responsibilities of the port sector. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a census approach to all employees of the Class I Port Authority Office in Palembang. The data is analyzed based on three aspects of GHRM: Green Training, Green Performance Management, and Green Employee Involvement. The results of the study indicate that, in general, KSOP Class I Palembang is at a high level of readiness in implementing GHRM. This readiness is reflected in the average index of the Green Training (4.217) and Green Employee Involvement (4.35) aspects, which are in the Very Ready category. Readiness in the Green Training aspect shows the effectiveness of environmental training, while Green Employee Involvement reflects the high level of active employee participation. Meanwhile, the Green Performance Management aspect (4.166) is in the Ready category, indicating that environmental elements have been accommodated in performance assessments but still need further strengthening, especially in the reward system. The conclusion of this study confirms that KSOP Class I Palembang is ready to integrate sustainability principles through GHRM practices.

Abstract

This study examines that implementation of competency-based career development in Zainal Songket Palembang, a traditional creative industry that plays an important role in preserving local cultural heritage. Despite its long-standing existence and contribution to employment, career development practices remain informal and primarily based on experience and mentoring from senior workers. This study seeks to explain the process of competency development as well as identify obstacles encountered in the implementation process. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through interviews observation, as well as documentary evidence as supporting data managers and employees from different divisions. The findings indicate that employees are given opportunities to improve their skills through hands-on practice, yet the absence of structured competency standards and formal training programs limits their career advancement. Additionally, the high workload and limited resources hinder the optimization of skill development. This  research emphasizes the importance of implementing a more structured approach.competency-based career framework to strengthen employee motivation, ensure regeneration of craftsmen, and support the sustainability and competitiveness of traditional creative industries such as Zainal Songket Palembang in the modern era.
