Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of community in economic sustainability towards post-visit behavior to cultural tourism destinations in the city of Palembang. Research methods: This research is a quantitative study, which examines the relationship between the variables of the role of community, in this case, the community, in the economy sustainability of tourism and several other variables, which is the role of the community in ecological, social, cultural sustainability toward post-visit behavior, in the form of tourist satisfaction. The technique analysis used was multiple regression analysis techniques and the data of this study were collected through a survey in 2019, using a questionnaire of 107 respondents who were tourists who had visited one of the cultural tourism destinations in Palembang. Result and Discussion: The results of this study indicate that the role or participation of community in the sustainability of tourism has a positive and significant effect on visitor or tourist satisfaction Conclusion: the community participation in tourism sustainability is significantly important in order to create tourist satisfaction; hence it’s important to focus on community empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze: The effect of destination quality on tourist engagement, the effect of destination quality on tourist loyalty, the effect of tourist engagement on tourist loyalty and the effect of destination quality on tourist loyalty mediated with tourist engagement. The data analysis method uses a structural equation model. The research sample is tourists who have visited natural tourist destinations in South Sumatra totaling 320 respondents.  The results of this study prove that the destination quality affects tourist engagement.  Destination quality affects tourist loyalty.  Tourist engagement affect tourist loyalty.  Tourist engagement mediates the effect of destination quality on tourist loyalty. The implication of this finding explains that tourist engagement driven by destination quality will be able to increase tourist loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, kepercayaan, dan keamanan terhadap minat nasabah dalam menabung emas di PT Pegadaian (Persero) UPC Pasar 26 Ilir Palembang. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada penurunan jumlah pengguna tabungan emas dan ketidakstabilan saldo nasabah, yang mengindikasikan penurunan minat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey melalui kuesioner kepada 76 responden yang ditentukan dengan rumus slovin dari populasi 321 nasabah pada tingkat kesalahan 10%. Data di uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik, lalu dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, kepercayaan, dan keamanan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung emas. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas layanan, tingkat kepercayaan, dan keamanan dapat mendorong nasabah untuk terus menabung emas secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract The rising number of young people in Indonesia who are NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training), especially among vocational high school graduates, indicates that the transition from education to employment remains difficult. While worldwide research indicates that career interventions might improve Career Decision Self-Efficacy (CDSE), empirical evidence in Indonesian vocational school settings is scarce, particularly concerning short-term, module-based programs. This study evaluated how well a structured career planning intervention raised the Career Decision Self-Efficacy (CDSE) of vocational high school students. A comparison group was added to the quantitative pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design to put the findings in context. The experimental group consisted of fifty students, while the comparison group consisted of fifty-eight. The intervention comprised a singular five hour career planning session. Data were examined via paired sample and independent sample t-tests, with effect sizes computed by Cohen’s d. CDSE scores in the experimental group increased slightly from pretest (M = 119.34) to posttest (M = 122.52); however, the improvement was not statistically significant (p = 0.439) and indicated a small effect size (d = 0.11). No significant differences were seen between groups at the posttest. These results show that a single intensive session is insufficient to significantly increase career decision-making self-efficacy, which advances research on short-term career interventions. The results emphasize the need for continuous, multi-session, hands-on school-based career programs to improve the career readiness of vocational students. Investors will carry out various analyzes to get information about whether the company is able to provide benefits from the investment they have made. This study aims to determine whether Earning Per Share (EPS), and Return On Equity (ROE) partially and simultaneously affect stock prices. The object of this research is the infrastructure sector companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research method uses quantitative methods. The population of 74 companies, the determination of the sample through purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, a sample of 6 companies wsa obtained. The results showed that partially EPS and ROE collectively have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, EPS and ROE have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. The results of this study indicate that investors when they want to invest must pay attention to the value of EPS and ROE because the size of the EPS, ROE can effect stock prices.Investors will carry out various analyzes to get information about whether the company is able to provide benefits from the investment they have made. Abstract

Secara umum, organisasi memerlukan beberapa aspek dalam melakukan kegiatan bisnis untuk membantu mencapai kinerja dan produktivitas yang tinggi. Karakteristik karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek utama karena tidak mungkin untuk melaksanakan semua kegiatan secara ideal dalam suatu perusahaan tanpa adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkarakter. Cara mencapai tujuan perusahaan tersebut yakni dengan melalui kedisiplinan dan komunikasi yang baik dari segala karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertempat di Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Palembang KM 4,5. tipe penelitian yang digunakan tipe kuantitatif yang merupakan hasil observasi numeric. Informasi ini pula salah satu rekaman numerik ialah hasil dari satu proses pengukuran dimana basis pembedahan matematik bisa dicoba. Sumber informasi berasal dari informasi primer serta informasi sekunder. Riset menggunakan Teknik regresi berganda. Dimana signifikansi variabel subjek yaitu 0,000 dan 0,004 dapat dikatakan bahwa disiplin kerja dan komunikasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan juga signifikan terhadap kinerja baik secara parsial ataupun simultan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkomparasikan kinerja keuangan pada sub-sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19. Dalam melakukan uji beda tersebut peneliti hanya menggunakan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas yang terdiri dari Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Iventory Turnover, Working Capital Turnover, Return on Assets, dan Return on Equity. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 sampel yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan diantaranya Uji Normalitas, Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, dan Uji Paired Simple T-test. Adapun hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu secara signifikan DAR memiliki perbedaan kinerja sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19, berbeda dengan hasil CR, QR, DER, ITO, WCTO, ROA, dan ROE yang menunjukkan bahwa secara signifikan tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

This The purpose of this research is to determine the number of break even points required to achieve the minimal limit of sales volume in units and rupiah in the Wicaksono Propeller Brass Metal Casting throughout the previous two years, namely 2021 and 2022. Methods of data collecting included qualitative and quantitative descriptive data kinds, such as interviews, documentation, and literature reviews. The difficulty is that the firm has not categorized fixed and variable expenses, thus the owner cannot utilize the Break Even Point calculation for profit planning, and revenues have been falling for the previous two years. Break Even Point analysis is utilized. Based on the findings of this study, the company's propeller shaft product's break even point is expected to rise between 2021 and 2022. This means that 22% of last year's profit/revenue has to be accounted for in this year' budget
