Abstract

Abstracts - This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence between the variables of cooperation ability and work motivation on work productivity at CV. Buana Jaya Sentosa. This type of research is quantitative research because it is related to numbers and statistics to test variables and hypotheses. Data processing using the SPSS Version 22 program with a population of 41 employees of CV. Buana Jaya Sentosa. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires via google form to respondents and data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, f-tests, t-tests, and determination coefficient tests (R2) partially or simultaneously. From the research results for the variable of cooperation ability, partial significance on work productivity with a calculated t value of 3.044> ttable 2.024 and significant of 0.000 <0.05, then the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted, the work motivation variable has a partial significant effect on work productivity with a calculated t value of 2.194> ttable 1.648 and significant of 0.000 <0.05, then the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted, while the variables of cooperation ability and work motivation have a simultaneous significant effect on work productivity with a calculated f value of 14.899> ftable 3.24 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted

Abstract

Every company certainly wants optimal profits in its business. This makes the company strive to carry out good management to achieve this goal. By doing this good management, the company can generate profit growth that always increases in each period. One way that can be done to predict the growth of a company's profit is by analyzing financial ratios. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and net profit margin on profit growth in logistics and transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The data collection methods in this study are observation, literature study and documentation study with management or quantitative analysis methods, namely data analysis methods using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests from selected models, namely normality tests, heteroscedacity tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, and multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient tests and partial hypothesis tests (t-test) and simultaneous (t-test) assisted by the SPSS version 25 program. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Partially, the results in this study show that the current ratio variable does not have a significant effect on profit growth, the variable debt to equity ratio ratio has no significant effect on profit growth and the net profit margin variable has a significant effect on profit growth. Simultaneously, the variables current ratio, debt to equity ratio and net profit margin together affect profit growth. equity ratio and net profit margin together affect profit growth.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence between the variables of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Mh Thamrin. This type of research is quantitative research because it is related to numbers and statistics to test variables and hypotheses. Data processing uses the SPSS version 26 program, The population in this study amounted to 33 employees who are employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Mh Thamrin. The researcher conducted several tests including multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests. With the sampling technique used, namely saturated samples. The results of the T-test show that work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.001 and 0.004 Ftable 3.32

Abstract

This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence of work discipline and work environment variables on employee performance at PT Citra Graha Selaras. This type of research is quantitative research because it is related to numbers and statistics to test variables and hypotheses. Data processing uses the SPSS version 21 program, The population in this study amounted to 37 employees who are employees of PT Citra Graha Selaras. The researcher conducted several tests including multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The results of the T-test show that work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.006 <0.05 and the results of the F-test show that the work environment and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance because the F-count value is 61,388> F-table 3.27

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor in achieving organizational goals, which is influenced by the effectiveness of supervision and the level of work discipline. This study aims to examine the influence of supervision and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Directorate of Vocational Training Institutional Development of the Ministry of Manpower, both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 61 respondents who filled out a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results showed that the supervision variable had a partial significant effect on employee performance, with a tcal value of 6.142 > a table of 1.671 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so the first hypothesis (H1) was accepted. The work discipline variable also had a partial significant effect on employee performance, with a tcal value of 4.488 > a ttable of 1.671 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so that the second hypothesis (H2) was accepted. Simultaneously, supervision and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance, with a calculation value of 75.132 > a factor of 3.15 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so that the third hypothesis (H3) was accepted. The R² value of 0.722 indicates that supervision and work discipline are able to explain 72.2% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 27.8% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.
