Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dalam sektor jasa pengiriman. Salah satu bisnis jasa yang ditawarkan adalah pengiriman surat dan paket. Perusahaan dengan jasa pengiriman ini akan sangat memerlukan strategi pemasaran untuk menjaring pelanggan yang bergerak dalam dunia bisnis yang bertujuan memuaskan konsumen dan meningkatkan volume penjualan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penyusunan Tugas Akhir Adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dengan metode analisanya berupa analisis kualitatif yaitu metode analisis data tanpa menggunakan analisis statistik. Hal yang pertama dilakukan dalam strategi pemasaran adalah melihat kebutuhan pasar terlebih dahulu. Kemudian menentukan segmen pasar yang akan dituju yaitu segmen pasar bisnis. Dengan menetapkan segmen pasar bisnis maka dalam menetapkan target pasar dari penetapan strategi memilih perusahaan. Dengan memilih target yang sesuai dengan segmen pasar bisnis maka posisi pasar yang akan secara otomatis menjadi label untuk produk bisnis itu sendiri di tengah masyarakat. Maketing mix dalam strategi pemasaran akan secara otomatis mengikuti alur dari segmentasi, targeting dan positiong hal ini di karenakan dalam penentuan produk, tempat, harga, dan promosi sesuai dengan segmen pasar bisnis.

Abstract

This comprehensive bibliometric analysis explores the intricate relationship between employee welfare and work productivity in the context of service companies. Examining a diverse body of literature through systematic quantitative methods, the study identifies key themes, trends, and research gaps. The findings highlight the pivotal role of employee welfare, spanning healthcare benefits, workplace safety, and a supportive organizational culture, in shaping a positive work environment. The study underscores the direct impact of employee well-being on engagement, job satisfaction, and overall productivity. Practical implications encompass informed human resource practices, strategic interventions, and the optimization of work environments, offering actionable insights for practitioners and policymakers. Recognizing the strategic advantage in linking employee well-being to organizational success emerges as crucial for attracting and retaining top talent. Furthermore, the analysis points to less-explored research avenues, guiding scholars toward areas such as "work discipline," "business outcomes," and "profitability." In essence, this bibliometric study bridges academia and practice, advocating for a holistic and evidence-based approach to human resource management, positioning employee welfare as a strategic imperative for sustained success.

Abstract

Education should produce the next generation through Islamic boarding schools who have the character to take control of the state. It is hoped that it will produce the next generation with strong character to accept the baton of leadership. Education has an important role in shaping society, especially among teenagers who are experiencing changes in themselves. With education at an Islamic boarding school, we can overcome moral problems in teenagers, although not completely, and reduce the problems that are currently troubling a country. There are many worries among educators that internal and external factors are not in control of teenagers' education. One external factor that appears and is very influential is smartphones, which can open sites that are not educational, and an internal factor is the lack of attention of parents towards their children.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the development strategy of Indonesian Syariah financial institutions. This research focuses on how Indonesian Syariah financial institutions increase their capacity to increase their competitiveness in the Indonesian financial industry. In this research, descriptive research methods were used. Moreover, the data source for this research uses secondary data, which comes from OJK and BPS data. Three decades ago, a Syariah bank, PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI). The establishment of this Indonesian Syariah bank was based on intensive requests from thinkers, religious leaders, and Islamic entrepreneurs regarding the importance of accommodating Muslims who wish to make financial transactions in the Indonesian financial industry by applying the principles of Islamic Syariah. After BMI Bank had been operating for several years, the government issued the Banking Law and, in the banking law, recognized the dual system in Indonesian banking, namely, the conventional banking system and the Syariah banking system. Next, the government also issued the Syariah Banking Law to regulate the Syariah banking operational system in Indonesia. Syariah financial institutions have developed from an institutional perspective, with many Syariah banking branch offices, capital markets, and the Syariah non-bank financial industry (IKNB). However, in these three decades, Islamic financial institutions controlled 10 percent of the market share in the Indonesian financial industry. In this research, a strategy was produced to accelerate the capacity of Islamic financial institutions to compete with conventional financial institutions. This research also produced basic (grand), corporate, and functional strategies for accelerating the development of Indonesian Syariah financial institutions.

Abstract

Kerjasasama Tim dan Disiplin Kerja adalah hal penting bagi Perusahaan untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahi Pengaruh Kerjasama tim dan Disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang Secara masing-masing (parsial) ataupun Secara Bersama (simultan) terdahap kinerja karyawan pada PT Patra Boga Mamih. Menggunakan Metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 35 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, kuesioner, wawancara. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Pengelolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS versi 25 untuk menghitung hasil uji. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan : Kerjasama Tim (X1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan sig 0,006 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 2.940 > ttabel 2,036. Disiplin Kerja (X2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 6,582 > ttabel 2,036. Dan Kerjasama Tim (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 21,039 > Ftabel 3,29.   Teamwork and work discipline are important for companies to improve employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of teamwork and work discipline on employee performance individually (partially) jointly (simultaneously) on employee performance at PT Patra Boga Mamih. Using quantitative methods. The population in this research is all employees. This research sample used the entire population of 35 employees. Data collection techniques in this research used observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews. The data analysis technique in this research uses data validity test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (R2). Data processing in this research uses the SPSS version 25 software program to calculate test results. The results of this research prove: Teamwork (X1) has a partially positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) sig 0.006 < 0.05 and thitung 2,940 > ttable 2.036. Work Discipline (X2) has a partially positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) sig of 0.000 < 0.05 and thitung 6.582 > ttable 2.036. And Teamwork (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) sig 0.000 < 0.05 and an F thitung 21.039 > Ftable 3.29.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the activeness of learning for each subject, using a micro-teaching program aimed at the abilities of teachers in Modern Islamic Boarding Schools. The research results show that the implementation of the micro-teaching program for teachers at Modern Islamic Boarding Schools is based on planning and micro-teaching guidelines. This is to increase the competency of students in the learning process as well as increase the competency of students in understanding the material contained in each core discussion, teacher preparation, class preparation, steps in student learning activities, and learning evaluation. Increasing the ability of language teachers means developing a spirit of love for teachers for language.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor in achieving organizational goals, which is influenced by the effectiveness of supervision and the level of work discipline. This study aims to examine the influence of supervision and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Directorate of Vocational Training Institutional Development of the Ministry of Manpower, both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 61 respondents who filled out a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results showed that the supervision variable had a partial significant effect on employee performance, with a tcal value of 6.142 > a table of 1.671 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so the first hypothesis (H1) was accepted. The work discipline variable also had a partial significant effect on employee performance, with a tcal value of 4.488 > a ttable of 1.671 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so that the second hypothesis (H2) was accepted. Simultaneously, supervision and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance, with a calculation value of 75.132 > a factor of 3.15 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so that the third hypothesis (H3) was accepted. The R² value of 0.722 indicates that supervision and work discipline are able to explain 72.2% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 27.8% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence between the variables of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Mh Thamrin. This type of research is quantitative research because it is related to numbers and statistics to test variables and hypotheses. Data processing uses the SPSS version 26 program, The population in this study amounted to 33 employees who are employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Mh Thamrin. The researcher conducted several tests including multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests. With the sampling technique used, namely saturated samples. The results of the T-test show that work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.001 and 0.004 Ftable 3.32

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research because it is related to numbers and statistics to test variables and hypotheses. Data processing uses the SPSS version 21 program, The population in this study amounted to 37 employees who are employees of PT Citra Graha Selaras. The researcher conducted several tests including multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The results of the T-test show that work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.006 <0.05 and the results of the F-test show that the work environment and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance because the F-count value is 61,388> F-table 3.27

Abstract

Competition in the coffee business is getting tougher with the emergence of various coffee brands, one of which is Janji Jiwa coffee. Janji Jiwa experiences inconsistent taste from its products, in addition to its digital marketing strategy being considered less authentic because it uses influencer content. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of product quality and digital marketing on purchasing decisions for Janji Jiwa coffee in Central Jakarta. The method in this study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents of Janji Jiwa coffee consumers in the Central Jakarta area, then the data were tested using SPSS 23. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of product quality and digital marketing variables on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of 8.685> t table 1.984 and a sign value of 0.000 <0.05, Digital Marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of 2.127> t table 1.984 and a sign value of 0.036 <0.05, and simultaneously Product Quality and Digital Marketing have a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated f value of 107.694> f table 3.09 and a sign value of 0.000 <0.05.
