Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri guru, pemahamannya tentang karakter siswa generasi Z, dan pemahamannya tentang keterampilan abad ke-21 terhadap gaya mengajar guru tipe fasilitator di Sekolah Dian Harapan Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah partisipan 60 orang. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang terdiri dari Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Scale, Karakteristik Generasi Z, West Virginia 21st Century Teaching and Learning Survey, dan Teaching Style Survey. Analisis data dan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji F Simultan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 60.7% efikasi diri guru, pemahaman guru tentang karakter siswa generasi Z, dan keterampilan abad ke-21 berkontribusi secara simultan terhadap gaya mengajar guru tipe fasilitator. Dengan demikian, ketiga faktor tersebut berperan penting dalam gaya mengajar guru tipe fasilitator.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low literacy, participation, and collaboration ability of students. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the learning process. This study aims to determine student perceptions related to the implementation of digital literacy media on participation, collaboration skills, student satisfaction, and cognitive learning achievement in geography subjects. The subjects in this study were 162 students of class XI and XII social studies at XYZ private high school in South Tangerang. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a simple regression test to measure. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire in the form of google form. The research instrument used is a variable to measure students' perceptions about the implementation of digital literacy, participation, collaboration skills, and student satisfaction. The results showed that students' perceptions about the implementation of digital literacy media affected the participation of 38.2%. Students' perceptions of digital literacy media also affect 50.2% of collaboration skills and 64.3% of student satisfaction. Participation and collaboration ability did not show any effect on cognitive learning achievement, it was seen from the sig value. > 0.05 and Fcount. < Ftable. Cognitive learning achievement is influenced by student satisfaction and perceptions regarding digital literacy media in geography online learning by 5.4% and 2.5%, respectively. So it can be concluded that students' perceptions of digital literacy media help students learn in geography online learning.

Abstract

Hybrid learning was held in response to the government's directive regarding steps to anticipate the Covid 19 outbreak. Public and private schools have begun to stop learning at school and begin to implement hybrid learning. Hybrid learning can reduce student learning motivation and student activity. This study aims to determine the influence of hybrid learning and learning motivation on student activity while at SMAK XYZ Jababeka. The subjects in this study are sixty-five students of class X and XI SMAK XYZ Jababeka. The research method used by the author is Path Analysis using a quantitative approach. The questionnaire research instruments used are to measure hybrid learning, learning motivation, and student activity. The results of this quantitative study show that hybrid learning affects student activity in learning, hybrid learning affects learning motivation, learning motivation affects student activity at SMAK XYZ Jababeka. So, it was concluded that hybrid learning influences activity, student learning motivation and learning motivation has an effect on student activity when conducting hybrid learning.

Abstract

Teachers are one of the most important elements in educational institutions. Along with advances in technology, teachers play an important role in education. Teacher performance is influenced by other factors such as Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), work motivation and teacher's work engagement. This research aims to determine the influence of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), Work Motivation and Teacher's Work Engagement toward Teacher Performance. The research subjects were 121 teachers at XYZ Elementary School, Bekasi Branch. Data was collected through distributing a questionnaire consisting of 92 questions using a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis uses SmartPLS 3.0 and the approach used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-Partial Least Square. In this research, it was found that technology, content and pedagogical integration competence (TPACK) and work motivation had a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. However, one variable, namely teachers' working engagement, has a positive but not statistically significant relationship with teacher performance.

Abstract

The success of improving the quality of educational institutions depends on the involvement of a transformational leadership style and digital literacy skills, which are part of teachers' professional competence in using Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This research aims to measure the influence of perceptions of transformational leadership and digital literacy on teachers' pedagogical competence in integrating technology through the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a simple and multiple linear regression analysis approach. The respondents were 78 teachers at teaching levels 7-12 in two national schools who completed a digital questionnaire. The results show that transformational leadership influences teacher pedagogical competence, digital literacy influences teacher pedagogical competence, and perceptions of transformational leadership and digital literacy influence teacher pedagogical competence in integrating technology. Based on the TPACK framework, which is used as a link between abilities and skills from pedagogical, content, and technology perspectives, the technology component needs to be improved to increase teacher confidence in integrating technology into learning.

Abstract

Keterampilan abad 21 merupakan hal yang penting dalam pekerjaan di masa mendatang termasuk keterampilan kolaborasi dan keterampilan bepikir kritis. Hal tersebut berkaitan kemampuan penguasaan konsep dengan kompleksitas dan representasi kimia. Hal tersebut mendorong guru sebagai pendidik memikirkan metode pengajaran yang sesuai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat keefektifan penerapan flipped classroom berbasis molview terhadap penguasaan konsep kimia, keterampilan kolaborasi, dan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X dalam mata pelajaran kimia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen desain one-group pretest-posttest dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Responden pada penelitian terdiri atas 48 siswa kelas X di SMAK Tunas Harapan Bogor. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis mengguakan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank dengan menggunakan JASP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) penerapan flipped classroom berbasis molview dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep kimia siswa dengan tingkat efektivitas tinggi, 2) penerapan flipped classroom berbasis molview dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa dengan tingkat efektivitas sedang, 3) penerapan flipped classroom berbasis molview dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dengan tingkat efektivitas sedang.

Abstract

A form of art that is created through a performance by one or an ensemble of performers, shown in front of an audience is called the performing arts. Despite having its appeal, performing in front of many people can lead to "performance anxiety". Performance anxiety is especially very concerning for singers and voice students. This can lead to diminished performance quality and impair the control of their vocal technique, with the most affected one being their breath control, which is considered one of the most crucial techniques in singing. A survey conducted on voice students of Pelita Harapan University Conservatory of Music has found this as a phenomenon that's been experienced by students, noticed by the voice lecturers, but yet to be effectively addressed. Previously, the use of VR simulations has been found effective in helping treat and decrease the symptoms and occurrence of social anxiety, which includes performance anxiety. However, a very limited amount of research has been done on the impact of VR on music-related performance anxiety (MPA), and even less specifically on singing performances. Through a mixed-method approach and by adopting the within-subject research design, this study aims to study the effects of VR simulation implementation on nineteen voice major students of Pelita Harapan University Conservatory of Music's MPA level and breath control. Results found that the method was effective in treating the MPA symptoms and did improve the students' breath control but was not conducted long or frequently enough to take a long-term or permanent result.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the readiness of online courses offered by the ICE Institute based on seven quality assurance dimensions developed through ICE-I QAT. These seven dimensions include course information, instructor information, technology and learning tools, learning materials, interaction, assessment, and evaluation. The method used was descriptive quantitative by using instrument quality assurance criteria was developed by ICE-I. Sample of this research were 77 courses and were curated by the partner universities collaborating with the ICE Institute in 2024. The results show variability in the readiness levels of the courses across each dimension. For example, in the course information dimension, only 45 out of 77 courses met the minimum standards, while in the assessment dimension, only 23 courses met the standards. These findings indicate that many courses still need quality improvement, particularly in learning materials, interaction, and assessment. The discussion highlights the importance of providing clear information, effective use of learning technology, and comprehensive instructional materials to enhance student engagement and course completion. The study concludes that improving the quality of online courses is essential to support effective and meaningful distance learning at the ICE Institute.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan melihat pengaruh kompetensi digital dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan mediasi motivasi berprestasi di SD XYZ cabang Bekasi. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari distribusi kuesioner terhadap 110 orang guru yang bekerja dan mengajar di SD XYZ Cabang Bekasi. Data penelitian dianalisa menggunakan SmartPLS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis guna mengetahui pengaruh koefisien dari variabel-variabel penelitian. Seluruh populasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi. Kompetensi digital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Penemuan lain menunjukkan kompetensi digital berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan mediasi motivasi berprestasi. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan mediasi motivasi berprestasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ada beberapa implikasi untuk guru; pentingnya kompetensi digital, disiplin kerja sebagai fondasi,  motivasi berprestasi sebagai penggerak, peran mediasi sebagai motivasi berprestasi.

Abstract

Conducive school culture and digital leadership are essential in fostering teachers' innovative behavior in schools. The relation between these needs to be carefully observed in educational institutions. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of teachers' perspectives on school culture and digital leadership on teachers' innovative work behavior at XYZ Manado school. This research uses a quantitative correlation method to measure the influence of the studied variables. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 63 teachers. This research uses the PLS-SEM model for hypothesis testing. Data validation is conducted through measurement validation, reliability testing, and structural model validation. The research results show that school culture has a positive and significant effect on teachers' innovative work behavior. Digital leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on teachers' innovative work behavior. Future research can examine the influence of school culture perception in various contexts, such as urban and rural areas.
