Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja. (Studi kasus pada industri kerajinan emas dan mutiara Kecamatan Sekarbela, Kota Mataram). Variabel yang mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri kerajinan emas dan mutiara di Kecamatan Sekarbela, Kota Mataram adalah upah, modal, dan nilai produksi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data tentang kondisi subjek yang diteliti. Lokasi penelitian berada di UMKM industri kerajinan emas dan mutiara di sepanjang Jalan Sultan Kaharudin, Kecamatan Sekarbela, Kota Mataram, selama lebih dari sebulan sesuai kebutuhan. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 32 pemilik UMKM kerajinan emas dan mutiara di Kecamatan Sekarbela. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel upah dan nilai produksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Sementara itu, variabel modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada UMKM kerajinan emas dan mutiara di Kecamatan Sekarbela, Kota Mataram. Secara simultan variabel upah, modal, dan nilai produksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada UKM kerajinan emas dan mutiara di Kecamatan Sekarbela Kota Mataram.

Abstract

This research demonstrates that the economic growth of the fisheries sector is underpinned by a synergistic interaction among investment, innovation, and market demand. Investment not only expands capacity directly but also enhances innovation capabilities that produce additional growth dividends. Market demand acts as an external driver that spurs producers to expand, upgrade, and diversify. The study achieves its aims: quantifying the relative contributions of the three drivers, revealing the mediating role of innovation, and uncovering spatial and subsectoral heterogeneity. From a policy perspective, the results point to the need for coordinated strategies: capital support, innovation encouragement, and market linkage must be advanced in tandem and adapted to regional contexts.

Abstract

Feed is an important factor in fish farming because it greatly influences the performance of fish which includes growth and reproduction. One alternative material that can be used as a substitute for bran in feed formulations is waste from shrimp processing in the form of shrimp heads. The nutrient content of the shrimp head includes: 31.41% protein, 6.62% fat, 5.59% crude fiber, 3.75Kcal/g energy. Use of shrimp waste heads in feed formulation on protein retention and energy retention in catfish fry. The research was conducted in July – September 2023 in Halimaung Jaya Village located in the father's catfish pond cultivation. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of using shrimp head waste in feed formulas on the growth and development of catfish.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the economic and environmental feasibility of using biodiesel as an alternative fuel for fishing vessels in Indonesia. This research uses cost-benefit analysis, greenhouse gas emission analysis, and sensitivity analysis methods to evaluate the impact of biodiesel use on economic and environmental aspects. The results show that the use of biodiesel as an alternative fuel for fishing vessels in Indonesia is economically feasible, as it can save fuel costs, reduce dependence on imported diesel, and increase the added value of fishery products. The use of biodiesel is also environmentally feasible, as it can reduce energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and other pollutant emissions generated by fishing vessels. The economic and environmental feasibility of using biodiesel as an alternative fuel for fishing vessels in Indonesia is quite stable and not sensitive to changes in conditions that may occur in the future. This research provides recommendations for the government, fishery industry, and society to support the development and implementation of biodiesel as an environmentally friendly alternative fuel for fishing vessels in Indonesia.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara fiqh dan moral kesantrian dalam menangani kekerasan seksual dipesantren. Tujuannya memahami pandangan fiqh terhadap kekerasan seksual, respons hukum Islam, sertastrategi pemberantasan dan rehabilitasi pelaku maupun korban. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode studikepustakaan dengan pendekatan fenomenologis digunakan untuk memahami fenomena kekerasan secarakomprehensif, serta pendekatan konseptual memakai konsep fiqh dan moralitas sebagai alat analisis. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan kekerasan seksual dikategorikan sebagai jarimah dalam fiqh, dengan hukumanberdasarkan intensitas kasus, dari hudud, qishash, hingga ta’zir. Pelaku di pesantren harus dihukum sesuaikonstitusi tanpa merugikan nama baik pesantren atau keluarga. Fiqh menekankan rehabilitasi melaluiperlindungan individu, pemulihan korban, dan penanganan pelaku. Prinsip moral kesantrian menitikberatkanpembentukan karakter melalui ajaran agama, nilai kasih sayang, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Pesantrenberperan sebagai benteng moral untuk mencegah kekerasan dan menciptakan lingkungan aman.Kata Kunci: Fiqh, Kekerasan Seksual, Moral Kesantrian. AbstractThis study examines the relationship between fiqh and the morality of Islamic boarding school(pesantren) students in addressing sexual violence within pesantren, aiming to understand theperspective of fiqh on sexual violence, the response of Islamic law, and strategies for eradicating andrehabilitating both perpetrators and victims. Employing a library research method with aphenomenological approach to comprehensively understand the phenomenon of sexual violence, italso utilizes a conceptual approach with fiqh and morality as analytical tools. The findings indicatethat sexual violence is categorized as jarimah in fiqh, with punishments varying based on the severityof the case, ranging from hudud, qishash, to ta'zir, and perpetrators within pesantren should bepunished in accordance with the constitution while ensuring the pesantren's and families' reputationsremain intact. Fiqh emphasizes rehabilitation through individual protection, victim recovery, andoffender management, while the moral principles of pesantren focus on character building throughreligious teachings, values of compassion, and social responsibility, positioning pesantren as moralfortresses to prevent sexual violence and create a safe environment.Keywords: Fiqh, Sexual Violence, Santri Morality.

Abstract

Income inequality has become one of the most significant socio-economic challenges of the 21st century. This research examines global inequality trends, analyzes the causal factors, and evaluates efforts to overcome them. Using data from a variety of trusted sources, the study finds a consistent increase in global income inequality since the 1980s, with the Gini ratio increasing from 0.61 to 0.67. Factors such as globalization, automation, and economic policies contribute to this trend. The impact of inequality extends to various aspects, including social mobility, community cohesion and economic growth. Although some policy interventions have shown positive results, their implementation faces significant challenges. This research concludes that a multidimensional and collaborative approach is needed to effectively address income inequality. Recommendations include integrated policy reform, increased investment in education and social protection, and stronger international cooperation. This study emphasizes the urgency of coordinated action to build a fairer society and a sustainable economy in the global era.

Abstract

Island communities in the Sangihe archipelago organize their social life through everyday practices that are inseparable from the surrounding maritime environment. This article examines how daily rhythms, shared social spaces, and cultural meanings shape collective life in Sangihe from a sociological perspective. Rather than focusing on economic productivity or formal governance, the article emphasizes lived experience as the foundation of social organization. By approaching island society through ordinary practices, the article highlights how social cohesion is produced through repetition, proximity, and shared understanding. Time, space, and routine interaction are treated not as background conditions but as active elements in shaping social relations. This perspective contributes to broader discussions on society and culture by demonstrating how island communities sustain continuity and adapt to change through everyday life. It positions Sangihe as an example of how social order in Global South Island contexts is grounded in lived maritime experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media infografis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas XII pada pembelajaran sosiologi di MAN 19 Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan analisis siswa terhadap fenomena sosial akiat dominasi media pembelajaran tekstual dan konvesional. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dalam dua siklus yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan tes berpikir kritis yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan bahwa pemanfaatan infografis secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, terutama pada interpretasi visual, evaluasi informasi, dan penyusunan argumen sosiologis siswa. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa media infografis efektif sebagai instrumen kognitif dalam meningkatkan literasi visual dan keterlibatan belajar. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar guru secara konsisten mengintegrasikan media visual inovatif dengan dukungan fasilitas sekolah, serta penelitian selanjutnya mengombinasikannnya dengan model pembelajaran digital lainnya.
