Abstract

The competence of a medical recorder is to code diagnosis. But in the fact, there are still many medical officers who experience some difficulties in coding diagnoses quickly, precisely, and accurately. This study is here to find out the effect of the knowledge of medical personnel and medical record document facilities on the inaccuracy of the main diagnosis code according to ICD-10 in the medical record document at dr. Soepraoen Malang. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach design. The location of this research is DR. Soepraoen Hospital, Malang. Processing data in this study is use non statistic. The result of this study is there is a negative and significant effect of health workers knowledge partially on the inaccuracies of main diagnosis codes, there is a negative and significant effect of hospital facilities partially on the inaccuracies of main diagnosis codes, there is a simultaneous negative and significant effect of health workers knowledge and hospital facilities on the inaccuracies of main diagnosis codes.

Abstract

This article explores a critical perspective on epistemology that has long been influenced by Western-centric biases, aiming to uncover its inherent discriminatory aspects. Employing a literature-based approach, the discussion centers on two primary concerns. First, the exclusionary nature of Western epistemology is inseparable from the ideals of modernity, which emphasize progress and innovation. These characteristics often marginalize alternative knowledge systems rooted in traditional or indigenous communities. Second, the discourse of development operates as a mechanism to perpetuate Western epistemological dominance, serving as a justification to reassert control over nations in the Global South or former colonies. The article concludes by emphasizing the importance of fostering a critical mindset among scholars, encouraging openness to diverse epistemological frameworks that reflect local contexts, without entirely dismissing the scientific traditions of the West.

Abstract

Organisasi merupakan wadah dimana orang-orang berkumpul, bekerjasama secara rasional dan sistematis, dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya organisasi secara efisien dan efektif untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Kerjasama yang terarah tersebut dilakukan dengan mengikuti pola interaksi antar setiap individu atau kelompok dalam berinteraksi ke dalam maupun ke luar organisasi. Pola interaksi tersebut diselaraskan dengan berbagai aturan, norma, keyakinan, nilai-nilai tertentu sebagaimana ditetapkan organisasi pola interaksi tersebut dalam waktu tertentu akan membentuk suatu kebiasaan bersama atau membentuk budaya organisasi yang senantiasa mengontrol anggota organisasi, dengan demikian budaya organisasi yang kuat merupakan pembentuk kinerja organisasi yang tinggi. Dalam sebuah manajemen organizing/ pengorganisasin merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan. Mengapa demikina karena peorganisasian, termasuk sebuah bentuk realisasi/ menjalankan apa yang menjadi rencana awal sebuah manajemen. Oleh karena itu organizing/ pengorganiasian adalah sarana untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan memanfatkan alat yang tersedia semaksimum mungkin.  Kata Kunci:  Organisasi Manajemen, Mutu Pendidikan Islam, Manajemen Pendidikan Islam
