Abstract

Sport for all is a movement that emerged to bring awareness to the importance of sport for all. This movement is based on the community's need for sports regardless of all kinds of differences, including for someone who is in an Islamic boarding school environment. This research aims to determine the effect of Circuit Training exercises on students' motivation in carrying out sports activities at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo. The method used in this research is a quasi-experiment or quasi-experiment with a one group Pretest and Posttest Design research design. In this research, the number of samples used was 15 respondents using a purposive sampling technique or determining certain criteria. The instrument in this research uses a questionnaire. Then the data that has been obtained and collected will be analyzed using descriptive tests with the help of the SPSS VERSION 25 application program. Next, the data will be tested using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, this test is used to find out whether the data obtained in the research is normally distributed or not. Then, to test the hypothesis, use the T Paired Sample Test to determine the effect of providing treatment in each treatment group. After analyzing the research data. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence on Circuit Training exercises on students' motivation in carrying out sports activities at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo.

Abstract

Football is a global sport that has many fans. This sport is easy to follow, it can be seen from the euphoria of the supporters of each team. But since the pandemic, the euphoria has begun to have very few followers. The 2021 Copa America was supposed to be held in 2020, but was postponed by a year due to the pandemic. Finally, CONMEBOL confirmed the tournament would take place at the Maracanã. The purpose of this study is to understand the effectiveness of Argentina and Brazil in the Copa America 2021 Final match which the final score was 1-0 for Argentina's victory. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The source of this research data comes from the video of the 2021 Copa America Final match. The results of research in the Copa America 2021 Final match Brazil made accurate passes as many as 423 (86%) and inaccurate 65 (14%), successful shooting 2 (28%), successful dribbling as much as 18 (54%), control obtained 316 (97%) and precise heading as much as 11 (65%). Brazil's playing technique should have been favored but could not break Argentina's goal. Argentina with a 4-4-2 formation is able to withstand Brazil's attack using a 4-3-3 formation which should have many opportunities options. After an analysis of the performance of the Brazilian National Team's playing techniques, a good conclusion was obtained, but the existing advantages were not utilized optimally and the opportunities obtained will be used as material for team evaluation in the future.

Abstract

The pulse rate gradually increases depending on the intensity of the activity performed and can potentially cause fatigue. Walking recovery and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) can lower the pulse rate and prevent fatigue. The research aims to prove the effects and differences resulting from walking recovery and PNF. The study uses a pretest and posttest design with impact and difference tests. Ten samples were selected purposively and underwent two recovery interventions. A 1600-meter run protocol was used to increase the pulse rate. The results showed that walking recovery could reduce the pulse rate by up to 15.49%, while passive recovery reached 29.35%. Each recovery method significantly reduced the pulse rate (p < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two recovery methods (p > 0.05).

Abstract

Cedera olahraga adalah luka yang dialami tubuh saat berlatih atau melakukan aktivitas fisik tertentu akibat penggunaan berlebihan, risiko yang diakibatkan dari proses latihan dengan gerakan atau postur tubuh yang diulang-ulang serta monoton akhirnya menimbulkan manifestasi klinis. Cedera tersebut sangat mengganggu dan mengurangi performa ketika akan bertanding. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui jenis cedera yang dialami oleh atlet karate berusia 17 tahun dari Club Karate INKAI Adli KBD Desa Petiken Driyorejo Gresik selama latihan sehingga dapat meminimalisir risiko terjadinya cedera olahraga. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu 20 atlet atlet karate berusia 17 tahun dari Club Karate INKAI Adli KBD Desa Petiken Driyorejo Gresik dan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan wawancara secara terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu jenis cedera olahraga yang sering dialami oleh atlet karate di club karate INKAI Adli KBD Desa Petiken Driyorejo Gresik ialah cedera memar (57% kategori cukup), cedera otot tertarik (strain) pada bagian betis (52% kategori cukup) dan cedera terkilir pada bagian jari tangan (48% kategori cukup). Sedangkan, cedera yang jarang dialami atlet karate di club karate INKAI Adli KBD Desa Petiken Driyorejo Gresik adalah cedera memar pada bagian mulut (27% kategori lemah), pendarahan pada bagian mulut (28% kategori lemah), dan cedera faktor pakaian (28% kategori lemah). Selain itu, Bagian tubuh yang sering terjadi cedera olahraga yaitu lengan, betis, dan jari tangan. Penyebab terjadinya cedera dikarenakan adanya benturan yang dialami oleh para atlet saat proses berlatih karate. Kesalahan dalam bertumpu dan kurangnya atau maksimalnya pemanasan sebelum berlatih juga menjadi penyebab terjadinya cedera olahraga karate di club karate INKAI Adli KBD Desa Petiken Driyorejo Gresik.

Abstract

Senam yoga dapat menjaga IMT berada dalam batas normal. Namun demikian, sejak beberapa dekade terakhir, jumlah masyarakat di Indonesia yang mengalami kelebihan berat badan telah meningkat pada semua kelompok umur menurut data dari Survei Riset Kesehatan Dasar. Menurut Dinas Kesehatan Kota Mojokerto pada tahun 2022, jumlah keseluruhan yang diperiksa terkait kategori overweight yaitu 650 jiwa. Dengan banyaknya jumlah orang dewasa di Mojokerto yang mengalami overweight akan menjadi suatu masalah yang signifikan baik dari segi kesehatan maupun fisiologisnya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan pengaruh pelatihan senam yoga terhadap IMT antara wanita bertubuh overweight dan obesitas di Rafania Fit Club. Penelitian ini mengadopsi jenis pre-experimental menggunakan desain One Group Pre-test-Post-test. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Rafania Fit Club, Jl. Prajurit Kulon, Kecamatan Parjurit Kulon, Kota Mojokerto. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 20 wanita dewasa usia 25-35 tahun yang bermassa tubuh overweight dan obesitas dengan rata-rata tinggi badan 1.57 m, berat badan  80.41, dan IMT 32.44. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pre-test, treatment, dan post-test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, dan uji hipotesis paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat penurunan IMT antara sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan senam yoga

Abstract

This research was conducted to look at team components starting from the strengths and weaknesses of the team so that it can be used as evaluation material to make better improvements to the team to face the next match. This research also aims to confirm the findings of video analysis in the final match of the East Java Floorball men's team at the 2024 Aceh-Sumut PON XXI exhibition. This research methodology uses quantitative descriptive, which uses match video analysis data to paint a picture or reveal information about the facts. facts about the final field for the men's floorball team in East Java. The sample from this research was the East Java Floorball men's team who were the core players or who only played in the final round. The researcher's data sheet on video match analysis served as a tool. The quantitative descriptive data analysis method was applied using figures obtained from video study findings and evaluation results. From the results of video analysis of the final match of the East Java Floorball men's team, when compared with other strategies, it was found that the tactics of passing and controlling the ball gave the best results. Players gain an advantage when the opposing team has the ball as a result of frequently using this method and developing their game. The East Java Floorball men's team has better ball control than its opponents because their passing technique and ball control are superior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan layanan sport massage bagi pelanggan sport recovery di ShareFit Surabaya, dengan menggunakan jenis deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, instrumen berupa angket melalui wawancara dan google form sebanyak 31 butir pernyataan mencakup tentang lima dimensi kualitas layanan (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Emphaty). Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling dengan sasaran penelitian ini seluruh pelanggan sport massage ShareFit Surabaya yang berjumlah 55 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data deskripsi kuantitatif dengan bentuk presentase. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan kepuasan layanan sport massage bagi pelanggan sport recovery di ShareFit Surabaya masuk dalam kategori “puas”. Penjelasan lebih detail hasil penelitian pada masing-masing dimensi, dimensi Tangible 54,56% kategori “puas”, dimensi Reliability 47,29% kategori “puas” dimensi Responsiveness 41,83% kategori “sangat puas, dimensi Assurance 38,20% kategori “puas”, dimensi Emphaty 34,54% kategori “puas dan tidak puas seimbang”. Dengan hasil ini kualitas layanan di sport massage ShareFit Surabaya tergolong baik, akan tetapi pihak manajemen ShareFit Surabaya harus senantiasa mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya agar dapat selalu memenuhi kepuasan para pelanggan. Abstract

Basketball requires mastery of basic technical skills and supportive physical conditions, including agility, which plays a crucial role in dribbling control and game effectiveness. In the extracurricular activities of Stepa Basketball Madiun, agility training has not been applied systematically, necessitating effective training methods to enhance athletes’ abilities. This study aimed to examine the effects of zig-zag run and shuttle run exercises on athletes’ agility and to compare the effectiveness of both exercises. A numerical methodology utilizing a pre-experimental One-Group Pretest–Posttest framework was implemented. The participants comprised 12 athletes between 13 and 15 years of age, who were allocated into two intervention groups. Data were collected using the Edgren Side Step Test before and after six weeks of training, conducted three times per week, and analyzed using t-tests. The results indicated that both exercises significantly improved athletes’ agility, with shuttle run showing a slightly greater improvement than zig-zag run. These findings reinforce the concept that agility can be enhanced through structured training emphasizing directional changes and speed, and provide practical implications for coaches to integrate shuttle run and zig-zag run exercises in training programs to optimize athletes’ performance.
