Abstract

This study aims to find out how the use of school libraries as supporting learning activities in improving economic learning outcomes. The method used in this research is qualitative methods and data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the school library research have been used by some students as well as visitors who come to read, find information, borrow books and use as a place to practice traditional music art is good enough. Students also feel comfortable when visiting the library because the condition of the room is good and clean, the books are arranged quite neatly. But the researchers found a lack of bookshelves because there are always new library materials and lack of chairs because they are often used for school purposes The book collection is quite complete, but the lack of interest of students in participating in visiting and utilizing the library. The researcher found a list of library visits and an increase in the list of economic subjects

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant relationship between: (1) the use of learning facilities with results, (2) motivation to learn with learning outcomes, (3) use of learning facilities and motivation to learn with learning outcomes. This research is quantitative descriptive. the number of samples is 104. The sample selection uses the Probability Sampling technique of simple Random Sampling. Data was collected using questionnaire and documentation methods. Test requirements analysis using the Normality test. The results of the study: (1) There is a positive relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning outcomes, analysis: rx1y = 0. 206 and rtable = 0. 195. (2) There is a positive relationship between motivation to learn and learning outcomes, analilis: rx2y = 0. 225 and rtable = 0. 195. (3) There is a shared positive relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning motivation with learning outcomes, analysis: rx1x2y = 0. 298 and rtable = 0. 195. The relationship is included in the low category because based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination the relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning motivation with economic learning outcomes is found at 8. 88%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out, describe and analyze the performance of educational instructors and skills training at the youth community Development of Majar Tabela City Palangka Raya. While the research method used is qualitative. Researchers want to describe and analyze the performance of educational instructors and skill training at the Majar Tabela Youth Development Community in the six (6) Aspects of quality, quantity, timeliness, cost-effectiveness, need for supervision and Interpersonal impact. Data sources consist of primary data sources, which are interviews with 4 (four) instructors, 2 (two) Students/clients, and the head of Sub administration representing the head of Youth Development (PSBR) Majar Tabela, while the secondary data source is Official document of the Youth Development Community (PSBR) Majar Tabela. The results showed that the instructor's performance was still less than optimal. This can be seen from the quantity aspect is still a lack of instructors there are at least 6 (six) to 8 (eight) people, while the one is now only 4 (four) instructors. Then, from the need for supervision aspect, there are still less independent instructors, especially with regards to the creation of reports and learning evaluations. This is because the instructor is newly recruited so that it is still less experienced in making reports and evaluation activities. Thus causing the timeliness aspect is also impacted by delays in making activity reports. Therefore, the head of Youth Development Social Orphanage (PSBR) Majar Tabela City Palangka Raya is 1) increasing the number of instructors who are experienced in their field, both in the field of automotive and sewing, 2) provide technical guidance to the new instructor So that it can be independent (need for supervision) and timeliness in making final reports as well as evaluation of activities, and 3) reviewing the honor of the instructor to improve the instructor's commitment to improve the performance of instructors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Negeri 7 Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis pertama diterima yaitu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Hipotesis yang kedua juga diterima yaitu ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari iklim sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui aktivitas belajar peserta didik saat proses pembelajaran Ekonomi dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS), (2) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar Ekonomi peserta didik kelas X-2 dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X-2 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya yang berjumlah 22 orang peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Aktivitas belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) lebih baik dan meningkat, (2) Ada peningkatan hasil belajar Ekonomi pada peserta didik dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS). Pada siklus I hasil Pre-Test ada 2 orang peserta didik yang tuntas 9,99% dan hasil Post-Test 11 orang peserta didik yang tuntas 55% dan pada siklus II hasil Post-Test ada 18 orang peserta didik yang tuntas 90%. Ini berarti dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X-2 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh pelaku usaha jamu tradisional khas Kalimantan Tengah diantaranya adalah: (1) minimnya modal usaha; (2) pengolahan bahan baku obat yang belum terstandardisasi; dan (3) produk dan kemasan yang dihasilkan masih sangat sederhana. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk mengedukasi pelaku usaha agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas dari produk obat tradisional yang dihasilkan serta untuk mengembangkan usahanya dengan menajemen yang baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan workshop. Mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah pelaku usaha jamu tradisional Kalimantan Tengah yang ada di Palangka Raya sebanyak 30 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan analisis hasil pretest dan post-test pada setiap kegiatan. Hasil yang telah dicapai, para mitra memiliki pemahaman dan keahlian dalam mengolah bahan baku obat tradisional yang terstandarisasi, mengetahui lokasi pengemasan produk di Palangka Raya dan bagaimana pemilihan kemasan yang tepat sesuai produk, serta mengetahui prosedur memperoleh izin dan manajemen usaha untuk meningkatkan nilai jual produk dengan persentase peningkatan skills sebesar 51,65%. Berdasarkan uji statistik, terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara pretes dan postes di setiap kegiatan .Abstract: Some of the obstacles experienced by traditional herbal medicine business actors typical of Central Kalimantan include (1) lack of business capital; (2) unstandardized of raw materials processing, and (3) the resulting product and packaging are still conventional. Therefore, training activities were carried out to educate business actors to improve the quality of the traditional medicinal products produced and develop their businesses with good management. The method used is counselling and workshops. Partners in this activity are 30 people from Central Kalimantan traditional herbal medicine business in Palangka Raya. The evaluation was carried out by analysing the pre-test and post-test results in each activity. The partners have the understanding and expertise in processing standardized traditional medicinal raw materials, knowing the location of product packaging in Palangka Raya and how to choose the right packaging according to the product, as well as knowing the procedures for obtaining permits and management to increase the selling value of products by percentage. Increased skills by 51.65%. There are significant differences between pre-test and post-test in each activity based on statistical tests.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the budget plan of income and expenditure of schools, the allocation of educational financing, the supervision of education financing, and the reporting of education financing originating from parents in MTs Darul Ulum Palangkaraya. This research uses qualitative descriptive research method, conducted in MTs Darul Ulum Palangka Raya. Data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study reveal that the Madrasah Budget Plan  in MTs Darul Ulum Palangkaraya has been made through prior planning by the madrasah before meeting with foundations, school committees and parents, although the draft budget is made in the form of The simplest. In the case of the use of parents' funds, the learners are in accordance with the needs and RAPBM made, in the sense that the accounting has been made accounting. Furthermore, supervision of financial management is done directly by the principal.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat agar dapat memahami bagaimana cara pemasaran produk olahan mereka dengan strategi pemasaran sehingga dengan strategi tersebut memberikan pemahaman untuk dapat menawarkan produk, serta dapat memberikan pemahaman dan skill penggunaan teknologi untuk memasarkan produk secara online. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mulai dari mempersiapkan dilanjutkan pada berlangsungnya kegiatan dan terakhir dilakukan pengevaluasian.  dalam bentuk pemaparan materi pelatihan, diskusi mendalam tentangstrategi pemasaran, dan praktik membuat media pemasaran yang mudah di kenali oleh orang lain. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan manfaat secara langsung kepada masyarakat, karena mereka yang awalnya strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan masih tradisional dan cakupan pemasaran produk yang masih terbatas. Dari paparan materi dan diskusi materi strategi pemasaran. Antusiasme peserta sosialisasi ini sangat besar hingga banyak gagasan baru yang dapat diaplikasikan pada pemberian merk produk, kemasan yang lebih menarik dan lain-lain. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang laksanakan begitu bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman serta skill berkaitan dengan strategi pemasaran. This service activity aims to understand the public understand how to market their processed products with a marketing strategy. This strategy provides an understanding of being able to offer products and provide understanding and skills in using technology to market products online. The method used in this community service starts with preparing, continuing with the activities, and finally evaluating. In the form of presentation of training materials, in-depth discussions on marketing strategies, and the practice of creating marketing media that are easily recognizable by others. This service activity directly benefits the community because those who initially carried out marketing strategies were still traditional, and the scope of product marketing was still limited. From the material exposure and discussion of marketing strategy material. The participants' enthusiasm for this socialization was so great that they could provide many new ideas in product branding, more attractive packaging, etc. Community service that is carried out is very beneficial for the community and can increase knowledge and understanding as well as skills related to marketing strategies.

Abstract

Tulisan ini ingin membahasan mengenai  memahami bela negara merupakan kewajiban setiap warga negara Indonesia, bahkan sebagai hak wajib dilaksanakan warga terhadap negara. Hak dan kewajiban merupakan bentuk kecintaan terhadap bangsa dan negara Indonesia (nasionalisme) yang selalu wajib dipertahankan dan dikembangkan. Bela negara tidak hanya upaya memanggul senjata, melainkan ditampilkan dengan mengikuti pendidikan kewarganegaraan dan pengabdian sesuai profesi atau menampilkan sikap dan perilaku positif sesuai perofesi masing-masing. Analisis kajian teoretis diketahui bahwa strategi bela negara wajib tidak melupakan akar kearifan lokal setiap daerah pada era masyarakat 5.0, contohnya kearifan lokal Kalimantan Tengah salah  satunya  sangat  cocok  dikembangkan yaitu  Isen  Mulang  Manetes  Rantai  Kamara  Ambu”. Memiliki arti “ jangan pulang sebelum memenangkan perjuangan yang panjang, pantang mundur sebelum   memutuskan   tali   kemiskinan,   kebodohan   dan   kemelaratan   dengan   semangat kebersamaan dan persatuan. Contoh prilaku seperti: 1) Sanggup dan rela berkorban untuk kepentingan negara dan bangsa apabila diperlukan. 2) Mengembangkan rasa cinta kepada tanah air  dan  bangsa.  3)  Mengembangkan sikap  persatuan  atas  dasar Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Sesuai dengan motto hidup masyarakat Kalimantan Tengah yaitu Isen Mulang (pantang mundur) (Pelu & Tarantang, 2018). Strategi Bela Negara Berbasis Isen Mulang untuk Pendidikan Era Society 5.0 tidak identik dengan  angkat  senjata,  tetapi  diartikan lebih luas, yaitu membela negara dalam berbagai hal disesuaikan  dengan  kemampuan dan profesi masing-masing. Penyelenggaraan bela negara di sekolah disadari atau tidak direalisasikan melalui pendidikan agama, pendidikan kewarganegaraan, upacara bendera, penyelenggaraan ibadah di sekolah, kegiatan ekstrakulikuler seperti Pramuka, PMR, Karawitan, seni tari, sebagai kegiatan yang sarat bermuatan pembentukan karakter, kepedulian kepada sesama, serta kecintaan kepada kearifan lokal Indonesia.

Abstract

The results showed that: (1) the supervision program for spiritually oriented learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya went well and smoothly; (2) supervision technique. Spiritual insight learning in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya uses supervision techniques for each student's behavior. Based on the discussion of the research results and the results of interviews from homeroom teachers, principals, and students, it shows that the spiritual value of Islam is indeed very well instilled by students, even from an early age, because it has many positive impacts on students, not only in the classroom. during the learning process, but also in the community or outside of school, even in the home/family environment. The subjects in this study were students of class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. In accordance with the phenomenon to be studied by researchers, relevant tools and data collection are needed. In this study, the data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The desired achievement obtained in this study is the application used by the researcher to help answer the questions in this study.
