Abstract

Pemerintah Kota Denpasar telah melewati fase perkembangan E-Government kedua yaituinteractive government. Untuk mencapai fase ketiga integrated government yang memiliki ciriadanya multiple transaksi yang melibatkan antar berbagai lembaga pemerintahan; telahterkonsep pada program kerja DISKOMINFO, namun belum terlaksana di lapangan. Berdasarkanhal tersebut penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengembangkan sebuah arsitektur berbasis SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) yang diberi nama PIE (Portal Interoperabilitas E-Government),yang akan digunakan oleh SKPD (Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah) Pemerintah Kota Denpasardalam berintegrasi dan berbagi sumber daya antar SKPD dengan mudah dan dapat diakses sertadimanfaatkan oleh masyarkat pengguna. Hasil penelitian adalah mengintegrasikan sisteminformasi pemerintahan melalui PIE dengan mengikuti prinsip-prinsip dalam SOA.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta Maitreyawira Tanjungpinang merupakan sebuah lembaga yang bergerak di dalam bidang pendidikan. Pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta Maitreyawira Tanjungpinang terdapat penyusunan jadwal mata pelajaran yang masih menggunakan cara manual dan memakan waktu yang cukup lama ketika pihak waka kurikulum melakukan sebuah penyusunan jadwal . Dengan alasan di atas maka penulis mencoba untuk membuat suatu sistem informasi penyusunan jadwal mata pelajaran menggunakan metode ant colony yang terkomputerisasi dengan tempat penyimpanan database yang terstruktur, sehingga nantinya dapat membantu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta Maitreyawira Tanjungpinang dalam penyusunan jadwal mata pelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Penyusunan jadwal mata pelajaran pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta Maitreyawira Tanjungpinang diimplementasikan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Borland Delphi 7 dan basis datanya menggunakan Microsoft Accsess 2007. Sistem Informasi Penyusunan Jadwal Mata Pelajaran Menggunakan Metode Ant Colony pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta Maitreyawira Tanjungpinang ini merupakan sistem untuk membantu pihak waka kurikulum Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta Maitreyawira Tanjungpinang dalam melakukan proses penyusunan jadwal mata pelajaran.

Abstract

Permainan merupakan suatu sarana hiburan yang diminati dan dimainkan oleh banyak orang, baik dari kalangan anak-anak, remaja maupun orang dewasa. Permainan terdiri dari permainan tradisional dan permainan modern. Banyak diantara penggemar permainan lebih tertarik dengan permainan modern, hal ini dikarenakan permainan modern bisa dimainkan dimana saja secara praktis dan mudah. Banyak sekali permainan modern yang telah berkembang salah satunya adalah permainan Find the pair. Permainan Find the pair adalah permainan kartu di mana semua kartu diletakkan menghadap ke bawah pada permukaan dan dua kartu dibalikkan menghadap ke atas pada setiap giliran untuk mencari pasangan dari kartu sebelumnya. Tujuan dari permainan Find the pair adalah melatih kosentrasi dan daya ingat bagi yang memainkannya, tampilan permainan ini dibuat semenarik mungkin dengan adanya gambar yang berhubungan kebudayaan dan kesenian indonesia. Find the pair ini di buat dengan beberapa metode agar bisa berjalan dengan baik. Untuk sistem pencarian menggunakan metode iterative deepening search. Untuk pengacakan menggunakan pengacakan sistematis, karena sistemnya lebih praktis dan hemat waktu. Dalam permainan ini akan dilakukan penilaian agar permainan ini menarik dan banyak dimainkan. Software yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Skripsi ini adalah Lazarus dan metodologi yang digunakan untuk perkembangan aplikasi ini adalah menggunakan paradigma Sekuensial Linier. Permainan Find the pair ini bisa dimainkan di komputer dan laptop.

Abstract

Badan Perencanaan, Pembangunan, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan (BAPELITBANG) Kabupaten Bintan, salah satu dari tugasnya adalah mempersiapkan RPJMD (Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah) yang dikenal sebagai RPJMD teknokratik. Saat mempersiapkan RPJMD dibutuhkan data dan informasi kondisi umum daerah, yang digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengeksplorasi, memproyeksikan, memprediksi kondisi lima tahun ke depan. Ada beberapa tahapan sebelum melakukan proses analisis data dan analitik, salah satunya adalah data preprocessing. Salah satu kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh BAPELITBANG adalah tahapan data preprocessing, karena data tersebar di Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dengan berbagai macam format. Solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini dimulai dari merancang arsitektur data. Framework yang digunakan untuk merancang arsitektur adalah The Open Group Arcitecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM) Fase C, yaitu Arsitektur Sistem Informasi. Hasil dari Perancangan adalah cetak biru (Blueprint) yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan dalam mengimplementasikan dan sebagai basis ke tahapan selanjutnya, yaitu data cleansing, data filter / enrich, classification, data analytics, modelling prediction, data delivery, dan data visualization.

Abstract

Jasa periklanan pada koran merupakan salah satu media promosi yang berkembang pesat di seluruh kota, namun media yang digunakan pemasangan iklan tersebut hanya menampilkan gambar berupa desain grafis 2D. Peningkatan inovasi dan kreativitas sangat dibutuhkan agar iklan grafis ini terlihat lebih menarik dan menambah manfaat bagi pembaca. Inovasi baru yang dapat diterapkan pada koran khususnya pada iklan yaitu penerapan teknologi augmented reality. Penggabungan teknologi smartphone dengan augmented reality menggunakan metode marker-based sangat memungkinkan menghasilkan konten iklan yang lebih menarik dengan iklan bergerak (motion), sehingga pada smartphone akan menghadirkan video, mengikuti marker yang tertera pada iklan grafis koran. Penelitian ini menggunakan Vuforia SDK dengan penggabungan paket cloud recognition dan paket video playback sehingga video atau konten dapat diunggah dan ditampilkan secara dinamis dan pendeteksiannya dilakukan secara online.

Abstract

This research is a research conducted to find out how the private blockchain which uses a multichain platform with the architecture developed by [1] can be used for an information system for the distribution of subsidized 3 kg LPG gas, a case study of the city of Tanjungpinang. The research method used to collect data in this study is the method of questionnaires, interviews and documentation to obtain data that is relevant to this research. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument which was distributed to obtain information from sub-agents and the public regarding subsidized 3 kg LPG gas. Meanwhile, interviews were conducted with agents to find out information about subsidized 3 kg LPG gas. For the soft development method, the author uses the waterfall method. In this study, researchers developed a system based on the architectural system developed by [1]. From the results of the analysis carried out, it can be seen that by using a private blockchain multichain platform design architecture [1] in the distribution process of subsidized 3 kg LPG gas by utilizing a good information system, it can record data / information about the distribution of 3 kg LPG gas subsidized so it can be said that the private blockchain which uses a multichain platform with the architecture developed by [1] can be used for the distribution of subsidized 3 kg LPG gas case study of the city of Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

Angkasa Photo Studio is a company engaged in photography services that offers a variety of products such as photo studios, graduations, family, documentation, weddings, products and others. In carrying out its activities, Angkasa Photo Studio requires an information system software whose use is to establish maximum communication with consumers and strive for continuous sales to them to increase company income such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Especially in recent years the Covid-19 pandemic has certainly greatly disrupted people's mobility, especially in obtaining information about the marketing of goods and services. After the research, there were problems, namely a decline in sales due to the Covid-19 pandemic and in carrying out marketing activities they still applied conventional methods and there was no system to establish maximum communication with consumers. Based on these problems, the researcher tries to design a website-based CRM system that can identify customer satisfaction with Angkasa Photo Studio's services. In designing this system using the PHP programming language and using Mysql as a database. After the researcher succeeded in designing a website-based CRM system at Angkasa Photo Studio, the results showed that the system designed was able to identify consumer satisfaction with Angkasa Photo Studio services, was able to establish more optimal communication with customers, and the system was able to market products and promos and customers did not need to come. Abstract

Purpose: Sales of car spare parts at the Multi Topindo Tanjungpinang Workshop play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction in after-sales services. Accurate data analysis is required to increase marketing effectiveness, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. One relevant approach is the application of the K-Means Clustering algorithm, which effectively groups car spare part stock data based on the initial stock and final stock. Using this method, workshops can segment stock inventory based on customer preferences by observing what spare parts are sold frequently by comparing them with the initial stock. This segmentation provides the basis for developing a more efficient sales process and precise stock management. Methodology/approach: The research was carried out at the Multi Topindo Tanjungpinang Workshop with system development developed based on the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which consists of four stages: identifying goals and information needs, working with users to design the system, building the system, introducing a new system, and carrying out classification. spare parts sales stock data by using the k-means method. Results/findings: The results of segmentation obtained through K-Means Clustering will help in identifying spare part groups based on the clusters that are built. In addition, this algorithm plays a role in managing inventory stock, minimizing the risk of excess or shortage of inventory, and increasing overall operational efficiency. Limitations: The system was developed based on the K-Means Algorithm with Python programming language and Django web framework as a sample of data using a car spare parts sales inventory. Contribution: This research contributes to the Multi-Topindo Tanjungpinang workshop, which can take more appropriate steps to meet customer demand, optimize inventory, and ultimately increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Posyandu Sei Jang Laut and Aisyiyah in Tanjungpinang still rely on a manual recording system that is prone to errors and less efficient. Duplication of data that occurs between notebooks, Excel reports, and PDFs is an obstacle in managing toddler growth data. To overcome these problems, the community service team developed a mobile and web-based toddler and elderly information system. This application is designed to integrate all posyandu participant data, both toddlers and elderly, as well as monitor the growth of toddlers more efficiently and accurately, and produce output in the form of participant reports and toddler development so that it can be immediately analyzed and used for decision making. The results of the evaluation of the application show that it is easy to access the application 61.5% agree and 38.5% strongly agree. The application can support posyandu administration 69.2% strongly agree. And overall satisfaction with the application 62.9% strongly agree and 30.8% agree. With the existence of mobile and web-based toddler and elderly information systems can improve the quality of posyandu services by providing accurate data so that empowering posyandu cadres in carrying out their duties is assisted by the use of information technology so as to improve the quality of public health in Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

Pain in labor is a physiological thing, but it causes a lot of fear, because it causes severe pain, sometimes even causing life-threatening physical and mental conditions. Therefore, to help the education process and make it easier for pregnant women to prepare for childbirth, the latest innovation is needed with an Android-based smartphone application to help mothers feel comfortable giving birth and a positive experience during childbirth because with a non-pharmacological method, namely eliminating pain naturally without using chemical drugs. This study aims to produce an innovation AMAN (Aplikasi Mobile Android Nyeri persalinan) that can be used for pregnant women to increase knowledge in reducing labor pain. The research method uses a research design with the ADDIE design model where the resulting product is obtained by analyzing potential problems based on literature studies and information collection; continued by designing the product; developing the product, implementing the product and evaluating the final product with the UEQ questionnaire. The results of the study showed that 6 aspects of the assessment had positive perception results. The average value calculation data shows that the stimulation aspect has the highest average value (2.18). Then followed by the brightness aspect (1.96), accuracy (1.64), novelty (1.45), and attractiveness (1.41). Meanwhile, the efficiency aspect has the lowest average value (1.09). The benchmark results obtained for the stimulation aspect are at the highest level, namely Excellent. It is concluded that the AMAN application has a positive assessment and is worthy of being developed and disseminated to the public to increase the knowledge and understanding of pregnant women in techniques for reducing labor pain
