Abstract

Gaya hidup mahasiswa FoMO merupakan pola hidup yang di ekspresikan melalui aktivitas, minat, dan opini yang di dalamnya terdapat ruang sosial yang digunakan dalam mengimplementasikan gaya hidup. Tulisan ini mengupas gaya hidup mahasiswa pengguna media sosial yaitu mahasiswa FoMO di Universitas Sriwijaya dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Tujuan dalam tulisan ini adalah untuk menunjukkan karakteristik gaya hidup mahasiswa FoMO, mengetahui ruang sosial yang digunakan dalam mengimplementasikan gaya hidup FoMO pada mahasiswa, dan untuk menunjukkan kelemahan dari mahasiswa FoMO, mengenai citra diri mahasiswa FoMO melalui gaya hidupnya. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-verifikatif dengan strategi penelitian fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara secara mendalam, dokumentasi. Hasil dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup mahasiswa FoMO dapat dikategorikan dari karakteristik, ruang sosial, dan citra diri yang melekat pada mahasiswa FoMO tersebut dimana gaya hidup merupakan pola yang membentuk kebiasaan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari dalam sisi negatif dan positif.

Abstract

Technological developments have changed the way students prepare academic assignments, including the use of Gemini technology. Students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, class of 2022, Raden Fatah State Islamic University, Palembang, have begun to utilize this technology to increase the effectiveness of searching for references, compiling arguments, and editing writing. This study aims to determine the benefits of using Gemini technology as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in completing the paper assignments of students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, class of 2022. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses reduction, presentation, and verification techniques. The results of the study show that Gemini technology increases efficiency in searching for references, organization, and writing quality. Supporting factors include ease of understanding complex material and acceleration of reference searches. While inhibiting factors include lack of technical skills of students, unstable internet access

Abstract

This article examines the role of istigāśah in shaping social ethics and collective morality through the study of the religious practices of the Jama’ah Mantab in the Ogan Ilir region, Indonesia. Istigāśah not only functions as a spiritual ritual, but also as a medium of moral transformation in the social life of the members. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach and phenomenological methods. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of routine istigāśah activities. The analysis is carried out with reference to the theory of social constructionism, which emphasizes that social realities, including moral values, are formed through symbolic interaction and the process of construction of common meaning within religious communities. In addition, the theory of moral transformation is also used to explain the dynamics of ethical change in the members. The results of the study show that istigāśah plays a role in internalizing values such as patience, honesty, solidarity, and empathy, as well as strengthening collective awareness, social attachment, and moral identity. Thus, istigāśah not only strengthens individual spirituality, but also forms a more harmonious social order. This research contributes to the development of the study of social ethics and sociology of religion by emphasizing that collective religious practices such as istigāśah can be an effective instrument in building collective morality in society.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji manajemen mengajar Pendidikan Islam dan upaya pengembangannya untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang efektif dan bermakna dalam konteks pendidikan modern yang dinamis. Pembahasan mendalam mencakup perencanaan pembelajaran yang matang, meliputi penentuan tujuan pembelajaran yang spesifik, terukur, dapat dicapai, relevan, dan berjangka waktu (SMART), pemilihan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa, serta penyediaan sumber belajar yang beragam dan terintegrasi. Strategi pengajaran yang efektif juga dibahas, dengan penekanan pada pentingnya pendekatan pembelajaran aktif, partisipatif, dan berpusat pada siswa. Hal ini mencakup penggunaan metode diskusi, penugasan berbasis proyek, dan pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem-based learning) yang mendorong kreativitas dan berpikir kritis. Evaluasi pembelajaran tidak hanya terbatas pada tes tertulis, tetapi juga mencakup penilaian, dan observasi untuk mengukur pemahaman konseptual, keterampilan proses, dan nilai-nilai karakter siswa. Selain itu, artikel ini juga membahas penyesuaian kurikulum dan metode pengajaran agar tetap relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa di era digital, memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif dan menarik. Berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti kurangnya pelatihan guru dalam mengaplikasikan metode pembelajaran inovatif, keterbatasan akses terhadap sumber daya pendidikan yang memadai, dan kebutuhan adaptasi kurikulum yang berkelanjutan, diidentifikasi dan dianalisis secara komprehensif. Sebagai solusi, artikel ini menawarkan beberapa strategi pengembangan, termasuk program pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan dan terintegrasi, peningkatan akses terhadap sumber daya pendidikan digital, dan pengembangan model pembelajaran yang berbasis problem solving dan kolaborasi yang berpusat pada pengembangan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi para pendidik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam dan menjawab tantangan zaman.

Abstract

The education of Islamic religion has a strategic role in building social harmony, especially in a multicultural environment. This research aims to explore the contribution of Islamic religious education in forming harmonious neighborly relationships and identify challenges in its implementation. The method used is qualitative research based on literature studies (library research), with analysis of various theoretical and empirical references. The results of the study show that Islamic religious education can be an effective means of instilling the values of tolerance, mutual respect, and building social awareness in a pluralistic society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di Pondok Pesantren Aulia Cendekia Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. setelah data dikumpulkan kemudian di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1). Karakteristik nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di pondok pesantren aulia cendikia palembang sudah berjalan dengan baik mereka saling menghargai satu sama lain walaupun berbeda suku, ras dan budaya selain itu mereka juga sudah menerapkan karakteristik nilai nilai moderasi beragama yaitu tawasuth (mengambil jalan tengah), tawazun (seimbang), I‟tidal (lurus dan tegas), Tasamuh (toleransi), Musawah (kesetaraan) dan Syura (musyawarah). 2). Proses internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama pada pondok pesantren Aulia Cendekia Palembang dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu, tahap tranformasi nilai melalui pengajaran di kelas, tahap transaksi nilai melalui kegiatan intrakulikuler dan ekstrakulikuler. dan tahap transinternalisasi yaitu sekolah dan guru menggunakan cara pembiasaan di lingkungan pondok pesantren. 3). Dampak internalilasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di pondok pesantren Aulia Cendekia Palembang dapat mengubah perilaku santri dalam pentingnya menjaga kerukunan antar umat beragama, mampu menanamkan sikap toleransi antar umat beragama serta saling menghargai satu dengan yang lainnya.

Abstract

Educational social contact is a form of interaction that supports the learning process and character building of individuals, both in the family, school and community environments. This article aims to explore and elaborate the concept and important role of educative social contact in three main domains, namely family, school and community. Using a qualitative method based on a literature study, this research identifies and analyzes the various forms and impacts of educational interactions that occur in these environments. The results of the analysis show that educative social contacts that occur in families, schools and communities play a very important role in the formation of individuals' character, social skills and moral values. Family interactions, such as modeling, educative communication and character education, form the basis of child development. Schools as social agents develop students' academics and character through formal, non-formal learning and social interactions. Society introduces social norms, diversity, and the importance of cooperation and empathy. Participation in social activities, multicultural interactions and use of public facilities help individuals develop social skills to contribute to community life. These three environments complement each other in shaping individuals who are intelligent, good character and adaptive.

Abstract

This article examines the strategic position of madrasahs within the Islamic education system amidst the currents of globalization that demand change, innovation, and high competitiveness. This study highlights how madrasahs, as Islamic educational institutions, maintain their religious identity while simultaneously updating their curriculum and management to ensure relevance to current developments. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method to analyze data from various sources, both classical and contemporary, related to the modernization of Islamic education. The results of the study indicate that globalization brings both challenges and opportunities for madrasahs in strengthening the integration of religious and scientific knowledge, improving the quality of human resources, and expanding the reach of Islamic education through digital technology. By prioritizing the principle of balance between Islamic values ​​and scientific advancement, madrasahs can play a role as centers for character, intelligence, and spirituality formation in the modern era.
