Abstract

This research examines the effect of communication and job satisfaction on the performance of civil servants in Jambi Province in order to provide adequate input and knowledge for readers. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees with a Likert' scale of 1 – 2, used for analysis. The results showed that communication (X1) has no partial effect on performance (Y), while job satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). Similarly, there is a partial effect between communication (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) variables towards the performance (Y) on the Manpower and Transmigration Office employees in Jambi Province.

Abstract

In this study, the variables used were leadership style, work environment, work discipline and performance of JNE employees in Jambi Province. The purpose of this study is to provide input to JNE in Jambi Province and increase knowledge for readers. The research method used is by distributing questionnaires to JNE employees in Jambi Province, in answering the questionnaire respondents simply mark the column that has a Likert's Scale (1 – 5) above it. The results obtained from this study, partially leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) on work discipline (Y) have a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously, then partially leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2 ) on performance (Z) has a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously, then the work discipline variable (Y) on performance (Z) has a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously, and simultaneously there is an influence between each variable.

Abstract

An organization was formed not only intended to produce the product. The resulting products of an organization can be a goods and service also can distinguish thoseorganizations with other organizations. While the perpetrators who carry out the work referred to the performance. The notion of performance in General can be said asthe magnitude of the contributions or the results of the work accomplished provided employees towards progress and development or organizational goals or organisation where he worked. This type of research is descriptive research and verifikatif with analysis tools in the form of path analysis (Path analysis). This research was conducted in the public works agency Batang Hari Jambi with a number of employees as many as 95 people as research samples. the results of hypothesis testing simultaneously between the variables (X 1), organization culture, leadership style (X 2), supervision (X 3), with a motivational variable (Y) shows that F calculate the significant level 9,669 0000. from the table above shows that the value of t count variable (Y) motivation is significant level 4,488 0000. because 0.000 H0 is rejected then the 0.05 < Hoaccepted (significant). The results show that partially motivated (Y) effect on performance (Z) on public works Districts Batanghari Jambi.Keywords: organizational culture, leadership style

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan pondok pesantren, menjadi salah satu pilihan orang tua untuk melanjutkan pendidikan anak – anaknya. Anak – anak yang di sekolahkan di pondok pesantren memiliki berbagai macam latar belakang pergaulan, cara didik di rumah, ataupun pekerjaan orang tua. Orang tua yang bekerja mengharapkan anak – anaknya menerima pendidikan yang baik dari sisi pengetahuan umum ataupun pengetahuan agama. Pengetahuan umum dan agama ini menjadi salah satu program unggulan setiap pondok pesantren. Proses pembelajaran ini memerlukan trik dan metode yang tidak membuat peserta didik menjadi jenuh. Perasaan jenuh bias mengahmpiri ketika peserta didik memiliki keraguan atau kebosanan dari suatu kegiatan yang mereka tidak mengetahui kegunaan dari kedua ilmu ini ketika berada di dunia kerja ataupun dunia yang mereka pilih. Salah satu cara untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar adalah dengan melakukan pertemuan dari alumni yang telah tamat dari Pesantren Terpadu Serambi Mekkah Kota Padang Panjang. Pertemuan dengan alumni ini dilakukan dengan penuh makna yaitu para alumni memberikan pengetahuan tentang banyak hal positif yang didapat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara online melalui zoom meeting. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam hal ini adalah santri diperoleh hasil motivasi yang diberikan oleh alumni memberikan pengaruh yang positif dalam meningkatkan semangat belajar yang akan membentuk SDM yang unggul.

The purpose of this study is to provide input to PT Kealyn Mandiri Sejahtera and increase knowledge for readers. The research method used is by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Kealyn Mandiri Sejahtera, in answering the questionnaire respondents simply mark the column containing the Likert's Scale (1 - 5) above it. The results obtained from this study, partially work ability on motivation has an insignificant negative effect, while work discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation and job training on motivation has an insignificant negative effect, as well as the work ability variable on work performance has an insignificant negative effect, while work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work performance and job training on work performance has an insignificant negative effect, and the motivation variable on work performance partially has a positive and significant effect. Abstract

In this study, the variables used were the work environment, work experience, job training, performance of the employees of the Batanghari Regency JnT Office. The purpose of this study is to provide input to the Batanghari Regency JnT Office and add knowledge to readers. The research method used is by distributing questionnaires to the employees of the JnT Office in Batanghari Regency, in answering the questionnaire respondents simply mark the column that has a Likert's Scale (1 - 5) above it. The results obtained from this study, partially the work environment on training has a positive and significant effect, while work experience has a negative and insignificant effect on job training. The work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, but the work experience variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of the Batanghari Regency JnT Office employees. The job training variable has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of the JnT Office in Batanghari Regency. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the work environment, work experience through job training has an effect and is significant.

Abstract

The variables considered in this study were work facilities, self-control, work discipline, and employee’s performance. Meanwhile, this study aims to contribute to the Sumatra River Region VI Office and provide insight to each reader. Questionnaires marked by the Likert's Scale ranging from 1 – 5 were provided and were meant to be filled out by the employees. The results showed that work facilities (X1) and self-control (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Y). Furthermore, work facilities (X1) and self-control (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance (Z). The positive impact occurring partially and simultaneously indicated that work facilities and self-control through work discipline can improve employee’s performance at the Sumatra River Region VI Office. Key word: Work Facilities; Self-Control; Work Discipline; Performance Abstrak Pada penelitian ini variabel yang digunakan adalah fasilitas kerja, kontrol diri, disiplin kerja dan kinerja pada pegawai Kantor Balai Wilayah Sungai Sumatra VI. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan masukan kepada Kantor Balai Wilayah Sungai Sumatra VI serta memberikan wawasan kepada setiap pembaca. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuisioner untuk diisi oleh pegawai Kantor Balai Wilayah Sungai Sumatra VI, ketika menjawab kuisioner setiap responden memberikan tanda pada kolom yang yang ditandai oleh Skala Likert’s (1 – 5). Temuan pada penelitian ini, secara parsial fasilitas kerja (X1) dan kontrol diri (X2) terhadap disiplin kerja (Y) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, selanjutnya secara parsial fasilitas kerja (X1) dan kontrol diri (X2) terhadap kinerja (Z) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara variabel. In this study the variables used were organizational culture, compensation, communication, and performance of employees at CV. Amandara Engineering. The purpose of this research is to provide input to CV. Amandra Teknik and adds knowledge to readers. The research method used by distributing questionnaires to CV employees. Amandra Teknik, in answering the questionnaire the respondent simply marked the column that contained the Likert's Scale (1 – 5) above it. The results obtained from this study, partially organizational culture (X1) on communication (Y) has an insignificant negative effect, while compensation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on communication (Y), as well as organizational culture variable (X1) on performance (Z) has no significant negative effect, while compensation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Z) and the communication variable (Y) on performance (Z) partially has a positive and significant effect. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ability and organizational culture partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Patra Utama Mandiri. The sample used is as many as 109 (one hundred and nine) people who are employees at PT. Patra Utama Mandiri. Analysis of the data using multiple linear regression equations and the proof of the hypothesis by using the t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the t-test of the work ability variable have a negative effect on employee performance at PT. Patra Utama Mandiri. Organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Patra Utama Mandiri. The results of statistical tests (F test), simultaneously work ability and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Patra Utama Mandiri. Based on the t and F tests, the hypothesis is accepted.
