Abstract

An effort to improve students' educational success is choosing the right teaching medium and getting students' attention. The method used in this study is puzzle, which is a method that teachers can develop using simple materials and tools to help students understand the learning material. The purpose of this study is to know the use of the puzzle method in learning Arabic to improve writing ability. Accordingly, the researcher conducted this study entitled "Using the Puzzle Method to Improve the Writing Skill of Eighth Grade Students in the Middle School Yaftif Gadang West Pasaman. This study uses research and qualitative data from observations, interviews, and documents. The teacher prepares the generated Basler method. The puzzles are then randomly selected if the students can arrange them correctly, and the students are then scored as successful if the students still do not understand the material. So if they can put Puzzle together, they can create a set of vocabulary in Puzzle. From this it can be concluded that there is a lack of effectiveness between teachers and students, as the teacher thinks that the students have understood the lesson, while the students are still unable to understand it because they do not repeat what they have learned at home because they are not only learning at school but at home Also, yes, until we understand more about teaching

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of manipulative behavior and social interaction on organizational culture. Referring to previous literature and research, manipulative behavior can change organizational culture, this is also based on social interaction within the organization. The quantitative method was chosen to provide an analysis related to manipulative behavior and social interaction on organizational culture by involving a sample of 140 people. The results of this study indicate that manipulative behavior carried out ethically can improve teamwork and communication, and strengthen organizational culture. However, balance is very important, because too much manipulation can have a negative impact. These findings are expected to enable managers to develop strategies that balance ethical manipulation and positive work culture.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah membawa perubahan besar dalam industri pariwisata. Pesatnya kemajuan Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi (TIK) dalam konteks pariwisata telah secara signifikan mempengaruhi operasi industri dan sikap serta perilaku wisatawan. Oleh karena itu, penerapan smart tourism yang telah dilakukan pada beberapa daerah di Indonesia ini diharapkan dapat membantu wisatawan untuk dapat mengakses dan memberikan informasi terkait destinasi wisata yang akan dikunjungi, mengetahui lokasi dari tempat wisata tersebut, serta akomodasi yang digunakan untuk mencapai destinasi wisata tersebut. Dengan adanya smart tourism diharapkan juga dapat memberikan keseluruhan pelayanan dan pengalaman bagi wisatawan. Smart tourism juga dapat dijadikan sebagai media promosi yang paling efektif untuk mempromosikan citra destinasi wisata yang ada pada daerah tersebut dan dengan demikian mempengaruhi persepsi mereka untuk kembali melakukan kunjungan. Selain itu, melalui smart tourism diharapkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya, meningkatkan keberlanjutan, dan memaksimalkan daya saing melalui penggunaan berbagai inovasi dan praktik teknologi.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel beban kerja, kebutuhan penghargaan, kebutuhan sosial dan prestasi kerja pada karyawan JnT di Kabupaten Batanghari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan masukan kepada JnT di Kabupaten Batanghari dan menambah ilmu bagi pembaca. Metode Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner pada karyawan JnT di Kabupaten Batanghari, dalam menjawab kuisioner responden cukup menandai kolom yang terdapat Skala Likert’s (1 – 5). Hasil Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, secara parsial beban kerja (X1) berpengaruh negatif pengaruh terhadap kebutuhan sosial (X3) dan kebutuhan penghargaan (X2) terhadap kebutuhan sosial (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial dan simultan, selanjutnya secara parsial beban kerja (X1) berpengaruh negatif terhadap prestasi kerja (Y) dan secara parial kebutuhan penghargaan (X2) terhadap prestasi kerja (Y) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial dan simultan, selanjutnya, variabel kebutuhan sosial (X3) terhadap prestasi kerja (Y) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Begitu juga dengan simultan beban kerja (X1) dan kebutuhan penghargaan (X2) memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kebutuhan sosial (X3), dan secara bersama – sama variabel beban kerja (X1) dan kebutuhan penghargaan (X2) terhadap prestasi kerja (Y) memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan.  Beban kerja (X1) dan kebutuhan penghargaan (X2) melalui kebutuhan sosial (X3) terhadap prestasi kerja (Y) memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan. Implikasi JnT harus mempertimbangkan pengaturan beban kerja yang seimbang agar tidak mengganggu hubungan sosial antar karyawan demi tercapainya prestasi kerja karyawan. JnT baiknya perlu merumuskan sesuatu demi memenuhi kebutuhan penghargaan karyawan agar kebutuhan sosial dan prestasi karyawan terpenuhi. Program kebutuhan sosial yang dirancang baiknya dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, social support, and work-family conflict on teacher work stress. The research method uses mixed methods with concurrent triangulation design, this study integrates qualitative and quantitative analysis which then the results are linked to each other. The population is 77 people, with a sample of 36 married female teachers at SMAN 1 Cirebon. Data collection through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies. Data analysis uses path analysis and test results with t-test. The results of the study indicate that emotional intelligence, social support, and work-family conflict have a significant influence on work stress in married female teachers at SMAN 1 Cirebon. However, partially only the work-family conflict variable has a positive and significant influence on work stress in married female teachers at SMAN 1 Cirebon.
