Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Test and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City (2) Test and analyze the effect of work involvement on employee performance in the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City.  (3) Test and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on motivation at the Rasanae BaratSub-District Office in Bima City.  (4) Test and analyze the effect of work involvement on motivation at the Rasanae BaratSub-District Office in Bima City.  (5) Test and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City.  This research is a quantitative research.  The population in this study were all employees working in the Rasanae Barat District Office in Bima City as many as 112 people.  Determination of the sample by using the Slovin formula in order to obtain a sample of 88 people.  Sampling method used was a simple random sampling technique and each employee has the same possibility to be selected as a sample.  The instrument reliability test includes a validity test and a reliability test.  The model that used in this research is a model of causality or relationship or influence and to test the proposed hypothesis, the analysis technique used was quantitative analysis with a path analysis approach.  The results of the study show that (1) There is an influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City with a significance value of 0.021 less than 0.05 (significant).  (2) There is an influence of work involvement on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City with a significance value of 0.015 which is less than 0.05 (significant).  (3) There is an influence of work organization commitment to motivation at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City with a significance value of 0.004 which is less than 0.05 (significant).  (4) There is no influence of work involvement on motivation in the Rasanae Barat Sub-DistrictOffice in Bima City with a significance value of 0.331 which is greater than 0.05 (not significant).  (5) There is a motivational effect on employee performance at the Rasanae Barat Sub-District Office in Bima City with a significance value of 0.041 which is less than 0.05 (significant).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the work performance of employees of the Bima District Social Service. This type of research is associative. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population used in this study were all employees who worked at the Bima Regency Social Service Office with a total of 73 employees and a total sample of 37 civil servants. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. The results of the study show that partially or simultaneously the variables of work discipline and work motivation have a significant positive effect on the work performance of the employees of the Bima District Social Service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara Budaya organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlidungan Anak (DP3A) Kota Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37 orang pegawai yang terdiri dari pegawai negeri sipil sebanyak 32 orang pegawai dan honorer sebanyak 5 orang pegawai. Adapun sampel penelitian sejumlah 32 responden yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil dengan tekhnik purposive sampling. Tekhnik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan studi pustaka. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji t dengan bantuan spss 21 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Budaya organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlidungan Anak (DP3A) Kota Bima dengan pengaruhnya sebesar 74,3%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service (DP3A). The population in this study was 37 employees, consisting of 32 civil servants and 5 honorary employees. The research sample was 32 respondents with civil servant status using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and t test with the help of SPSS 21 for Windows. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service (DP3A) with an influence of 74.3%.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk bakti sosial yang dilakukan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Bima dapat memberikan manfaat yang luar biasa kepada masyarakat di kelurahan Sarae khususnya pembagian sembako bagi Masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Adapun tujuan diselenggarakannya kegiatan tersebut merupakan bagian dari rangkaian Dies Natalis Stie Bima Ke-23 tahun dengan tema Stie Bima nerbagi dan termasuk tahapan untuk menyelesaikan masalah ekonomi yang terjadi di Masyarakat yang kurang mampu dengan membagikan berupa bingkisan sembako sebanyak 200 paket sembako yang tersebar di beberapa rumah tangga (RT) di seputaran kelurahan Sarae yang dimana berdekatan langsung dengan lokasi kampus tersebut. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat menjalin tali silahturahmi antar sesama sehinga akan membangun keakraban antara Masyarakat dengan seluruh civitas akademika Stie Bima. Sasaran dari kegiatan pembagian sembako ini dinilai telah tercapai untuk meringankan masyarakat yang kurang mampu khususnya di wilayah seputar kelurahan Sarae Kota Bima dengan harapan dapat membantu pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the significant partial influence of Quality of Work-life on Employee Engagement, the significant partial influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Engagement, the significant simultaneous influence of Quality of Work-life and Job Satisfaction on Employee Engagement of Generation Y in Bima Regency. The instrument in the study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this research are Millennial of Generation working in The Government office and The Grocery Stores in Bima Regency specially Lambu Subdistrict. They have age 39 year old (1981) and 27 year old (1996). This research use Lemeshow Formula to take some Sample because population in this research is not known exactly. The Sample in this research are amount 96 employees. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination tests, t tests, and f tests with the help of SPSS version 16 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that 1) Quality of work life has a significant effect on the engagement of generation Y employees in Bima Regency. 2) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the engagement of generation Y employees in Bima Regency. 3) Quality of work life and job satisfaction have a significant effect simultaneously on the engagement of generation Y employees in Bima Regency.

Abstract

Gunung Sari is one of the villages that exist in the sub-district of Gunung Sahilan, Kampar Regency, Riau province, Indonesia. Commodities that can be obtained are the result of plantations in the form of rubber sap and palm fruit. This village is listed in the list of 100 best villages according to Province and Regency in Indonesia in 2018 issued by the Ministry of Village, Development of Left Regions and Transmigration. The distance traveled to the village of Gunung Sari is 120 km from the city of the new week, with two hours using the car. The purpose of community devotion is mapping villages as a basis in the development of the area of Gunung Sari Village, Gunung Sahilan District. Image shown on the map of the village gives an overview of land cover in Gunung Sari Village. Therefore, presentation of the map needs to be done with the passage of time to adjust the latest conditions in Gunung Sari Village. In planning development, the map is used as an analysis material of the region by paying attention to land cover. In addition, the level of plantation density can be used as an analysis material for development planning in the form of public facilities that can be utilized by the community. Gunung Sari village is dominated by palm plantations, only a few settlements are available. Land Diversion for green open space can be planned by utilizing the map.

Abstract

Introduction/Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work quality on employee work performance at the Soromandi Sub-district Office, Bima Regency. Background of the Problem: The Soromandi Sub-district Office as one of the government units in Bima Regency has a strategic role in providing administrative services and government management so that it requires good competence and work quality. Novelty: Different from previous studies, examining the same variables but focusing on employee work performance in the agency. Research Method: This study uses a Likert scale questionnaire with a sample of 32 respondents. Findings/Results: Partially, only work quality has a significant effect on work performance, but simultaneously, competence and work quality have a significant effect on employee work performance at the Soromandi Sub-district Office, Bima Regency. Conclusion: High employee competence and good work quality reflect professionalism, responsibility, and commitment to work so that it can improve employee work performance.

Abstract

The study purpose was. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan antara beban kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap stres kerja pegawai pada BLUD UPT Puskesmas Kumbe Kota Bima. Materials and methods. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 97 responden dengan sampel sebanyak 60 pegawai ASN. Instrumen penelitian dengan kuesioner skala likertTeknik pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for Windows. Results. Hasil penelitiian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial baik variabel beban kerja maupun konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja pegawai dan secara simultan beban kerja dan konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja pegawai pada BLUD UPT Puskesmas Kumbe Kota Bima Conclusions. Beban kerja dan konflik kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja pegawai pada BLUD UPT Puskesmas Kumbe Kota Bima. Stres kerja merupakan fenomena bahwa setiap karyawan menghadapi pekerjaan dan menanganinya secara berbeda-beda sesuai dengan caranya sendiri, yang pada dasarnya adalah ketidaksesuaian antara kemampuan individu dan permintaan organisasi yang dipengaruhi oleh beban pekerjaan dan konflik dalam bekerja.
