Abstract

Data is an inanimate object that is meaningless and useless for anything. This statement is a statement that is not based on existing facts and realities. In principle, data is an inanimate object whose collection can be very influential in all aspects of human life. Data can shock the world if processed and published. Because data is so influential, humans can speak freely which is unlikely to be debated. Data is able to influence the development and progress of a nation in all respects such as: economy, health, policy, security and so on. Therefore, data obtained by means of surveys and so on, must be treated carefully in order to be able to provide maximum contribution in decision making. The search for stable economic growth and environmentally sustainable quality is fast becoming a topical issue among governments, international agencies and other stakeholders interested in sustainable development. The highest accuracy value is shown by experiments using K-Vold Validation 8 and K-Vold Validation 10. While the tolerance given to K-Vold Validation 8 (0.49%) is smaller than K = Vold Validation 10 of (0.58%). This means that K-Vold Validation 8 is tighter than K-Vold Validation 10. So that the best used in decision making is K-Vold Validation 8 at 99.62% with a tolerance of 0.49%. The results of data processing using the Naive Bayes algorithm and the Support Vector Machine both illustrate that the economic influence on the level of welfare of the Suralaga Village community is very large and it can be concluded that the average Suralaga Village community is included in the category of not prosperous. This is indicated by the fact that there are still many people who depend on their livelihoods from working as laborers and foreign workers

Abstract

This research is an R D (research and development) research that is an interactive tutorial video CD-based learning model in visual programming language courses that are more seen, with and practiced. That is, is the development of a model of teaching materials in other forms, which are complementary to existing teaching materials. This application presents material interactively with animation, audio, video and is equipped with an evaluation in the form of practice questions using the Camtasia Studio and Macromedia Flash applications. The results that will be achieved from the making of this learning media is that students can understand the subjects of visual programming language and find out the quality of the interactive video CD tutorial based on the assessment of media experts, material experts and learning. The results of a feasibility assessment of video tutorials learning media for visual programming language subjects are: (1) the percentage score of material expert assessment was 81.25%; (2) the percentage score of media expert assessment was 84.5%; (3) the percentage score of student response  was  84.83%.  Based on the  results  of  the  assessment  and responses obtained, we can conclude that this instructional media of video tutorials on programming language of visual delphi is feasible to be used and developed.

Abstract

The development of technology has entered all areas of life, one of which is in the field of education. As well as the importance of learning media for teachers and students in carrying out the teaching and learning process to make it more interesting, effective and efficient, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic as it is today. So that teachers must regulate teaching and learning activities to continue even though they are through an online system, and ensure learning activities to attract more students' interest, reduce student boredom in learning, and make it easier for students to understand the material quickly. For this reason, interactive learning media is needed to make it easier for teachers and students to carry out the teaching and learning process, especially during the pandemic, besides that teachers also find it helpful in conveying material to students through interactive learning media. By using Adobe Flash software. Computer software used to create animated 2-dimensional (2D) moving images. It will be applied to the study of the classification of vertebrate animals. It is hoped that it will help teachers in biology subjects to visualize the classification of vertebrate animals in 2D objects. Teachers in carrying out their role in the learning process, need tools that can convey information to students. So that it can be used as a means to deliver learning material.Keywords: Learning media, animation, animal classification, adobe flash, covid19.

Abstract

The network topology used in the Rumbuk village office is a star topology, where every PC / computer in each room is connected using a UTP cable. While all mobile phones are connected wirelessly (without cable) through the access point on the modem. The problem with this network infrastructure is in managing hotspots, monitoring, and network security. From these problems, the author recommends developing by implementing a proxy in building network infrastructure at the Rumbuk village office in the Sakra sub-district. The purpose of this research is to assist the village government in managing the network by monitoring, managing bandwidth, and improving the network security system using a proxy. So that the village government can improve services for the community in the field of information technology optimally. The development of network topology and hotspots is needed to make it easy for village governments to access networks, not only wired networks but also wireless networks. By implementing proxy in this network infrastructure to control all equipment and network users who are allowed to enter or not. Bandwidth settings for all network users are tailored to their individual needs. And the security system contained in the proxy is safe enough because the proxy can limit the access rights of every user who enters the network.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2350

Abstract

According to Law No.21 of 2008, it is stated that Islamic banks are business entities that collect funds from the public in the form of deposits and channel to the public in the form of loans and / or other forms in order to improve people's lives. Credit is the provision of money or bills that can be equated with it, based on a loan and loan agreement between the bank and another party which requires the borrower to repay the debt after a certain period of time with interest (Banking Law No.10 of 1998).In analyzing a credit, sometimes an analysis performs an inaccurate analysis, so there are some customers who are less able to pay credit installments, resulting in substandard loans and even defaults. From the above problems, researchers conducted a credit analysis using computerized techniques by utilizing RapidMiner software in processing data. The right data processing technique to use is classification. One method of classification of data mining is the Naive Bayes algorithm. The researcher used weighting by applying Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) for attribute selection to improve the accuracy of Naive Bayes.After testing with the Naive Bayes algorithm model of 71.00%, the Naive Bayes algorithm based on particle swarm optimization results in a higher accuracy value of 88.51% compared to the Naive Bayes algorithm model. Abstract

These days, the development of science and technology is increasingly rapid, especially information technology and telecommunications that provide an important role in human life, especially in the world of education. One of them is a website technology that has been widely used to help facilitate the delivery of information in schools. And one of the high schools in the village of Mamben Lauk, Wanasaba Subdistrict, which is called Al-Mukhtariyah High School, did not have a website. Based on this occasion the present researcher took the initiative to create a website for the school. This is the time for all schools in this day to have a website and use it as facility to deliver of information to students or the wider community. Abstract

The geographical information system for mapping homestays in East Lombok is made as a medium for disseminating information in delivering homestay information for tourists who will visit Lombok, especially in East Lombok. This android-based information system presents images, descriptions and also locations displayed via google maps as directions to homestay locations based on choices from each homestay category. The information system can be used as well as supporting the tourism sector in Lombok and makes it easier for tourists to get complete and effective information. Geographic information system for mapping homestays in East Lombok based on Android is made with the Android Studio program and Google Maps as a guide for tourist locations. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to facilitate teaching and learning activities, so that it can improve students' understanding of the mathematics material presented by the teacher and can be used as a medium to increase interest and interest in the learning process. Learning media plays an important role in teaching and learning activities so that the teaching and learning process becomes effective and easy to apply, but in reality in the world of education learning media is often not paid attention to because of limited time to make teaching preparation and it is difficult to find the right media. At MI NW Liqaul Amal still using manual learning media using books, writing and other teaching aids as student learning tools, learning media like this still cannot increase student interest, especially in mathematics lessons. One of the learning methods used to overcome these problems is to create interactive learning media in mathematics subjects. This learning media starts with a needs analysis process that will be used in making flash-based interactive learning media and making concepts or designs according to the results of the analysis. The results to be achieved in making interactive learning media on mathematics subjects are that students can understand the material and increase student interest in learning, so that the teaching and learning process becomes more effective.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah guru dalam penyampaian materi kepada siswa dan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan serta sebagai media untuk meningkatkan minat belajar dan kesenangan dalam proses belajar. Media pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam  proses belajar mengajar, namun kenyataan didunia pendidikan media pembelajaran sering diabaikan dengan alasan terbatasnya waktu untuk membuat persiapan mengajar dan sulit mencari media yang tepat. Di Kelompok Belajar Tarbiyatul Ummah Tanak Kaken menggunakan media pembelajaran yang masih bersifat konvensional dengan menggunakan buku, papan tulis dan alat peraga lainnya sebagai alat belajar siswa, media pembelajaran ini masih kurang menarik bagi siswa terutama dalam pelajaran pengenalan huruf-huruf abjad. Sekarang ini anak-anak lebih cenderung suka belajar menggunakan media yang berhungan dengan teknologi terutama anak-anak usia dini, dikarenakan lebih cepat menyerap pelajaran dari gambar-gambar menarik yang mendidik dan sesuai dengan usianya. Peneliti membuat media pembelajaran interaktif  berbasis Flash untuk lebih mudah mengenalkan huruf kepada siswa pendidikan anak usia dini pada Kelompok Belajar Tarbiyatul Ummah. Media pembelajaran ini dimulai dari proses analisis kebutuhan yang akan digunakan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif dan membuat konsep atau perancangan sesuai dengan hasil analisis.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2389

Abstract

East Lombok Regency is one of the second level regions in West Nusa Tenggara Province which is located on the east side of Lombok Island. The capital city of East Lombok Regency is the city of Selong, where all government agencies are based in this city. One of them is the Department of Environment and Hygiene of East Lombok Regency. In carrying out operational duties at the Office of Environment and Hygiene the operational vehicle requires that the fuel oil is a subsidy from the government. Therefore, the use of BBM every day must be recorded properly so that it can be predicted the amount of fuel usage every month. However, the Office of the Environment and Hygiene Office has difficulty in processing such data in large quantities. Predicted information on fuel use is needed by the head of the agency to assist in making decisions or policies. Of these problems the right data mining technique to use is classification. One method of classification of data mining is the decition tree algorithm (C4.5) or called the decision tree. The decition tree (C4.5) algorithm has weaknesses in reading large amounts of data, so researchers use weighting by applying Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) for attribute selection to increase the accuracy of C4.5.Thus the researcher will utilize data mining software in applying a comparison of the decition tree (C4.5) and C4.5 algorithms based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to get the best accuracy value in predicting the amount of monthly use of fuel oil at the Service Office Environment and Cleanliness of East Lombok Regency.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v2i1.1173
