This research entitle analysis of soy bean row material inventory planning of PD. Gunung Mas Jambi. The objective of this research is to look at wether the company could reach it’s planning or not.In analizing the data the writer uses the cuantitative descriptive method, that the data is described in numeral form and then, be analized and be concluded.The result of the research bring the writer to the conclution that PD. Gunung Mas Jambi has never reached 100% of the planning. The problem is caused by the row materials are cut off. So PD. Gunung Mas Jambi should correct the activity of the planning. Hingga awal 2021, terdapat 12 misi perdamaian PBB yang dilaksanakan di bawah Department of Peace Operations. Namun demikian, tidak semua misi perdamaian yang pernah dilakukan oleh PBB berhasil. Salah satu contoh misi perdamaian PBB yang dinilai gagal adalah misi United Nations Operation in Somalia (UNOSOM) I (1992-1993) dan II (1993-1995). Salah satu penyebab kegagalan misi UNOSOM adalah karena misi tersebut tidak dapat menjawab tantangan berupa perbedaan kebudayaan yang ada, baik antar peacekeeper maupun dengan warga lokal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengelaborasi upaya untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan lintas budaya dan ketahanan bagi peacekeeper dan keluarganya agar misi-misi yang akan dilaksanakan oleh mereka di masa depan dapat menghasilkan outcome yang lebih baik daripada sebelumnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kecerdasan budaya dan kompetensi budaya merupakan dua kemampuan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh peacekeeper yang bertugas di lingkungan budaya yang berbeda. Di sisi lain, potensi peacekeeper terpapar stress selama penugasan di wilayah konflik dan dampak negatif yang mungkin dialami keluarga peacekeeper selama ia ditugaskan juga perlu menjadi perhatian, baik bagi PBB maupun negara-negara pengirim peacekeeper. Baik upaya peningkatan kecerdasan budaya, kompetensi lintas budaya hingga ketahanan peacekeeper dan keluarganya dapat dilakukan dengan pelatihan-pelatihan. Namun demikian, diperlukan komitmen dan kemauan politik yang kuat dari para stakeholder terkait agar pelatihan-pelatihan ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan sistematis, komprehensif dan berkesinambungan untuk mendukung berbagai misi perdamaian yang masih dan akan dilaksanakan oleh PBB.

The study entitled analysis of queueing model on customer service, the object on the study is Gas Stations 24.361.35 city of Jambi. The purpose of this research is tolook at the situation which occurred in Gas Station queues 24.361.35 city of Jambi, the source of the data in this study is primary data obtained from direct observations in the field, and the secondary data in the form of books relating to the research, while the processing of data in this study using POM/QM software for Windows 3.0. from the results of the data processing can be drawn the conclusion that the model applied by Gas Station queues 24.361.35 Jambi City can be said to be optimal, this is because the number of customers who come in can be served well with a short queue time.Keywords : queue, service, customer

The purposes this research are to examine the influence of work commitment, Quality of Work Life (QWL), job satisfaction and employee performance. The influences of work commitment, Quality of Work Life (QWL), job satisfaction and employee performance tested both directly and indirectly by taking a sample of 80 employees. To test the variables used in research conducted a survey of employees at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Jambi Branch. Framework of theory and data analysis is done by using Path Analysis. The results of this research indicate that the work commitment, Quality of Work Life (QWL) and job satisfaction influential support directly and indirectly to the performance of employees is positive and significant impact. The analysis tool in this research using descriptive methods and verification. Where a descriptive study using a range of scales, while in verification using path analysis. Based on the results are reflection that work commitment , Quality of Work Life (QWL), job satisfaction is an important issue to improve performance of employees. Results of the study revealed that the results related to the employee's performance is important to manage the company. Optimizing the quality of work through constant work evaluation on appropriate working standards are set, action inconsistent to individuals may lead to other negative consequences in the company, such a low performance, resistance to the organization and may indicate the behavior of disobedience the employees. This research aims to know the factors that affect employee turnover intention on multi services companies in finance in the city of jambi. The study is quantitative research is an investigation about the social issues based on testing a theory consisting of variables, measured by numbers, and analyzed with statistical procedures to determine whether the correct theory of the predictive generalizations. The respondents in this study i.e., employees at the companies services multi finance in the city of Jambi, the method of withdrawal of samples in this study using a purposive samplingmethod, the author here use qualitative data are ordinal by disseminating the questionnaire covered alternative answer had been provided to the respondent, the dataare transformed into data interval and processed with path analysis, the results of this research show the two factors which effect on the turnover intention, namely factors of job satisfaction and organizational commitment the second, of the most influential factors i.e. organizational commitment factor. Management is a process that consists of the function of planning, organizing, leadership and control of the activities of human resources and other resources to achieve the stated goals efficiently. From the hypotesis testing results it can be concluded that motivation variable (X) is able to explain the variable (Y) or the performance of employees is 96,6% and 78,2% otherwise be caused by other variables outside variables studied. From the opinions of expert who address of management it can be concluded that management isa process of planning, organizing, leadership, and control of the activities of human resources to achieve the goals that have been set together. In this study there are indicators of some motivational variables variables IE. Physiological needs, safety needs, the needs of the award, the needs of larger groups, the need for self-actualization. While performance indicators covering quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, independence. Staffing Agency area of Jambi province was formed based on the applicable local Jambi province number 15 in 2008, as it transformed into a Regional Regulation number 6, 2010 about the Organization and the Labor Inspectorate, the regional development planning board and Technical Institutions of the regional province of Jambi. Based on a regression equation to calculate simple linear, obtained the following mathematical equation Y = 1,658 + 0484 X from the following equation looks positive impact of motivation on performance of employees in the Agency's staffing area of Jambi province. If motivation increase 100% the performance of employees in the Agency's staffing area of Jambi province will be increased by 48.4%. This fact shows that motivation affect performance in Staffing Agency area of Jambi province. Motivation in the staffing Agency area of Jambi province high with an average score of 343.4 while the Staffing Agency's performance in the area of Jambi province high with an average score of 346.13 which means that the hypothesis of work motivation and performance of the Agency's Regional Staffing officer province of Jambi.Keyword: work motivation, employee performance

Pengalaman Ketika Praktek Lapangan Kependidikan (PLK) tentang jurusan Teknik Pemesinan melakukan wawancara kepada kepala jurusan Teknik Pemesinan, menyatakan bahwa jurusan Teknik Mesin baru berjalan selama 5 tahun didirikan pada tahun 2015 dengan jumlah siswa 35 orang dan sarana praktik di bengkel Pemesinan SMK N 1 Batipuh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 4 mesin Bubut. Hal ini membuat guru yang mengajar kualahan karena terlalu banyak yang praktik. Penelitian ini bertujuan buat: Mengenali pengaruh fasiliti bengkel pemesinan terhadap hasil belajar pembubutan siswa kelas XI jurusan teknik pemesinan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negari 1 Batipuh Penelitian ini tercantum tipe penelitian ex- post facto. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalahsarana bengkel pemesinan selaku variabel leluasa dan hasil belajar pembubutan selaku variabel terikatnya. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan segala siswa kelas XI metode pemesinan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan(SMK) Negeri 1 Batipuh sebanyak 28 siswa, XI jurusan Metode Pemesinan serta anggota populasi jadi ilustrasi totalitas ataupun diucap total sampling Pengumpulan informasi memakai tata cara kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalahsarana bengkel pemesinan mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap hasil belajar pembubutan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai rhitung sebesar 0, 459 serta persamaan regresi Y= 30. 491+ 0, 539. X Perihal ini menampilkan kalau tiap peningkatan skor pada variabel sarana bengkel( X) secara bertepatan diiringi dengan peningkatan skor pada variabel hasil belajar pembubutan sebesar 0, 539.

The rapid population growth in the DKI Jakarta area has an impact on its population and creates an unfriendly environment. The author is motivated to analyse the effect of the population growth rate in DKI Jakarta over the next 10 years. The process of estimating population growth is calculated by a mathematical model called the logistic model. The logistic model is the model that developed by differential equation like the following . This model illustrates that population growth is determined by the difference between the number of births and deaths of the population. In addition, an analysis of the resulting environmental impact and the impact of its handling will also be discussed. Based on estimation, the population in DKI Jakarta Province in 2022 is predicted around 10,636.685 people and it will reach 10,938.900 in 2030. It means there will be a 3% increase in population from 2019 to 2030 in DKI Jakarta Province. These values increase annually and they are predicted to have an impact on increasing the traffic congestion by 3%, from 70% to 72.1%. Another result has also occurred in air pollution. The average of air pollution increasing by 3%, from 39.6 to 40.79 . These two factors show that the increase of population growth will have an impact on increasing the average traffic congestion and the percentage of air pollution in DKI Jakarta. Pertumbuhan penduduk yang sangat pesat di wilayah DKI Jakarta memiliki dampak pada populasinya serta menciptakan lingkungan yang kurang ramah. Hal ini memotivsi penulis untuk menganalisis dampak dari laju pertumbuhan penduduk di DKI Jakarta selama 10 tahun mendatang. Proses estimasi pertumbuhan penduduk dikalkulasi mengunakan pemodelan matematika yang bernama model logistik.Model logistik adalah sebuah model matematika yang dikembangkan menggunakan persamaan differensial sebagaimana berikut . Model logistik mengilustrasikan pertumbuhan populasi penduduk sebagai selisih antara jumlah populasi yang lahir dengan jumlah populasi yang meninggal. Selain itu juga, akan dipaparkan mengenai dampak pencemaran lingkungan yang mungkin akan muncul di waktu yang akan datang. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi diperoleh prediksi jumlah penduduk di Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 10,636.685 jiwa dan pada tahun 2030 akan mencapai 10,938.900. Hal tersebut berarti akan ada peningkatan sekitar 3% penduduk dari tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2030 di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Nilai pertumbuhan populasi tersebut meninggkat setiap tahunnya dan diprediksi dapat meningkatkan kepadatan lalu lintas sebesar 3%, dari 70% menjadi 72.1% di tahun 2030. Hasil lain yang diprediksi akan terjadi ialah peningkatan rata-rata polusi udara sebesar 3%, dari 39.6 menjadi 40.79 pada tahun 2030. Kedua faktor ini menunjukan bahwa peniongkatan jumlah populasi penduduk di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dapat memberikan dampak pada peningkatan rata-rata kepadatan kendaraan dan polusi udara di Provinsi DKI Jakarta.

The research aims to find out the Operating Cost Expenditure System at PT Bank BTN (persero) Regional Office V Makassar. The research used descriptive qualitative,where the researcher described the results of observations and analyzed the data. The writing research conducted in March 2019 to May 2019. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the researcher concluded that the Operating Expenditure System at PT Bank BTN (Persero) Makassar V Regional Office arranged in the Order to Pay PT Bank BTN (persero) V Regional Office Makassar. Operating system expenditure on PT Bank BTN (persero) Makassar V Regional Office is for the procurement of goods and services, then price comparisons will be made based on third party offerings, then based on what offer will be agreed in the form of monthly, quarterly, semester or annual. Most of the PKS (cooperation agreements) are in monthly form so that the third partner will collect every month and will be paid by the officer.

Abstrak Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pelaku bisnis sangat membutuhkan strategi khusus agar mereka bisa bersaing di pasar global. Globalisasi bisnis membutuhkan strategi serta manajemen yang baik dan terujui agar perusahaan tetap eksis di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat seiring perkembangan global bisnis. Pelaku bisnis yang akan bertahan adalah mereka yang mampu menciptakan produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen. Era globalisasi sangat dibutuhkan teknologi informasi. Pelaku bisnis menggunakan e-commerce sebagai sarang promosi efektif. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa bisnis yang berkembang seperti sekarang ini sangat membutuhkan daya saing yang baik sehingga mampu bersaing dan tetap eksis pada persaingan global. Strategi pemasaran berbasis digital dianggap perlu untuk dikembangkan di pasar global. Perusahaan yang mengabaikan pemanfaatan teknologi akan mengalami perlambatan kinerja bahkan akan gulung tikar.
