Abstract

Delays in implementing training and the number of lecturers being trained for new equipment is not commensurate with the number of classes being taught in the teaching and learning process, this requires a method of sharing knowledge (knowledge sharing). Sharing knowledge (knowledge sharing) is carried out when lecturers receive training on new equipment. It is hoped that this can be done both with colleagues and students. Several factors influence the success of knowledge sharing. Factors that influence knowledge sharing, a research model was developed using three independent variables which include locus of control, goal orientation, and self-efficacy. Data was obtained from 69 samples who were laboratory and simulator lecturers at the Makassar Maritime Science Polytechnic (PIP) which were then analyzed using the Multiple Regression Test. The results of Multiple Regression testing show that knowledge sharing is statistically influenced by locus of control, goal orientation, and self-efficacy, meaning that if locus of control, goal orientation, and self-efficacy increase, the practice of knowledge sharing will also increase.

Abstract

Abstrak Dengan dasar filosofi yang berkaitan dengan aspek ilmu pertahanan, maka filsafat ilmu pertahanan akan menjadi sangat penting bagi untuk diteliti dan dipahami oleh para intelektual bela negara. Filsafat ilmu pertahanan adalah suatu cara berpikir ilmiah untuk memikirkan negara ini aman sejahterah dan menyenangkan. Etika adalah filsafat moral, atau ilmu yang membahas dan mengkaji secara kritis persoalan benar dan salah secara moral, tentang bagaimana harus bertindak dalam situasi konkret. Penerapan teknologi untuk digunakan dalam peperangan. Ini terdiri dari jenis teknologi yang jelas-jelas bersifat militer dan bukan sipil dalam penerapannya, umumnya karena tidak memiliki aplikasi sipil yang berguna atau legal, atau berbahaya untuk digunakan tanpa pelatih militer yang sesuai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian satu studi kasus (Single case study) dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Studi kasus adalah penelitian terhadap suatu fenomena/kejadian yang telah terjadi (historis) pada konteks yang spesifik. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber-sumber data sekunder yang didapatkan dari berbagai buku, artikel pada jurnal ilmiah, artikel pada koran/majalah, dan juga situs-situs internet yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan penelitian yang dibahas. Kata Kunci: Etika, Filsafat Ilmu Pertahanan, Teknologi Militer Abstract With a philosophical basis related to aspects of defense science, the philosophy of defense science will be very important for research and understanding by state defense intellectuals. The philosophy of defense science is a scientific way of thinking to think about this country being safe, prosperous and enjoyable. Ethics is a moral philosophy, or science that discusses and critically examines issues of moral right and wrong, about how to act in concrete situations. Application of technology for use in warfare. It consists of types of technology that are clearly military rather than civilian in their application, generally because they have no useful or legal civilian application, or are dangerous to use without appropriate military training. This research uses a single case study research methodology with a qualitative research type. A case study is research into a phenomenon/event that has occurred (historically) in a specific context. This research uses secondary data sources obtained from various books, articles in scientific journals, articles in newspapers/magazines, and also internet sites related to the research problems discussed.
