Gaya belajar memiliki peranan penting selama proses pembelajaran yang pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar, maka selayaknya sekolah maupun perguruan tinggi dan tenaga pengajar dapat memetakan kurikulum dan gaya mengajar yang dapat mengakomodir berbagai macam gaya belajar, sehingga dapat memacu motivasi belajar peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya belajar keseluruhan dan gaya belajar dominan Taruna Politeknik Transportasi SDP Palembang serta mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar Taruna dan Taruni Angkatan XXXII Politeknik Transportasi SDP Palembang menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan gaya belajar Taruna Angkatan XXXII di Lingkungan Politeknik Transportasi Sungai Danau dan Penyeberanga Palembang secara umum memiliki komposisi gaya belajar kinestetis sebesar 35%, gaya belajar Visual sebesar 33% dan gaya belajar Auditori yaitu sebesar 32%. Gaya belajar taruna didominasi oleh gaya belajar kinestetik dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 35%. Pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar baik hasil belajar secara teori, praktek maupun kombinasi keduanya, secara bersama-sama (Simultan) maupun secara parsial menunjukan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar pada taraf kepercayaan 95% didasarkan pada nilai significance F, t stat dan p value rata-rata 0,19 (>0,05). Hal ini didukung dengan tingkat korelasi antar kedua variabel tersebut dalam kategori lemah dengan rata-rata sebesar 0,31 dan besar kontribusi rata-rata hanya sebesar 1% dalam mempengaruhi hasil eblajar sedangkan 99% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the quality level of South Sumatra LRT services during the corona pandemic. The population of this study was 360 persons of South Sumatra LRT customers by accidental sampling method. This research was conducted by distributing 24 questions using a questionnaire. Evaluation of the level of desire and performance of the South Sumatra LRT manager is measured using a Likert scale. The result of the evaluation was analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index and servqual (gap analysis). The results showed that overall South Sumatra LRT customer was very satisfied, as indicated by CSI of 85,6%. However, all variables need to be improved because there is still a gap between customer desires and the performance of LRT Sumatra Selatan services. The level of service related to preventing the spread of the coronavirus needs to be prioritized.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kualitas pelayanan LRT Sumatra Selatan pada masa pandemi corona. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan LRT Sumatra Selatan sebanyak 360 orang dengan metode accidental sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan 24 pertanyaan menggunakan kuesioner. Penilaian tingkat keinginan dan kinerja pengelola LRT Sumatra Selatan diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil evaluasi dianalisis dengan menggunakan Customer Satisfaction Index dan servqual (gap analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan pelanggan LRT Sumsel sangat puas yang ditunjukkan dengan CSI sebesar 85,6%. Namun semua variabel perlu diperbaiki karena masih terdapat gap antara keinginan pelanggan dengan kinerja pelayanan LRT Sumatra Selatan. Tingkat pelayanan terkait pencegahan penyebaran virus corona perlu diprioritaskan.

Konflik internal pemerintah Myanmar dengan suku Muslim Rohingya adalah salah satu dari sekian banyak bentuk tragedi yang mematikan dan memilukan. Penderitaan suku Muslim Rohingya ini tentu berimplikasi pada situasi keamanan regional Asia Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi prinsip kebijakan luar negeri bebas aktif dalam upaya diplomasi Indonesia mengatasi konflik Rohingya di Myanmar. Konflik terkait isu kemanusiaan di Myanmar yang menimpa etnis Rohingya telah menarik keprihatinan banyak masyarakat internasional juga masyarakat Indonesia. Dalam pelaksanaan politik luar negeri diplomasi dapat menjadi suatu nilai tawar (state branding) untuk membangun image sebuah Negara. Diplomasi yang sukses membutuhkan negosiasi yang efektif. Pendekatan kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis studi kepustakaan yang sumber datanya dianalisis dari buku dan jurnal terkait penelitian upaya diplomasi pemerintah Indonesia dalam mediasi konflik kemanusiaan di Myanmar. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa strategi diplomasi yang dilakukan oleh Indonesia dalam masalah konflik etnis Rohingya dengan pemerintah Myanmar, yakni pengajuan proposal kemanusiaan dan usulan formula 4+1 bagi masyarakat rohingya dimasa depan.

Shipping fleets that are more advanced over time also have a negative impact, just as all types of technological advances cause side effects, including with the increasing number of shipping fleets. After the operation of the ships, it turned out to bring new problems, the phenomenon of Oil Pollution began to appear. So it takes regulations governing the prevention and limitation of matters relating to Oil Pollution. This study aims to analyze the handling of oil Pollution in accordance with the certificate that applies on board MT B Star . The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. In this case the data collection techniques used are interviews and observations. Interviews were in the form of questions and answers with some of the ship's crew who were in place when the Oil Pollution occurred, while observations were in the form of an approach to the object of research. From the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that the handling of Oil Pollution aboard MT B Star is still lacking because of the lack of a sense of responsibility of the crew who does not carry out their duties as stated on the certificate and the number of equipment that is not feasible . These two factors can be lost by the way the crew carries out its duties in accordance with the applicable muster list on board the ship and the shipping company wants to provide decent equipment on board to prevent the occurrence of Oil pollution in this way it can be ensured that the handling of Oil Pollution can be done maximally.

Rasau Jaya Port is a port located in Kubu Raya Regency, in West Kalimantan Province which has an important trajectory, namely Rasau Jaya -Teluk Batang which can be navigable by KMP. Kerapu. This line connects Kubu Raya Regency with North Kayong Regency. This port is an inland port which is the most important transportation access place in West Kalimantan. In the transportation system, security and safety are the top priorities as a form of providing good services for service users. Safety is shown not only to service users and ship operators, but also to vehicles transported on board. As is the handling of vehicle loading on board. The better the handling of cargo on board, the better the level of security and safety of the vehicle on board. The level of conformity of vehicle loading on ships has been regulated in Government Regulation Number 62 of 2019 concerning minimum service standards for crossing transportation, this study was conducted to determine the level of conformity of vehicle loadingand find out the load capacity based on SUP with current conditions. Efforts that need to be improved are the supervision of the loading of vehicles on board ships, port operators are required to weigh and measure cargo to carry out safe loading, and socialization is held to service providers with minimal services on board ships on safe, safe and comfortable loading of vehicles.

The navigation system is the key to the safety of the ship in carrying out the voyage. RADAR will be very useful during bad weather, foggy conditions and sailing at night, especially when navigational instructions such as beacons, buoys, hills or buildings cannot be visually observed. So prospective ship officers must understand and understand to use RADAR navigation tools. To find out the target position and reduce the accident rate in the shipping lane, the role of RADAR in supporting shipping safety is needed. This study aims to analyze the prevention of collision hazards by using the Maneuvering Board in the operation of the Binocular RADAR at MV AMRTA JAYA 1. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. In this case the data collection techniques used are documentation and observation. Documentation is in the form of searching for information in the form of books and documents, while observation is in the form of an approach to the object of research. From the results of research conducted, it can be seen that the method used to calculate the RADAR Plotting Sheet can be done by theoretical methods with formulas and scale methods with mathematical logic. The two methods can be used with the same results but with different time efficiency. The use of muvering boards and RADAR Plotting Sheet calculations can help identify the presence or absence of a collision hazard, and help estimate the closest distance, time taken, course and speed of the target ship.

The Kendari crossing harbor is a pioneer crossing that serves the three-hour commuter crossing. The government has made every effort to support economic development in the konave region. The level of services felt by those who use services may have a bearing on whether or not they should be carried out in the harbor, especially those felt at the harbor that must meet passenger service standards because they are consumers that determine the growth or failure of transportation systems. The method used to analyze existing problems is a minimum standard of compliance analysis with existing conditions. According to the corresponding treaty, the corresponding value of each passenger service requirement is 4, and the corresponding value of each passenger service requirement is 14 and 18 is also available. Based on the analysis, the conclusion is that there is still less service of several transit transit routes such as the waiting room, the toilets, evacuation route instructions, evacuation point point, the musholah facility. Inadequate, no passenger baggage service, no advanced transit information, information of shipwrecks and no masth has not met the standard requirements of passenger service in the port.

The Padangbai Ferry terminal is a port managed by the BPTD XII Bali and West Nusa Tenggara. The Padangbai ferry terminal serves 2 routes with 26 Ro-Ro ships in operation. One of the important components in ferry transportation is safety. Safety is shown not only to service users but also to ship crews. On ships operating at the Padangbai Ferry Terminal, there are many damaged safety equipment including life jackets, lifebuoys, lifeboats and Fire protection (fire Extinguisher) the number of safety equipment that does not match the ship's needs based on Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS). The condition and number of safety equipment and Fire protection must be considered both in terms of the appropriateness of the tools and fittings so that in an emergency the existing safety equipment can be used properly as a form of carrying out the safety aspects of passengers on board. The number and condition of safety equipment and Fire protection that is not in accordance with the needs can endanger the safety of the lives of passengers if an accident occurs. The number of safety equipment must be able to accommodate the number of passengers and crew on board and fire extinguishers must be in good condition so that they can be used in a fire emergency.

Traffic management at the port is very important to create order, regularity, and smooth or comfortable activities in the harbor transport through the implementation of a zoning system and traffic management in accordance with applicable regulations. However, the implementation of zoning is still not optimal because there are still hawkers around the port and the occurrence of crossings between vehicles which makes service users uncomfortable and the flow pattern at the port is not smooth so that it can cause congestion. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with several approaches in obtaining data as reference and comparison material to describe the state of the object under study in accordance with the situation and conditions when the research was conducted. Based on the analysis results obtained, the zoning system has not been implemented in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 29 of 2016 concerning Fertilization of Ferry Ports and there are still crossings between vehicles that will enter and leave the ship. From the results of the analysis, it is necessary to rearrange traffic management and apply the zoning system in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Kuala Tungkal Ferry Port is located in Tungkal I Village, Tungkal Ilir District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, Jambi Province. Kuala Tungkal Ferry Port is a ferry port organized by the Department of Transportation of West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The Kuala Tungkal Ferry Port serves two routes, namely the pioneering Kuala Tungkal - Dabo Singkep route and the Kuala Tungkal - Telaga Punggur commercial route. Based on the results of the survey in the field, it was found that several services for service users had not been carried out properly, such as the unavailability of evacuation route instructions, evacuation gathering points and emergency telephone numbers, unavailability of port plans/layouts, inappropriate breastfeeding mother room facilities and passenger lane facilities. (gangway) pedestrians and vehicles that have not been separated. This study uses the Customer Statisfaction Index method to determine the level of overall service use satisfaction by looking at the level of importance of service facility instruments, Gap Performance - Importance to determine the gap between service user expectations and perceived service quality and Importance Performance Analysis Quadrant Mapping for to find out the attributes that are the main priorities for improving service quality. Based on the results of the analysis of the Customer Statisfaction Index, the satisfaction index of service users is 69.74% and is included in the satisfied category. Based on the results of the Gap Performance-Importance analysis, the highest gap value is (-1.32) on the attribute of a telephone number sticker for complaints of security disturbances so that passengers can submit complaints about security at the port. Based on the results of the Importance Performance Analysis Quadrant Mapping analysis, there are 7 attributes that are in quadrant I as the main priority for improvement so that the level of satisfaction of service users can increase.
