Abstract

Ruas jalan Medan-Berastagi merupakan jalan Nasional dengan tingkat kepadatan lalu lintas yang tinggi sehingga perlu dicari solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada diruas jalan Medan-Berastagi dengan membangun jalan alternatif. Ada 4 (empat) ruas jalan alternatif yang tersedia, diharapkan dengan telah dibangunnya jalan alternatif ini dapat mendukung kegiatan perekonomian masyarakat dikawasan jalan lintasan pergerakan antar kabupaten dan kota sekitarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa biaya kelayakan ekonomi berdasarkan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK), penghematan nilai waktu, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), Ekonomic Internal Rate Return (EIRR) dan Analisis Sensitivitas dan memasukkan 7 Indikator kriteria terhadap penentuan prioritas rangking penilaian rute jalan alternatif. Dari hasil perhitungan didapat selisih nilai waktu kendaraan untuk jarak tempuh perjalanan rata-rata yang dibutuhkan adalah 10,5 Kilometer setiap kali perjalanan, sehingga mempunyai manfaat penghematan waktu dari pembangunan jalan alternatif ini adalah 0,31 jam atau +/- 20 Menit setiap kali perjalanan. Penghematan nilai waktu sebesar 27.291,03 Rp/jam untuk Mobil Penumpang, 161.516,15 Rp./jam untuk Bus dan 17.013,88 Rp./jam untuk Truk sehingga total nilai waktu tempuh untuk selisih nilai waktu kendaraan sebesar Rp. 226.421,48, sedangkan untuk selisih BOK sebesar 300 Rp/Kend/km untuk Mobil Penumpang, 1.280 Rp/Kend/Km untuk Truk dan 862 Rp/Kend/Km untuk Bus. Total dari besar keuntungan (BKBOK) untuk jalur alternatif-4 adalah sebesar Rp. 21.196,73 untuk Mobil Penumpang, Rp.76.264,01 untuk Bus dan Rp.72.337,54 untuk Truk. Berdasarkan evaluasi ekonomi pembangunan jalan ini pada tahun ke 13 (tahun 2037) sejak jalan dibuka sudah memenuhi standard kelayakan ekonomi dengan discount rate 10% dan 12%. Pada discount rate 10% didapat nilai BCR = 1,28 dan discount rate 12% didapat nilai BCR 1,16, serta nilai NPV pada discount rate 10% sebesar Rp. 68.865.616, dan discount rate 12% sebesar Rp. 35.996.816. Nilai IRR didapat pada discount rate 14,98% sebesar Rp. 203.694.134 atau pada nilai NPV = 0 dan BCR = 1, dan dengan memasukkan 7 Indikator kriteria terhadap penentuan prioritas rangking penilaian rute jalan alternatif ternyata ruas jalan Alternatif-4 memperoleh diurutan pertama penilaian ranking tertinggi dengan skor 9,7 sebagai prioritas pertama untuk dipilih, diikuti peringkat kedua oleh jalan alternatif-1 dengan skor 7,0 dan seterusnya

Abstract

Salah satu solusi untuk teknik perbaikan tanah di proyek reklamasi belawan phase I adalah dengan teknik Preloading yang melakukan suatu kombinasi dengan Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD). Metode ini dipilih karena dianggap efektif dalam mempercepat konsolidasi tanah. Serta mampu mengurangi total waktu yang diperlukan dalam proses pemadatan tanah oleh preloding. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut PVD juga dapat mengurangi beban tambahan yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai kepadatan tanah yang diinginkan dalam jangka waktu yang sama beserta dengan penerapan beban sementara pada tanah dengan tekanannya akan setara atau lebih besar dari tekanan desain. Pada teknik penimbunan tanah yang dikombinasikan preloading dengan PVD (Prefabricated Vertical Drain) memiliki potensi manfaat yang besar yakni mengurangi besar penurunan setelah pembangunan, mempercepat proses konsolidasi , meningkatkan stabilitas tanah dan mengurangi mitigasi efek likuifaksi. Abstract

Tanah merupakan elemen yang sangat penting dalam suatu konstruksi dimana berperan sebagai pondasi pendukung segala jenis konstruksi ataupun bahan konstruksi tersebut. Tanah dapat dijadikan pondasi struktur diatasnya apabila memiliki daya dukung yang cukup.  Dari nilai CBR dan nilai kuat geser dapat dilihat parameter daya dukung tanah . Dalam penelitian ini, serbuk gipsum akan digunakan sebagai bahan perkuatan tanah karena gipsum mengandung silika sebagai pengikat mineral, yang memiliki kinerja lebih baik daripada pengikat organik karena tidak menimbulkan polusi udara dan murah, tahan api, tahan terhadap faktor biodegradable dan bahan kimia.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tanah plesteran terhadap kuat geser tanah, berat jenis kering maksimum dan CBR . Selain itu pada penelitian ini juga akan menganalisis perbandingan hasil parameter kuat geser tanah antara pengujian UCT dengan Triaxial UU serta menganalisis bagaimana perbandingan hasil pengujian Triaxial UU laboratorium dengan simulasi pengujian Triaxial UU yang dilakukan pada program PLAXIS 2D 2017.01. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berat kering maksimum (ℽdmax) tanah menurun dengan penambahan bubuk gipsum, dmax tertinggi 1,60 g/cm3, dan dmax terendah 1,59 g/cm3. Nilai kekuatan geser (cu) hasil pengujian UCT mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan penambahan bubuk gypsum dimana nilai cu terendah sebesar 0,90 kg/cm2 sedangkan nilai cu tertinggi sebesar 2,983 kg/cm2, terjadi peningkatan 231%.  Hasil pemodelan dari pemodelan UU triaksial dan model tanah yang diperkeras pada program PLAXIS 2D sangat mendekati hasil pengujian laboratorium, menghasilkan hasil tegangan deviator 15% yang relatif sama.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health is an instrument that protects workers, companies, the environment, and the surrounding community from hazards due to work accidents. This protection is a human right that must be fulfilled by the company. K3 aims to prevent, reduce, even eliminate the risk of work accidents (zero accident). In the field of construction services, there are many problems regarding the not yet optimal implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), while the implementation has not been optimal due to several factors. One of the activities that influence the success of the job is the capacity and capability of the service provider. Evaluation of service provider performance appraisal is the process of measuring, analyzing, and managing provider performance with the aim of reducing costs, reducing risk and directing continuous improvement in value and operations. This study seeks to evaluate the performance of service providers in implementing SMK3 based on the SMK3 Implementation Criteria using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The research location is the Siak Sri Indrapura - Meng Kapan / Buton (MYC) Simpang Siak Road Preservation project in Siak Regency, Riau Province which is one of the construction projects that has a high risk of work accidents.

Abstract

Bridges as an important part of the transportation system have a role in spurring economic growth and regional development. For this reason, the government is obliged to build bridge infrastructure in a stable condition so that connectivity between regions can be realized. Given the many infrastructure development activities that have been delayed since 2019 as a result refocusing as well as the limitations of the APBD, it is necessary to select the order of priority for the bridge implementation program. This study aims to analyze the dominant criteria and sub-criteria that need to be considered so that the order of priority for the construction of a truss bridge in Deli Serdang Regency can be compiled. The method used is AHP with a quantitative approach through a questionnaire. The criteria considered are economic (cost), technical (sub-criteria for bridge age, length, width, and implementation time), land use (sub-criteria for agriculture/plantation, tourism, fisheries, and mining), accessibility (sub-criteria for distance and time), social and regional development (the sub-criteria are population, social facilities, government facilities, and regional development), and policies (the sub-criteria are musrembang, Reses/Pokir DPRD, and stakeholders). The results of the study show that the dominant criteria to consider are social and regional development, followed by technical, land use, economic, policy, and accessibility criteria. The order of priority for the construction of a truss bridge is the Sei Belawan Bridge, Tanjung Anom Village as the first priority, the Bridge Lau Cirem Perpanden Village as the second priority, and Sei Serdang Bridge, Negara Beringin Village as the third priority.

Abstract

To carry out construction on soft soil, cases of land subsidence are often encountered. This is due to the low bearing capacity and small shear force, large compression, and very small permeability. To address this problem, one method that can be implemented is soil improvement using preloading and Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD). The aim of this research is to find out the magnitude of consolidation settlement by using analytical methods and by using PLAXIS 2D modeling at reclamation project locations besides CPO tanks between Belawan Islands based on Bore Log BH-02 data. It is also to compare coarse mesh, medium mesh, and fine mesh in PLAXIS 2D modeling, and to obtain the amount of land subsidence using preloading only and preloading with a combination of preloading and Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) based on Bore Log BH-02 points. From the analytical results obtained a decrease of 1.254 meters. While the PLAXIS 2D modeling uses a medium mesh that has been combined with a PVD of 1.268 meters. This means that the results of the settlement by modeling using PLAXIS 2D are closer to the SP-02 settlement plate data of 1.270 meters. The settlement uses PLAXIS 2D with a coarse mesh of 1,266 meters and a fine mesh of 1,282 meters. While modeling using preloading only obtained a decrease of 0.340 meters. It can be concluded that the results of modeling using PLAXIS 2D in using medium mesh that has been combined with PVD are relatively closer to settlement data in the field with a percentage difference of 0.142% settlement plate SP-02 settlement.

Abstract

The rise in sea level has impacted the emergence of a flood disaster in the district of Belawan City Field. The flooding of these robs caused the sinking of settlements, industries and ports. The height of flooding that increases every year has an impact on the increased shortages caused and increased economic losses of communities working in vulnerable sectors. Therefore, vulnerability factors are necessary to determine effective adaptation directions. The research was carried out in the district of the Field of Belawan City of Medan where there are 6 (six) floods affected by the flood of rob: the Kelurahan Belawa I, Belawana II, Blawan Bahari, Balawan Pulau Sicanang and Bagan Deli. The study begins with the theoretical and empirical formulation related to vulnerability to flood areas followed by interviews with stakeholders aimed at finding issues more openly in which the interviewed parties are asked for opinions. The stakeholder used is the stakeholder who knows the phenomenon of the flooding of rob that occurs in the research area consists of 3 (three) groups representing the government and society. Factors affecting the level of vulnerability to flooding in the area are grouped into physical, social, economic and environmental vulnerability factors.

Abstract

Road infrastructure is an important aspect in supporting economic growth and human mobility. Good and safe road conditions will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of transportation. However, in reality, some road sections still do not meet fairly strict standards, both in terms of feasibility and safety. The roads of A.H. Nasution (Medan) and Ngumban Surbakti (Medan) have never undergone a feasibility test before. Therefore, in this study a ranking will be formed to determine the level of feasibility of the function of both. This study was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of A.H. Nasution (Medan) and Ngumban Surbakti (Medan) roads using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and the MAUT (Multi-Attribute Utility Theory) method. The data that has been collected will be processed and analyzed using the AHP and MAUT methods. The AHP method and the MAUT method are used to determine the relative weight of each of the factors affecting roadworthiness. Assessment of respondent data using the AHP method obtained the largest weight on road technical by 3.36 on the A.H. Nasution road section and 3.04 on the Ngumban Surbakti road section. While the smallest weight on technical road equipment is 0.592 on the A.H. Nasution road section and the utilization of the road section is 0.3 on the Ngumban Surbakti road section. The assessment of respondents' data using the MAUT method obtained the largest weight on road complementary building structures of 1,265 on the A.H. Nasution road section and 1,140 on the Ngumban Surbakti road section. While the smallest weight on the utilization of road sections is 0.04 on the A.H. Nasution road section and 0.413 on the Ngumban Surbakti road section.

Abstract

The increase in the rate of development, population growth, and socio-economic activities has triggered an increase in waste generation, which is increasingly complex with conventional waste management that relies on collection, transportation, and disposal. This study aims to find a solution through three main stages: identification of waste conditions, preparation of a decision support system using the AHP Method, and analysis of the area with GIS application. The results of the study show that Limau Mungkur Village, STIM Hilir District, is considered the most appropriate location in the study area. Based on these results, the concept of selecting the criteria of Land Use, Hydrology, Groundwater Level Depth, Flood-prone Area, Settlement Distance, Zone Slope, Geology and Airport Distance became a determinant in the selection of location alternatives.
