Abstract

Peran guru dinilai sangat krusial dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar dan mengembangkan daya pikir siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar dan daya pikir siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS melalui media gambar di SD Negeri 2 Rejosari, Kecamatan Kalidawir, Tulungagung. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat belajar siswa dan kurang berkembangnya daya pikir siswa karena metode pembelajaran yang cenderung monoton dan kurang memotivasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran penting sebagai pendidik, pengajar, sumber belajar, motivator, dan fasilitator dalam proses pembelajaran. Penggunaan media gambar mampu menarik perhatian siswa, meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu, serta membuat suasana belajar lebih menyenangkan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa media gambar efektif dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar dan daya pikir siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS. Dengan demikian, guru diharapkan dapat terus meningkatkan kreativitas dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran agar siswa lebih termotivasi untuk belajar.

Abstract

nbsp;< p> ABSTRACT< strong>< p> Most of the famous cottage industries in Tulungagung is the marble industry The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital raw material costs on the earnings of marble craftsmen in Pelem village Campurdarat district Tulungagung regency The object of this investigation is the Marble Artisan This study uses quantitative methods with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS 25 The data used are secondary data obtained from marble artisans for 5 years from 2015 to 2019 The dependent variable is profit and the independent variable is working capital and raw material costs Based on the data processing results it is shown that there is a significant effect of working capital raw material costs on profit simultaneously while working capital shows no significant effect on profit partially < p> Keywords:< strong> Capital Raw Materials profit< p> nbsp;< p> ABSTRAK< strong>< p> Sebagian besar kerajinan industri yang terkenal di Tulungagung adalah industri marmer Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Modal Kerja Biaya Bahan Baku Terhadap Laba pada Pengrajin Marmer di Desa Pelem Kecamatan Campurdarat Kabupaten Tulungagung Objek penelitian ini adalah Pengrajin Marmer Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Science SPSS 25 Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari pengarjin marmer selama 5 tahun dari tahun 2015 2019 Variabel dependen yaitu Laba dan Variabel Independen yaitu Modal kerja Biaya bahan baku Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara signifikan Modal kerja Biaya bahan baku terhadap Laba secara simultan sedangkan Modal kerja tidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan terhadap laba secara parsial < p> Kata Kunci : < strong>Modal Bahan Baku laba< p>

Abstract

Objectives – This study aims to determine the influence of celebrity endorsers andthe brand image on the interest in purchasing Scarlett Whitening products for EconomicEducation students at Bhinneka PGRI University in the Shopee marketplace.Design/Methodology/Approach – The method used in this research is descriptivequantitative with analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study uses primarydata sources derived from questionnaires related to celebrity endorsers, brandimage, and purchase intention. This study determines the target population, namelythe Economic Education students of Bhinneka PGRI University, prospectiveconsumers, and consumers of Scarlett Whitening Products totaling 364 students witha sample of 91 students.Findings – The results showed that (1) Celebrity endorser (X1) has no significanteffect on purchase intention (Y) on Scarlett Whitening products, the P-Values valueis 0.203> 0.05 so that H1 is rejected; (2) Brand image has a positive and significanteffect on purchase intention (Y) on Scarlett Whitening products with a P-Valuesvalue of 0.000 <0.05, so H2 is accepted; (3) Celebrity endorser and brand imagesimultaneously do not affect purchase intention (Y) for Scarlett Whitening products

Abstract

In this study, students of class IX SMPN 1 Karangrejo who are in rural school environment and precisely in mountainous environment have a tendency to not continue to the next school by reason of geographical area. This is known by the large number of school-aged children who only graduated in the junior secondary level. The phenomenon is somewhat indisputable with some students who still continue to high school in Karangrejo subdistrict with a number that is not much. In this study the formulation of the problems to be sought to pursue the scope of the study are: How Influence of Household Economy Level on Interest Continuing School Students Class IX SMPN 1 Karangrejo? How Does the Level of Environmental Education Play to Interest Continuing School Students Class IX SMPN 1 Karangrejo? How Influence Household Economic Level and Level of Environmental Education Play to Interest Continuing School Students Class IX SMPN 1 Karangrejo? The research method used is quantitative, the instrument of this study is a questionnaire, the population of this study students class IX SMPN 1 Karangrejo, sample research as many 66 students. The analysis used is linear regression with hypothesis analysis is t test and F test. There is Effect of Household Economy Level on Interest Continuing School Students Class IX SMPN 1 Karangrejo. There is no effect of Level of Environmental Education Playing to the Interest Continuing School Students Class IX SMPN 1 Karangrejo. There is Influence of Household Economy Level and Level of Environmental Education Playing to Interest Continuing School Student Class IX SMPN 1 Karangrejo.
