Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the evaluation of the ban on alcoholic beverages in Sukabumi City in 2022. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The techniques used in collecting data include observation, interviews, documentation, audio-visual material. The results of the study indicate that the policy objectives have been achieved but there are still those who violate them so that the policy objectives have not been achieved, there are obstacles in the implementation of the prohibition of alcoholic beverages, the implementation has not been responded to as a whole so that the involvement of all parties is needed, lack of budget and vehicle infrastructure for related agencies,

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the Sukabumi Regency Tourism Office in the function of supervising the development of The Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge tourist area in the implementation of tourism implementation in Sukabumi Regency carried out by the Sukabumi Regency Regional Government through the Tourism Office has been regulated in the Peraturan Bupati Sukabumi Nomor 105 Tahun 2018 concerning the organizational structure and, communities and people around the area. Research using Terry and Rue theory (2019). The research method uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and combined/triangulation. Validation data using triangulation techniques and data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the supervisory function carried out by the department in the development of The Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge tourist destination area is running well looking at the theoretical dimensions of Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Motivating, and Controlling according to Terry and Rue (2019).

Abstract

The City of Sukabumi has some points that are vulnerable to disasters. Therefore it is necessary to pay special attention to disaster management so that risks, impacts, and losses can be minimized through the Pre-Disaster stage. This study aims to determine how disaster management policies are implemented at the pre-disaster stage at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Sukabumi City. This study uses the theory of Van Meter and Van Horn (1975). The research method uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validation used to source and technique triangulation. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the Implementation of Disaster Management Policy at the Pre-Disaster stage at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Sukabumi City, when measured by the Van Meter and Van Horn theories, had not entirely run optimally, seen from the resource dimension which is an inhibiting factor in the implementation of disaster management policies at the pre-disaster stage such as resources in terms of quality, competence, facilities and infrastructure and financial resources are still not optimal.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are an important sector and have a large contribution in realizing regional economic development. In this case, it contributes 60 percent to GDP and is able to absorb labor up to 97.22 percent. Therefore, the West Java Provincial government created a program "UMKM Juara" to empower MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the Cooperative and SMEs Office in efforts to develop MSME products through the "UMKM Juara" program in Sukabumi City. Researchers used the theory of Gede Diva, 2009 regarding the role of government as a facilitator, regulator, and catalyst. The results showed that the local government has done its job well in terms of facilitators, regulators and catalysts, however, there are still shortcomings in terms of MSME participant targets that have not been achieved and the lack of budget for the program that will be implemented.

Abstract

Proper Sanitation is one of the targets of SDGs Goals No. 6 where the availability of water and sanitation must be ensured. The provisions related to proper sanitation have been regulated in the Minister of Health Regulation (Permenkes) No. 3/2014 on Community-Based Total Sanitation. To participate in realizing and achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) target No.6, with the assistance of the Ditjen Cipta Karya, Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat, Sukabumi City Government has a KOTAKU Program with the aim of improving access to proper sanitation, the program target is 100-0-100, which means here is 100 percent universal access to drinking water, 0 percent of slum settlements, and 100 percent access to proper sanitation. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the "KOTAKU" program in an effort to improve proper sanitation in Sukabumi City. The research method was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. In determining informants, snowball sampling technique was used, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, documentation, audio-visual materials. The results of this study show that the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Implementation program through the "KOTAKU" Program in an Effort to Improve Proper Sanitation in Sukabumi City has not yet reached the expected target due to limited resources both human resources and financial resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the distribution of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program through the Cisaat Post Office in 2022. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis uses an interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. Data validation uses technical triangulation and source triangulation. This research uses four policy implementation variables according to George Edward III, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The results showed that the implementation of the distribution of non-cash food assistance programs through the Cisaat Post Office in 2022. shows that the distribution of the program has been carried out well, but in its implementation there are still obstacles. In the resource dimension, namely the lack of human resources at the Cisaat post office. So that the Cisaat post office recruits a jubar or paymaster to help the process of distributing Non-Cash Food Assistance.

Abstract

Disaster Resilient Village is a manifestation of the government's responsibility to provide protection to the community from the threat of disaster. The purpose of this research is to find out how effective the Disaster Resilient Village program by the Sukabumi City Regional Disaster Management Agency is. This research uses Duncan's theory. This research method uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used observation, interviewing, and documentation techniques. Data validation methods used were source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The data analysis used is from Miles and Huberman, using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the Disaster Resilient Village program has been running in accordance with the established regulatory guidelines, but its implementation is still not running effectively, as there should be empowerment for the village to upgrade the criteria class of the village as stated in the Regulation of the Head of the National Disaster Management Agency Number 2 of 2012 regarding the implementation of the Disaster Resilient Village program, and the facilities and infrastructure are also not enough to maximize the workforce in supporting the Disaster Resilient Village program.

Abstract

The complicated bureaucratic time makes people not want to register their business, with the online single submission policy it is hoped that it will make it easier for people to get their business licenses. To find out how the Implementation of Business Licensing Policies with the Online Single Submission System at the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office of Sukabumi City. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers by collecting data to discuss the implementation of the online single submission system policy at the Sukabumi City One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office from Van Metter and Van Horn Theory, there are two variables that are not optimal, namely the resource variable and the Inter-Organizational Coordination and Implementation Activity variable. It can be concluded that human resources in policy implementation are sufficient. However, facilities and infrastructure such as parking lots and expansion of waiting rooms have not been fully realized. then Inter-Organizational Coordination and Implementing Activities have not gone well due to the uneven delivery of information related to the licensing issuance process. However, internal communication is well established.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the impact of leadership style on employee performance in the Cicantayan sub-district office located in Sukabumi Regency. The research will utilize quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The target population consists of all employees working at the Cicantayan District Office, amounting to 22 individuals who will be included as the sample for this study. Data collection will involve the use of questionnaires and a review of relevant literature. The findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between leadership style and employee performance, confirming the initial hypothesis that increasing leadership style positively influences employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang evaluasi kebijakan tentang penyediaan dan pemanfaatan ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) di Kota Sukabumi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi kebijakan tentang penyediaan dan pemanfaatan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di Kota Sukabumi (Studi Kasus di Dinas Tata Ruang dan Permukiman Kota Sukabumi) Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, yang menjadi unit penelitian adalah Dinas Tata Ruang dan Permukiman Kota Sukabumi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisa kualitatif melalui tiga tahap yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa implementasi kebijakan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di Kota Sukabumi mengalami kemajuan yang signifikan, dengan peningkatan luas RTH dan pembangunan taman dan lapangan hijau yang diapresiasi oleh masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, terdapat kendala seperti penurunan penanaman pohon selama pandemi dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pengelolaan sampah. Evaluasi kebijakan yang berkesinambungan dan responsivitas terhadap masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan RTH. Dengan penanganan yang tepat, diharapkan kebijakan RTH di Kota Sukabumi dapat terus meningkatkan efektivitasnya dalam menjaga kualitas lingkungan hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dengan memperhatikan perlindungan vegetasi, partisipasi masyarakat, pengendalian polusi udara, dan penyesuaian peraturan sesuai kebutuhan dan kondisi kota
