Abstract

Inovasi program Mencetak Dokumen Kependudukan Mandiri Warga Desa (MENDAKAN MAWAR DESA) yang digagas oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik yang inovatif, professional, akuntabel, serta memperpendek alur pelayanan administrasi kependudukan hanya sampai desa atau kelurahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektifnya program Mendakan Mawar Desa di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Dalam mengukur efektivitas penelitian ini menggunakan metode Duncan (dalam Streers, 2020: 53). Ada 3 dimensi pengukuran efektifitas menurut Duncan (dalam Streers 2020:53), yaitu: 1. pencapaian tujuan, 2. integritas, 3. adaptasi. Hasil dari studi yang dilakukan berdasarkan teori Duncan (dalam Streers 2020:53) ini menunjukkan bahwa program Mendakan Mawar Desa di Kabupaten Sukabumi ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya. Meskipun dirancang untuk meningkatkan akses layanan administrasi kependudukan, partisipasi desa yang masih rendah dan sosialisasi yang kurang efektif menjadi kendala utama. Diperlukan upaya tambahan dalam hal integrasi, komunikasi, dan penyediaan sarana untuk memastikan program ini dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan mencapai tujuannya. Perbaikan dalam aspek-aspek ini akan penting untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan manfaat program bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan publik berbasis Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Sukabumi. Pelayanan publik berbasis HAM merupakan pelayanan yang dilaksanakan oleh imigrasi Sukabumi yang dikhususkan untuk kelompok rentan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik non-probability sampling. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Kotler dan Keller (2009:182) meliputi Reliability, Assurance, Responsiveness, Empathy, dan Tangibles dan tiga kriteria Permenkumham Nomor 25 Tahun 2023 meliputi ketersediaan aksesibilitas, ketersediaan Sarana dan Prasarana, serta ketersediaan Sumber Daya Manusia. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kualitas pelayanan publik berbasis Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Sukabumi sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Namun masih ada beberapa hal yang menjadi kekurangan yaitu petugas yang tidak mengikuti pelatihan bahasa isyarat, keterbatasan waktu layanan serta tidak adanya rambu-rambu disabilitas yang memadai bagi kelompok rentan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of health services for Thalassemia survivors in Sukabumi City. This study uses a qualitative research method with a narrative approach. The results of this study indicate that the Quality of Health Services for Thalassemia Survivors in Sukabumi City, especially at Rs. Bhayangkara Setukpa Sukabumi already has the following improvements: 1) Already has a special room for Thalassemia Survivors; 2) The chelation medicine already has various types of iron syrup, tablets, and brewed chelation medicine; 3) Have a special Thalassemia officer. As for when viewed based on the assessment of the dimensions of Reliability (Reliability), Responsiviness (Response/responsiveness), and Empathy (Empathy) health services provided by the apparatus/officers for Thalassemia Survivors are of high quality, but the dimensions of Tangibles (Intangible) and Assurance (Guarantee) are not qualified. or still not optimal, because the quality of health services provided is still not in accordance with the medical standards as outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1109/MENKES/PER/VI/2011 concerning Technical Instructions for Guaranteed Thalassemia Treatment Services, especially in facilities and infrastructure. . The Sukabumi City Health Office provides a policy regarding the Health Services for Thalassemia Survivors in Sukabumi City, namely Thalassemia survivors participating in the National Health Insurance for the Healthy Indonesia Card (JKN KIS) do not need to go to the First Level Health Facility (FKTP) again to get referrals, and Thalassemia Sukabumi City has a halfway house as form of local government attention.

Abstract

This study evaluates the Lapas Sehat dan Bugar (LASEGAR) program in an effort to provide health services to prisoners in Class IIB Correctional Institution of Sukabumi City. The phenomenon of the problem raised is the complexity of bureaucracy, limited resources, and the low quality of health services in prison. The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of the LASEGAR program in improving health services for prisoners. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving observation, interviews, and document analysis. The main informants included the Head of Puskesmas Pabuaran, the Head of Class IIB Correctional Facility of Sukabumi City, and prisoners as program recipients. The results showed that the LASEGAR program successfully increased the coverage of health services, including Covid-19 vaccination (86%), NCD screening (78%), and HIV screening (30%). The evaluation also showed that the program had a positive impact in terms of reducing the spread of diseases in prisons and increasing prisoners' satisfaction with health services. However, the study also found that limited human resources and funds are still an obstacle in the implementation of the program. In conclusion, the LASEGAR program is effective in improving the quality of health services in prisons, but increased resources are needed for program sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Sukabumi City Tripartite Cooperation Institution for the 2022-2025 service period in resolving industrial relations disputes. The problem of industrial relations disputes in Sukabumi City continues to occur from 2021 to 2023, which has the potential to reduce labor confidence in the company. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the Tripartite Cooperation Institution plays a role in formulating policies, being a communication tool, strategy, and dispute resolution in industrial relations. However, the effectiveness of this institution is constrained by the lack of coordination between related parties and uneven participation in the settlement process. In conclusion, although the Tripartite Cooperation Institution plays an important role in maintaining industrial relations stability, there is still room for improvement in terms of strategy and communication to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the CSR funding program for Kebonmanggu Village, Sukabumi Regency, was in improving the welfare of the local community. In order to approach this problem, a theoretical reference from Richard M. Steers is used. The data were collected through observation data, interviews, and documentation and were analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the study, it shows that 1. Optimization of objectives is quite effective in view of various CSR Corporate Social Responsibility activities in the form of environmental, economic and social. 2. The company's system perspective has not been maximized considering that the company does not really socialize with the community evenly, focusing more on communication with the government as a facilitator so that the community does not really understand CSR programs. 3. Human Behavior PT Semen Jawa has carried out an adaptive process considering that existing and future programs are in accordance with the main needs of the community. although it has drawbacks such as limited funds provided. The implementation of PT SCG's CSR program in Kebonmanggu Village is seen from the perspective of the Sukabumi Sukabumi Regency Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2014 concerning Corporate Social Responsibility, Partnerships and Community Development. It can be said that it has been effective, but in practice it has not run optimally.

Abstract

Di Kota Sukabumi salah satu jalur pejalan kaki utama di pusat kota di Ir. H. Djuanda. Namun demikian, kondisi pejalan kaki Ir. H. Djuanda saat ini masih belum optimal. Tujuan penelitian untuk menekankan pentingnya peran aktif Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Tata Ruang serta partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan dan kenyamanan jalur pedestrian Ir. H. Djuanda. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Peran sebagai suatu kebijakan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Tata Ruang didukung oleh Peraturan Daerah Kota Sukabumi Nomor 2 Tahun 2015 tentang penyediaan dan pemanfaatan ruang terbuka Hijau. Peran strategis Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Tata Ruang mencakup kolaborasi yang erat dengan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Tata Ruang terbukti memelihara berbagai strategi komunikasi untuk menyampaikan informasi dan membangun kesadaran masyarakat. Dinas bertanggung jawab atas berbagai aspek kebersihan, termasuk menyediakan tempat sampah yang memadai, pengangkutan sampah secara teratur, pembersihan sampah yang berserakan, serta pelatihan dan pengawasan masyarakat untuk mematuhi peraturan kebersihan. pentingnya peran aktif Dinas dalam menjaga kebersihan dan kenyamanan pejalan kaki, serta pentingnya peran serta masyarakat dalam upaya pengelolaan sampah dan kebersihan.Kata Kunci : Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Tata Ruang, Peran, Kebijakan, Strategi, Komunikasi

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of the civil service police unit handling illegal billboard control in Sukabumi City.the penomena that researchers found in the field were control that was not in accordance with the supervisory function, a reduction in local revenue from advertising tax, and a lack of quality of satpol-pp service personnel.the researcher uses role theory according to Achmad Santosa.The role dimensions used are role as a policy, role as a strategy, role as a communication tool, role as a tool for resloving disputes,and role as therapy.The research method used in qualitative with a narrative approach.and the snowball sampling technique strategy was used to identify 5 informants.Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation.The procedure for testing the validity of the data was carried out using source triangulation and techniques.The results of the research revealed that the role of the satpol-pp service has not beenable to carry out appropriate control with a supervisory function, reduction of local revenue from advertising tax, and lack of quality of satpol-pp personnel based on emplyoyment status employment level.so that regulation of advertisements can be carried out well,the Sukabumi City satpol-pp service needs to improve ordering, Supervision, Communication, Coordination, and Collaboration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the one-stop integrated service program (LTSA) in the effort to protect Indonesian migrant workers (PMI) in Sukabumi Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by the process of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study are measured by indicators of implementation by Charles O Jones (1996), namely organization, interpretation and application. The results of this study are that the implementation of the program involves many parties, where inter-agency cooperation is important to ensure service integration and provide maximum benefits to the community. Then the application of the LTSA program for the protection of migrant workers is to pay attention to important aspects such as justice, non-discrimination, confidentiality and active participation of migrant workers, this aims to minimize the form of exploitation by irresponsible individuals. The implementation of the program is still faced with the obstacle that there are still illegal migrant workers who are exploited or get violence due to departure and work abroad not according to existing procedures.

Abstract

Infrastruktur jalan memainkan peran vital dalam mendukung mobilitas masyarakat dan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Ruas Jalan Pangleseran-Cibatu di Kabupaten Sukabumi merupakan jalur strategis yang kondisinya mengalami kerusakan signifikan, mengancam keselamatan pengguna dan menghambat aktivitas ekonomi. Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Kabupaten Sukabumi, melalui Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) terkait, bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan dan perbaikan jalan tersebut. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran Dinas PU dalam pemeliharaan dan perbaikan infrastruktur Jalan Pangleseran-Cibatu, termasuk strategi yang diterapkan, tantangan yang dihadapi, dan dampaknya terhadap kondisi jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Dinas PU telah melakukan upaya perbaikan, namun keterbatasan anggaran, kondisi cuaca, dan tingginya intensitas lalu lintas menjadi hambatan utama dalam pemeliharaan jalan. Diperlukan peningkatan koordinasi antar instansi, perencanaan yang lebih efektif, dan partisipasi masyarakat untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan kualitas infrastruktur jalan di Kabupaten Sukabumi.
