Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen rantai pasok berbasis sistem ERP dalam meningkatkan kinerja PT. Duta Multi Karya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan deskriptif dengan mengaitkan analisis perusahaan dengan dasar teoritikal yang tertuang pada rangkuman tinjauan pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen rantai pasok berbasis sistem perencanaan sumber daya perusahaan memudahkan kontrol dan evaluasi pihak manajemen terkait proses bisnis perusahaan. Hal ini meningkatkan internal kontrol perusahaan yang berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Now the process of developing information technology is very fast, which allows many companies to take advantage of actual information technology to support the company's business agility. CV. Dewi Bulan is a small and medium business that produces incense or incense. The problems faced by CV. Dewi Bulan is an ineffective business method, her business activities are being registered manually, documents regarding sales, production and purchasing of basic materials are being handwritten on a checklist in the company and bookkeeping is done once a month. These documents cannot be obtained at any time. This problem resulted in negligence in carrying out customer orders. The solution to overcome the above problems is to implement Enterprise Resource Planning, where in reality ERP can automate business realization and the company's business steps. ERP implementation requires technology, namely using Odoo version 11.0. This research principle consists of six stages of the research process, namely, iterature study, data collection, data processing, application modeling, system testing and implementation, as well as conclusions and suggestions. The final step in this study was to conduct a review using the UAT questionnaire and a Likert scale to compare the satisfaction levels of Odoo application users. The results of the questionnaire are favored by the "Satisfied" assessment, this proves that the actual business renewal process implemented can be implemented in CV. Dewi Bulan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Social Media Influencer, Product packaging, Consumer knowledge terhadap Purchase Intention dengan Perveiced value sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dengan menggunakan kausalitas. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 400 responden warga batam yang pernah berbelanja oleh-oleh khas Batam. Pengumpulan data digunakan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi software SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sosial media influencer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Value. Product packaging berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Value. Consumer knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Value. Dan perceived value dianggap dapat memediasi hubungan antara social media influencer, product packaging, consumer knowledge terhadap purchase intention.

Abstract

When conducting business activities, a company definitely needs a plan or strategy that is clearly structured, and with the aim of managing the company's resources effectively and efficiently. One of the companies implementing a supply chain management system based on an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is Visalux. This article was written with the aim of analyzing the influence of Supply Chain Management & ERP Systems in improving the performance of Visalux companies. The research method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive method.

Abstract

At this time, business is very easy to do because there are already systems that help the development of a business. There are several examples of business development systems, one of which is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. With this system, it can help entrepreneurs to make a business plan so that it can run more effectively and efficiently. In addition to making business more effective and efficient, this system can also be combined with SCM (Supply Chain Management) so that these businesses can maximize the company's performance. There are lots of companies that use this ERP system, for example, CV Sumber Cipta Agung, which is engaged in producing food and beverages. CV Sumber Cipta Agung is a company engaged in the field of beverage manufacturers in the city of Batam which uses this system in developing its company to improve supply chain management (SCM) performance. The method used in this study is the method of interviews and literature review. CV Sumber Cipta Agung conducts its resource planning using SAP software and manages its supply chain system using the cross docking method.

Abstract

E-commerce has radically changed commerce by facilitating shopping and selling without geographical or time constraints. This research aims to determine what makes online furniture shoppers more likely to buy from a specific retailer again. Information is obtained through surveys of Batam City residents who have made online home décor purchases. Researchers evaluated two kinds of data to give a comprehensive picture of the behaviors of internet shoppers: secondary data derived from literature reviews and primary data gathered through questionnaires. Four elements significantly impact customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions: perceived product value, perceived e-service quality, perceived product utility, and perceived product simplicity of use. Nevertheless, whether or not satisfied clients will return to you depends on factors other than their happiness. These findings increase our understanding of the mechanics of consumer behavior in this context and provide the foundation for improved strategies to affect consumer purchasing behavior through e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis supply chain management berbasis ERP pada persediaan Minimarket Lok Jaya. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa teknik analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pengendalian persediaan yang diterapkan oleh pemilik usaha Minimarket Lok Jaya adalah perpetual inventory system. Kegiatan pengendalian persediaan yang dilakukan oleh pemilik usaha tersebut dapat melacak inventaris secara real time apabila dikelola dengan baik. Namun, jenis pengendalian persediaan yang diterapkan membutuhkan fokus, waktu, dan tenaga dalam jumlah yang besar. Oleh karena itu, tim penulis menyarankan pemilik Minimarket Lok Jaya untuk menerapkan metode EOQ agar dapat mengetahui kuantitas jumlah dan waktu yang tepat dalam melaksanakan pesanan sehingga pemantauan tidak harus dilakukan setiap hari untuk memastikan ketersediaan stok.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis fashion semakin kompetitif. Perusahaan fashion menggunakan pemasaran melalui media sosial sebagai salah satu saluran pemasaran. Peranan influencer menjadi penting di dalam pemasaran melalui media sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai seberapa besar pengaruh kepercayaan, daya tarik, dan keahlian seorang influencer fashion terhadap sikap dan daya beli konsumen generasi Z (gen Z). Penelitian ini tergolong kedalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebesar 300 orang. Data penelitian diolah dengan teknik SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan, daya tarik dan keahlian dapat memengaruhi sikap konsumen. Demikian juga dengan variabel sikap yang dapat memengaruhi niat konsumen dalam membeli produk fashion. Penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi kepada perusahaan fashion di dalam menentukan influencer fashion yang tepat sehingga dapat memenangkan persaingan di dalam bisnis fashion

Abstract

                In this modern era, the level of public awareness regarding the use of environmentally friendly products tends to increase. This can be seen from the increase in the number of electric car users in various cities in Indonesia, including Batam City. The purpose of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of environmental beliefs and environmental knowledge on the formation of brand loyalty through the mediating role of environmental concern and environmentally friendly brand image. The research methodology used is quantitative, with a causality design (cause and effect between research variables), and data analysis is carried out using SMARTPLS software. The research results reveal that environmental beliefs and environmental knowledge both have a significant influence on environmental concern. Concern for the environment has a significant influence in shaping an environmentally friendly brand image. Furthermore, green brand image is the main factor driving increased brand loyalty. Environmental concern and environmentally friendly brand image able to act as mediators in connecting the influence of environmental beliefs and environmental knowledge with brand loyalty for electric car products in Batam City.
