Abstract

This research aimed to know how the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Bruto and Human Devolopment Indeks (HDI) toward open unemployment rate in West Sumatera with selected model is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) The data were used panel data during the period 2010-2017, with the technique of collecting documentation data and library studies obtained  from relevant institusions and agencies. The independent variables of this study are Gross Regional Domestic Bruto (X1) and Human Devolopment Indeks r (X2). The research method used is Odinary Least Square (OLS) that use classical Assumtions, determination coeffisient test (R2), and hypothesis test used t-test with significance level of 5%.. The estimation results show that, gross regional domestic product have a negative and significant effect on open unemployment rate in West Sumatera, and Human Development Indeks have a positive and significant effect on open unemployment in West Sumatera. Meanwhile simultaneously Gross Regional Domestic Bruto and Human Devolopment Indeks affect the open unemployment rate in West Sumatera. Keyword:  open unemplument, human development indeks, gross domestic product and ordinary keast square (ols)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of student perceptions about the ability to teach PPLK students on student learning outcomes on economic subjects. 2) the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes on economic subjects 3) the influence of student perceptions about the teaching ability of PPLK students an d learning motivation to wards student learning outcomes on economic subjects. The population of this study was all students of class X in 10 N SMA in 2017/2018. A sample of 158 people with a sampling technique in the form of a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) students' perceptions of the teaching ability of PPLK students had a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes on economic subjects. (2) learning motivation has a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes on economic subjects. (3) the perception of the teaching ability of PPLK students and the motivation to learn together together have a significant effect on the variables of student learning outcomes on economic subjects .Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Student Perception Regarding the Teaching Ability of PPLK Students and Learning Motivation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze : 1) The impact of learning facilities on the learning motivationto the student Senior High School Number 1 Batusangkar, 2) The leverage of learning facilities and learing motivation on the academic procrastination to the student Senior High Scholl Number 1 Batusangkar, 3) The effectlearning facilities,learing motivation and academic procrastination on the learning outcome to the student Senior High School Number 1 Batusangkar.the type of research is associative descriptive research. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, with 60 samples. The result show that (1) Learning facilities has a positive and significant effect on learing motivation, (2) Learning facilities has a negative and significant effect on academic procrastination, (3) Learning motivation has a negative and significant effect on academic procrastination, (4) Learning facilities has a significant effect on learing outcome, (5) Learningmotivation has a significant effect on learing outcome, (6) Academic procrastinationhas a significant effect on learing outcome, (7) Learning facilities, learing motivation and academic procrastination has a significant effect on learing outcome.Keywords: learning facilities, motivation to learn, academic procrastination

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know and prove how much influence the brand image and perceived quality of La Tulipe Cosmetic to Purchase Decision in Padang City. This research is a causal type of research, using primary data obtained through questionnaires and using multiple regression analysis. The population observed as a sample was 100 female respondents aged 20 - 59 years in Padang City. Data (samples) Analysis using SPSS version 21.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) brand image and perceived quality significantly together influence the decision to purchase cosmetic product La Tulipe. 2) brand image has no significant effect on the purchase decision of La Tulipe cosmetic products in Padang City. 3) perceived quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.Keyword: Purchasing Decision, Brand Image, Perceived Quality

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out (1) the effect of educative interaction and learning discipline to ward student economic learning outcomes, (2) the effect of educative interaction to ward student economic learning outcomes, (3) the effec of learning discipline to ward  economic learning outcomes. This research is descriptive and associative. The population in this study were specialy for sports school students of class X MIPA and IIS in West Sumatra 4 High School (Sports Giftedness) with 97 students. The total sample is determined by Slovin formula and propotional random sampling. From this formula, 80 students were obtained as research samples. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. The instrument of validity test uses Collected Item Total Colleration and for reliability testing using alpha coefficient formula. The prerequisite test is done by normality test, heterocedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The technique used to analyze data is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) educative interaction and learning discipline had a positive and significant effect on the economic learning outcomes of class X students West Sumatra 4 High School (2) educational interaction had a positive and significant effect on the economic learning outcomes of class X students in West Sumatra 4 High School (3) learning discipline has a positive and significant effect on the economic learning outcomes of West Sumatra 4 High School. Keyword: educative interaction, student discipline, sport  school, learning outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of HDI on poverty levels in Wast Sumatra, the efect of economic growth on poverty levels in West Sumatra, the effect of HDI ang economic growth on poverty levels in West Sumatra. This type of research is descriptive and associative, the data used is panel data where the research was conducted in West Sumatra in 2013-2018. This study uses the Eviews 10 Application, the model chosen is Random Effect. In the HDI variable obtained t value ≥ t-table value, meaning that there is a significant influence between HDI and poverty level. While the economic growth variable is obtained by t-count≤-t-table, meaning that there is no significant effect between economic growth on poverty levels. In addition, the F-calculated value of 40,48524 with a probability value of 0,000000≤0,05 means that there is a significant influence between the dependent variable on the independent variable. From this research, it is expected that government will further improve and equalize the quality of human resources in West Sumatra as well as a balance between capital-intensive and labor-intensive industries, so that economic growth can provide direct benefits for the people in West Sumatra.Keywords: kemiskinan, indeks pembangunan manusia, pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine factors that affect  the Success of KUBE Business Kanagarian Lakitan Tengah Lengayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The factors are entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship ability and goverment supported. This research is descriptive quantitative, the population is the one who accept the assistance of KUBE business Kanagarian Lakitan Tengah Lengayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research uses the primer data. Method is regression analysis using SPSS 21. The  risults of this research has showed : 1) entrepreneurship motivation had significan positive influence to the KUBE Business Kanagarian Lakitan Tengah Lengayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency  with the significan 0,012 < 0,05 2) entrepreneurship ability had significan positive influence to the KUBE Business Kanagarian Lakitan Tengah Lengayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency with the significan 0,019 < 0,05. 3) goverment supported had significan positive influence to the KUBE Business Kanagarian Lakitan Tengah Lengayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency with the significan 0,008< 0,05.4) entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship ability, andgoverment supported had significan negative influence to the KUBE Business Kanagarian Lakitan Tengah Lengayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency with the significan 0,010 < 0,05.Keywords: entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship ability, goverment supported, and business success

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi kreatif, kewirausahaan dan manajemen untuk usaha kecil dan kerja sama adalah dasar bagi penulis untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan. Pelatihan adalah salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kompetensi orang untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal yang sesuai dengan harapan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan wawancara, teknik observasi, dan kuesioner.  Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan peningkatan kewirausahaan serta meningkatkan keterampilan manajemen usaha kecil dan kerjasama di Nagari Guguak VIII Koto Kec. Guguak Kab. 50 Kota. Kegiatan ini mengembangkan kewirausahaan, analisis pasar dan pemasaran, manajemen bisnis, kemitraan, efisiensi produksi, manajemen keuangan, dan proposal bisnis dapat bermanfaat dalam mengembangkan bisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement in student motivation and performance by applying Maure Sipema (Media Augmented Reality - Student Accounting Learning Innovation) to the accounting materials of a manufacturing company. In this study, we employed a classroom action research (CAR) method using the four-stage Kurt Lewin model. These steps consist of planning. action; observation and reflection; My research theme is students in the first course of accounting. Test and non-test were used for data collection. The testing methodology consists of a written test at the beginning and end of each learning cycle. On the other hand, non-test techniques in the form of observational techniques, interviews and documentation during research. The analysis was based on the N-Gain-Score evaluation and was written in a qualitative descriptive format. The study was performed in 2 cycles of 5 segments. Based on Cycle I result, 72% of students completed the Maure Sipema action. Meanwhile, in Cycle II, 81% of students completed and passed the test. An open-ended questionnaire given to the students also indicated that they were more interested in participating in the lectures and more challenged to use Maure Sipema. These results highlighted the importance of innovation in learning by taking into account technological updates while also considering media compatibility with the nature of the material delivered

Abstract

The porpuse of this research is to know the effect of population growth, human development indeks (HDI) and poverty toward economics growth in West Sumatera with Fixed Effect Model (FEM) as selected model using panel data during the period 2015 until 2019. Independent variables of this research are Population Growth (X1), Human Development Indeks (X2) and Poverty (X3). Then the dependent variable is Economics Growth (Y). The result of this research are : population growth has a positive significant effect on economics growth, human development indeks has a positive significant effect on economics growth, and poverty has a negative significant effect on economics growth.
