Abstract

Abstract Technological from time to time are increasingly needed, especially in the world of education, where the world of education still uses conventional methods, this method can be replaced by computerized methods or it can be said that technology is in the form of applications, with applications it can make work in schools or Islamic boarding schools easier. What will be built is a website for scheduling subjects in schools or Islamic boarding schools. The aim of this research is to design, build and develop an academic application for scheduling subjects using the UCD (User Centered Design) method. The benefit of this research is that it makes it easier to manage integrated subject scheduling based on website, the research method uses interviews, observation and literature studies, then the design method uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method, then for evaluation uses the UCD (User Center Design) method, the results of validity testing from questions L1 to L 10 are found df = n-2 =28-2 =26, r calculated to get L1 is 0.639, L2 = 0.735, L3= 0.511, L4=0.753, L5=0.486, L6=0.822, L7 =0.471, L8= 0.868, L9=0.620 , and L10 = 0.834 where r calculated > r table obtained r table is 0.3172, that validity testing produces valid data, then the total value for reliability testing if the Cronbach's alpha value is > 0.70 is reliable, the total for reliability testing is 0.908, meaning the data is reliable. Abstract

Website development usually involves programming experts in creating websites as information media and a server is needed as a home for the website being developed. These two reasons make websites very difficult for laypeople, especially teachers in educational institutions. Teachers have simple duties and functions in teaching. Technically, a teacher must be able to operate applications, both websites and social media information media. On the other hand, a teacher also needs a media for publishing information related to the profession being pursued, not only the publication of personal information, daily activities, but also the publication of teaching materials, new things related to learning, both to students and to the general public. The problem that arises is that not all teachers can create reliable websites and online access. Based on the survey results, at LPD Al Bahjah there are teachers who are very enthusiastic about operating personal websites. The solution offered is in the form of website development on a platform that has a template that is integrated with artificial intelligence in the process of personifying the user interface and selecting a website theme according to user input. The results of the community service carried out are that the community service participants are very enthusiastic in socializing website development, not only general technical use but also successfully creating personal websites.

Abstract

The evolution of information technology increasingly exerts significant influence across various life domains, including the business field. With this development, numerous companies and institutions are transitioning from manual systems to computerized systems. A prime example is PT Kilang Pertamina International Refinery Unit III, which possesses an integrated system enabling comprehensive corporate operational management. However, in reality, the Sistem Tata Kerja (STK) design remains non-computerized, still utilizing physical documents involving traditional procedural actions such as document creation, numbering, and authorization signatures by authorized leadership. Consequently, this frequently generates challenges, particularly during urgent document signature situations where leadership cannot be replaced by others. The research objective is to design a STK user interface utilizing Figma through prototyping method. The method used is prototyping, which consists of several stages, starting from Requirement Gathering and Analysis to the final stage, Implement Product and Maintain. The evaluation was conducted using the usability testing method with a tool called Maze. Based on the results, a score of 90 was obtained, indicating that the user interface is categorized into the high category. This demonstrates that the designed user interface can meet user needs while providing an efficient and user-friendly experience.

Abstract

Saat ini hampir di semua kegiatan pemerintah maupun non pemerintah telah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, salah satu contohnya adalah sistem penyimpanan data kegiatan. Tidak hanya memerhatikan fungsionalitas dari sebuah sistem, akan tetapi tampilan juga termasuk ke dalam aspek penting yang sering kali terjadi masalah di bagian tersebut. Pada pengelolaan data evidence file aktivitas di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan saat ini menggunakan Google Drive yang memiliki masalah terkait tampilan. Pada Google Drive tidak bisa memberikan input keterangan atau caption tentang file kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, karena Google Drive hanya menyimpan gambar, pdf, doc, dan lainnya. Selain itu, Google Drive dapat diakses oleh banyak orang yang mengakibatkan layout tampilan bisa berubah-ubah. Maka, membutuhkan suatu strategi terkhusus dalam membuat sistem terkomputerisasi secara otomatis dalam mengelola evidence file, dengan merancang tampilan yang sesuai keinginan pengguna dari sisi layout menu file menerapkan metode User Centered Design (UCD). Hasilnya berupa prototype website evidence file kegiatan. Evaluasinya menggunakan metode System Usability Scale guna mengetahui nilai kegunaan rancangan yang dibuat. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah 82. Skor ini dikatergorikan “Excellent”, grade scale B, dan tingkat penerimaannya “Accaptable” yang artinya dapat diterima sesuai dengan keinginan user dan layak untuk dikembangkan.

Abstract

Saat ini, tak bisa dipungkiri bahwa penyebaran informasi menjadi serba digital adalah hasil dari pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi contohnya adalah penerapan Website Sistem Informasi Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Rumah Inovasi Kesehatan yang telah berjalan di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Namun, dalam implementasinya sistem yang digunakan belum dimaksimalkan dengan baik dan memiliki beberapa masalah yang menyulitkan pengguna dari segi tampilan, fitur, dan penyampaian informasi, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan desain antarmuka. Strategi yang digunakan adalah User Centered Design (UCD) yang bertujuan untuk membantu peneliti merancang sistem yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan user dan memastikan penelitian dilakukan sesuai target. Hasilnya, perancangan dengan pendekatan UCD terbukti mampu memfasilitasi kebutuhan pengguna dan meningkatkan usability sistem. Dengan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS), didapatkan nilai rata - rata sebesar 87,625 dan dinyatakan bahwa website inovasi pelayanan publik berada pada Grade A, Best Imaginable pada kategori Adjective, Acceptable, dan Promoter pada kategori Net Promotore Score.

Abstract

Since 2019, simultaneous regional head elections in Indonesia. Elections elect governors and deputy governors, regents and deputy regents, mayors and deputy mayors, members of provincial councils, and members from regency/municipal councils simultaneously. With the increase in the number of pairs of candidates selected, the information about the profiles of spouses, and the schedule of activities of the employee implementation team increases. So far, schedules obtained from banners, posters, television, radio, and others. With the development of technology, people are increasingly familiar with using the web, and gadgets information is received more quickly through social media. The purpose of this study is to apply push notification technology as a schedule reminder system for the team and the community during the election period, whether the incoming messages are read. The development method used is the waterfall: 1) analysis; 2) design; and 3) Implementation; and 4) Maintenance. The web-based notification system supports government services to employees (G2E) and government to the public (G2C) to make it easier to remember campaign schedules and other election activities, accurately and up-to-date so that they can get to know more about the profiles of candidate pairs.

Abstract

Government Enterprise Service (GES) Unit serves and manages corporate and government customers. In achieving its goals, GES Unit needs to maintain quality employees by evaluating their employees because employee performance can affect customer satisfaction. They use Excel as an assessment process by having several criteria. However, this process is not effective and allows subjectivity, so that may cause errors in judgment and make the process of determining employee contract renewals quite complicated. A decision support system is needed which can help in managing the assessment of the contract employees. The TOPSIS method will be used because It tends to be more superior and often used in multi-criteria decision making so it can be able to find the best option to evaluate several alternatives. Of the five employees, only the A2 is not extended for the contract period. With this system, the process of determining employee contract extensions becomes more efficient.

Abstract

Pelatihan pemahaman literasi digital berbasis teknologi informasi di Desa Sungai Pinang, Kecamatan Rambutan, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di era digital. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat umum dan aparat desa melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai alat untuk mendukung transparansi administrasi, efisiensi pelayanan publik, dan penguatan ekonomi lokal. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar dalam menggunakan perangkat teknologi, aplikasi digital, serta memanfaatkan media daring untuk aktivitas sehari-hari dan pengelolaan administrasi desa. Pendekatan kegiatan dilakukan dengan partisipatif, interaktif, dan berkelanjutan. Aparat desa dibekali kemampuan khusus dalam pengelolaan data, administrasi digital, serta strategi komunikasi yang efektif melalui platform digital. Khalayak yang ikut dalam kegiatan berjumlah 25 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan di balai desa. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih melek teknologi dan meningkatkan kapasitas aparat desa dalam memberikan layanan yang lebih cepat, tepat, dan transparan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mendukung transformasi digital di tingkat pedesaan sebagai bagian dari agenda pembangunan berkelanjutan Kata Kunci : literasi digital; teknologi informasi; pemberdayaan masyarakat; transformasi digital.

Abstract

Rewards are carried out by the faculty as an effort to motivate lecturer performance. The obstacle is that the system has not accommodated all lecturer performance on the required indicators, the supporting files are also a problem, and the final results of many performance scores are the same, potentially due to subjective decision-making. There is no scientific formulation, no common standard, and no direct file collection system as the cause. The research method used is identifying problems and collecting data, analyzing data, designing decision support systems, and making prototypes. The research objective is to apply the analytical hierarchical process method to the application of a decision support system for determining lecturer rewards.  The contribution of research on performance-based criteria instruments applied to dynamic applications in determining indicators, so that they can be adjusted to the performance report indicators of higher education institutions. The results are in the form of lecturer performance criteria weights based on key performance. The highest lecturer performance ranking is 0.0880, the second is 0.067, and the third is 0.0663, with detailed lecturer performance scores for each criterion. These digital files can be used at any time, helping management make objective and transparent decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Niat Penggunaan dan Perilaku Penggunaan dari pegawai rumah sakit yang menggunakan SIMRS dalam pekerjaan dengan menggunakan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Ahmad Ripin Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, beberapa pegawai masih belum bisa menggunakan SIMRS karena mengalami kesulitan dalam mengoperasikan SIMRS. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerimaan penggunaan SIMRS diantara pegawai rumah sakit. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik probability sampling. Jumlah data sebanyak 143 responden yang dikumpulkan dengan survei menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0 untuk menguji instrumen dan model penelitian kemudian mengevaluasi hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Ekspektasi Usaha tidak berpengaruh positf terhadap Niat Penggunaan para pegawai, lalu variabel Ekspektasi Kinerja dan Pengaruh Sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap Niat Penggunaan para pegawai, kemudian variabel Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi dan Niat Penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel Perilaku Penggunaan para pegawai.
