Abstract

Abstract Department of Information Systems at the Faculty of Computer Science in determining the final project supervisor, one of which is based on the submission of final project supervisor (TA) by the students. But in actual majors have constraints, namely the number of students who choose the supervisor TA is not proportional to the number of lecturers in the majors, besides students choose lecturers not in accordance with title Final Project and science faculty. The system developed is a method DSS Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) which can recommend professor as mentor TA TA Title in accordance with the needs of students and faculty selected criteria. The criteria used is the history of education, teaching history, history of research, faculty and functional areas of interest. The data in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. With the system built simplify data conversion from qualitative to quantitative data. So that the process of dynamic data generating system that can recommend the appropriate supervisor TA in accordance with the criteria of faculty and students Keywords: Supervisor , criteria , qualitative data , AHP Methods Abstrak Pada Jurusan Sistem Informasi Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dalam penentuan Pembimbing Tugas Akhir, salah satunya berdasarkan pengajuan pembimbing Tugas Akhir (TA) oleh mahasiswa.  Tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya jurusan  mengalami kendala, yaitu jumlah mahasiswa yang memilih dosen pembimbing TA tidak proporsional dengan jumlah dosen yang ada di jurusan, selain itu mahasiswa memilih dosen tidak sesuai dengan judul Tugas Akhir dan bidang ilmu dosen. Sistem yang dikembangkan adalah sebuah DSS dengan metode Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) yang dapat merekomendasi dosen sebagai pembimbing TA sesuai dengan kebutuhan Judul TA mahasiswa dan kriteria dosen yang dipilih. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah riwayat pendidikan, riwayat mengajar, riwayat penelitian, fungsional dosen dan bidang minat. Data-data tersebut berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dengan sistem yang dibangun mempermudah konversi data dari kualitatif ke data kuantitatif. Sehingga proses data yang dinamis menghasilkan sistem yang dapat merekomendasi dosen pembimbing TA yang sesuai judul TA mahasiswa dan sesuai dengan kriteria dosen dan mahasiswa. Abstract

AbstrakE-learning merupakan suatu jenis belajar mengajar yang memungkinkan tersampaikannya bahan ajar ke siswa dengan menggunakan media Internet, Intranet atau media jaringan komputer lain. Saat ini konsep E-learning sudah banyak diterima oleh masyarakat dunia, terbukti dengan maraknya implementasi E- Learning di lembaga pendidikan (sekolah, training dan universitas) maupun industri (Cisco System, IBM, HP, Oracle, dsb). Pengembangan E-learning tidak semata-mata hanya menyajikan materi online saja, namun harus komunikatif dan menarik. Materi pelajaran didesain seolah peserta didik belajar di hadapan pengajar melalui layar komputer yang dihubungkan melalui jaringan internet. Dengan adanya sistem aplikasi E-learning berbasis online ini maka akan membantu para siswa dan guru dalam belajar mengajar bisa efektif dan efisien dimana para siswa dan guru tidak harus bertatap muka atau langsung datang kesekolah untuk latihan soal dan bimbingan belajar akan tetapi bisa menggunakan aplikasi berbasis online ini di luar lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu belajar para siswa karena terdapat beberapa fungsi diantaranya download materi, mengerjakan latihan, ujian dan dapat berkomunikasi langsung dengan guru melalui forum diskusi, sehingga para siswa tidak perlu lagi belajar dengan cara konvensional karena semua data yang dibutuhkan oleh siswa sudah disediakan. E-learning ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan didukung basis data MySQL.Kata kunci: WAP, Sistem Informasi, Perpustakaan Digital

Abstract

Stunting is a state of malnutrition that is dangerous during the growth period from the beginning of human life. For this reason, early prevention is needed, currently ,the Government, especially in the health sector such as the Health Office, has assisted in socializing or counseling stunting. However, the problem odetermining the distribution there are difficulties in determining it, especially in the Family Health and Community Nutrition Section of the Palembang City Health Office, due to the large number of Puskesmas in each Sub-district in Palembang City, so to help this, the purpose of this study is to apply the Partitioning Around Medoids method in helping to determine stunting disease counseling appropriately. The method used is PAM. The results of this study are in the form of clusters that are divided into two, namely groups 1 and 2. Cluster 0 obtained 9 Puskesmas, while cluster 1 amounted to 23 Puskesmas, the priority in determining couseling was in cluster 0. Furthermore, the number 0.272 was obtained, meaning that the cluster evaluation was quite good because the value was close to 0 from the test using the Davies Bouldin Index.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan sumber penerimaan negara yang paling penting agar dapat membiayai suatu kegiatan kebijakan negara dan juga pembangunan. Tujuannya adalah agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan sektor pajak setiap tahunnya. Peningkatan penerimaan pajak diharapkan mampu membayar pengeluaran pemerintah agar dapat mencapai kesejahteraan rakyat. Pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap bisnis proses pada pengecekan objek pajak yang ada di Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kota Palembang. Itu dikarenakan bisnis proses yang ada di Badan Pendaptan Daerah Kota (BAPENDA) Palembang memiliki beberapa kendala. Maka dari itu diperlukannya analisis terhadap Badan Pendapatan Kota Palembang (BAPENDA). Penelitian ini juga menggunakan sebuah metode yang dapat menganalisis serta meningkatkan bisnis proses yaitu metode Business Process Improvement (BPI), menggunakan bantuan dari aplikasi Bizagi Modeler agar dapat melakukan analisis simulasi bisnis proses, dan juga menggunakan Streamlining Tools dalam melakukan perbaikan terhadap bisnis proses yang lama sehingga menjadi bisnis proses yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi terlebih dahulu, kemudian dilakukannya brainstorming atau bisa disebut dengan melakukan diskusi dengan beberapa pegawai dan memberikan ide-ide agar bisnis proses ini nantinya dapat menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bisnis proses pengecekan objek pajak memiliki beberapa kendala yang ada, baik dari segi staff yang ada, segi waktu proses, dan juga segi task yang ada pada bisnis proses tersebut. Maka dari itu diperlukannya perbaikan terhadap bisnis proses yang sesuai dengan rekomendasi yang telah diajukan.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk pelayanan dari pelayanan di perguruan tinggi adalah pelayanan administrasi. Perguruan tinggi sudah seharusnya dapat menjamin kepuasan mahasiswa yang merupakan pelanggan bagi perguruan tinggi, tidak hanya dalam proses belajar mengajar, namun juga mencakup dalam pelayanan administrasi. salah satunya di Universitas Sriwijaya. Begitu pula dengan Fakultas Ilmu Komputer sebagai bagian dari Universitas Sriwijaya yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan bagian pelayanan administrasi khususnya pelayanan yang bersifat secara manual. Untuk mengukur bagaimana mahasiswa mempersepsikan kualitas layanan administrasi di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Sriwijaya, diperlukan penggunaan metode pengukuran yang tepat. Salah satu metode yang sering digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan adalah metode Servqual (Service Quality). Metode ini terdiri dari lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan, yaitu kehandalan (reliability), keyakinan/jaminan (assurance), empati (empathy), daya tanggap (responsiveness), dan bukti fisik (tangibles). Kelima dimensi ini digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan administrasi, sehingga diharapkan akan dapat diketahui apakah kinerja kualitas pelayanan administrasi telah sesuai dengan keinginan mahasiswa, faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi tingkat kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, dan faktor apa saja yang perlu mendapat perbaikan. Skor rata-rata persepi yang didapatkan sebesar 3,98 dan skor rata-rata harapan mahasiswa sebesar 4,47 sehingga didapatkan nilai kesenjangan (gap) antara persepsi dan harapan sebesar -0,49 yang menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan merasa belum puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh administrasi Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Sriwijaya

Abstract

Balai Pengelola Kereta Api Ringan Sumatera Selatan adalah pengelola layanan umum dalam bidang perkeretaapian Sumatera Selatan. Balai Pengelola Kereta Api Ringan Sumatera Selatan sering melakukan perjalanan dinas menggunakan mobil dinas baik dalam kota maupun keluar kota. Namun, belum ada sistem informasi peminjaman mobil dinas menyebabkan sulit terkendalinya pendataan peminjaman mobil dinas. Pendataan masih secara manual menyebabkan sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pendataan maupun hilangnya data tersebut karena tidak ter-backup ke database. Pencatatan secara manual dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya human error yang disebabkan karena kelalaian pegawai dalam melakukan pencatatan ataupun hal lainnya yang bisa menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian antara data masuk dan fakta sebenarnya yang terjadi di lapangan. Sistem Informasi peminjaman kendaraan dinas akan sangat membantu dalam proses pendataan, pencarian, maupun penyimpanan data. Metode User Centered Design dilakukan dengan melibatkan end-user dengan melakukan validasi kepada user terhadap sistem yang akan dibuat. Metode ini dapat mempermudah user dalam memahami rancangan sistem informasi yang akan dikembangkan.

Abstract

The influence of the globalization era has increased the use of health facilities in society. This increase requires agencies to provide the best possible service to customers. UPT. The Sriwijaya University Health Clinic as one of the providers of health facilities has also experienced the impact of this increase, therefore this agency continues to provide the best service and makes improvements in the services provided so that service users can feel satisfied. The aim of this research is to determine the level of student satisfaction with services at UPT. Sriwijaya University Health Clinic and which dimensions of service quality have a dominant influence on student satisfaction levels. This research involved 117 respondents from all students and was distributed via Google form with a quantitative research type and survey approach. Data analysis techniques were carried out using SPSS 26 and calculations were carried out using the servqual method. The research results show that from the total, the level of student satisfaction is at a percentage of 87% in the very satisfied category and the quality dimension that has a dominant influence is the reliability dimension with a Gap value of -1.17. With Cartesian diagram analysis, the question instruments included in quadrant I and quadrant II have the opportunity to be improved and maintained in quality so that they can get better responses in the future. With this research, it can be taken into consideration by UPT. Sriwijaya University Health Clinic to improve the quality of services provided in every dimension, especially those included in the important category and maintain the quality of services that previously received a good response

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that hit the world has made many changes in various fields, one of which is technology. This makes the emergence of new technologies that support people's lives. One of them is an online food delivery service application that can help people's lives during a pandemic. Seeing this, one of the Shopee applications has created its Shopee Food feature. To promote and assist users in using Shopee Food, Shopee Food is increasing its CRM activities, especially SCRM (Social Customer Relationship Management), namely implementing CRM activities through social media using the Instagram account @shopeefood_id. Therefore, this research is focused on seeing whether SCRM activities via Instagram @shopeefood_id can affect customer relationships, especially customer engagement and customer loyalty. This study used a quantitative-based survey research method with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study state that Social Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect on Customer Engagement, Social Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Customer Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, and Social Customer Relationship Management has an indirect effect directly to Customer Loyalty through Customer Engagement.

Abstract

Guest visits to various government agencies are a common activity. The South Sumatra Provincial Health Service also experienced something similar, where this visit involved various activities such as meetings, hearings, consultations, reporting, and so on. However, with the high frequency of guest visits, various challenges arise, such as employees not being able to determine visit schedules and guests being unable to predict the level of crowds, making it difficult to find a parking space. Several hospitals, such as RSIA Hermina Palembang and Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, have implemented a guest visit management system. These systems focus on making patient registration and outpatient administration easier so that there is no more queuing. However, the difference in the problem between the South Sumatra Provincial Health Service and RSIA Hermina and Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital is the focus on proper scheduling of employees and avoiding accumulation of parking spaces for guests. The right method to overcome this problem is to apply the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which consists of three stages, namely Requirement Planning, Design, and Implementation. This method involves data collection and analysis which includes literature study, observation, interviews, and filling out questionnaires before designing the system. By using this methodology, we will produce a system that can provide information about the correct guest appointment schedule and avoid accumulation of parking lots by limiting the number of guests arriving at the same time.

Abstract

Rice is one of the most widely grown staples in most rural areas in Indonesia. East OKU Regency is the Regency with the second largest rice production in South Sumatra Province, Madang Suku 1 District is one of the Districts in East OKU Regency and is the center of rice production. However, many farmers in Madang Suku 1 do not know the quality of rice seeds that are by the criteria that are suitable for the village where the farm is, resulting in unsatisfactory yields for farmers, which has an impact on the welfare of rice farmers. Therefore, to help overcome the problems that occur, a system is needed that can help farmers in choosing the best rice seeds that suit the conditions of the area. This decision support system uses the AHP method, this method can make decisions effectively with complex and then simplified in a hierarchical arrangement. In addition, this method can also take into account the level of consistency and inconsistency in the assessment carried out by comparing existing factors or criteria. This research resulted in the ranking of rice recommendations for Madang Sub-district Tribe 1 which is 1.855 obtained by MR, Inpari 42 = 1.470, Ciherang = 1.119, Inpari 32 = 1.000, and Ciliwung with a value of 0.558.
